Great price, the extended pool and gym hours were great. Gym had lots of open space and dumbbells went up to 75lbs. Only issue was connecting more than 1 phone to the wifi.

Had a really great stay here! The staff here were really accommodating and helpful to any questions we had! Our room was super clean, we loved having the kitchenette so much!! Another bonus to our trip was that the pool is open till midnight!!

The hotel is in a nice area. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast offers a great variety of items that are replenished frequently and there is a nice large seating area. 24hour coffee and hot water for tea available in the lobby. Pool and hot tub area is nice and clean and the exercise room has a variety of equipment. We had a King Suite room and liked how spacious it was as well as having the kitchen area which also included a dishwasher so we didn’t have to eat out all of the time. The staff were so friendly and attentive, we will definitely stay here again.

Room was amazing, kitchen was a plus. Breakfast did not disappoint lots of variety. Staff was friendly and we want to point out staff member with coloured hair under her cap and lady working with her Tuesday morning were on point with breakfast and clean up !! Was able to do 2 loads of laundry which was a god sent because we moved onto the next part of our trip with all clean clothes!

We chose this property as an alternative to staying closer to downtown. It was more driving with 20 minutes to our meeting location on campus, but the spacious suite, free parking, good breakfast and excellent gym, pool and hot tub outweighed the extra commute time. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping was of a high standard. Easy drive to South Edmonton Common with loads of great shopping and dining options too. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was so busy when we stayed, lots of kids buzzing around with a few teams staying there. Great hotel loved the fact hot tub and pool were open until midnight that was a nice touch to relax after a long day. Also pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again close to ikea, royal pizza(so yummy) and shopping. . Breakfast was comvient as well with complimentary coffee and apples theoughout the day. Will be back

Suite rooms have plenty of space and fully equipped. Excellent breakfast in terms of quality and options. The swimming pool and hot tup and nice perks too. Would recommend and would stay again.

The sheets were not fresh or clean (have pictures). I was shocked. When I called the front desk, they just brought me clean sheets to change myself. The bedspread was also soiled. The internet is not free like it states in Expedia unless you are a Hilton loyalty program member. Bathroom shower drain stank. I only picked this hotel due to the Expedia rating. I am shocked and disappointed.

They only clean room on 5th day of your stay, Ice machine on my floor was out of order during my stay and one of the 2 elevators was having intermittent issues. Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was good.

It was an average stay. We were told upon check-in that rooms are cleaned every second day. On Friday, we were gone from our room most of the day and left the dirty towels on the bathroom floor, left the bed unmade and had a ton of garbage in our room that needed to be taken out. We went to a baseball game and didn’t get back until later in the night. When we got back, our room hadn’t been touched. No clean towels, garbage still there, bed unmade. My husband had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for towels/facecloths and I made up the bed. We then found a garbage can near the elevators and disposed of some of our garbage. It was very inconvenient to have to deal with that so late at night. We arrived on a Wednesday and checked out Saturday. Our room should have been cleaned at least once during the time. There was some other small issues. The bathroom door slides and it fell off the hinge twice. Luckily my husband is a contractor and was able to fix it, but it’s a heavy door to be lifting to try and get on a track. There is no fan in the bathroom which means the mirror is steamed up when getting out of the shower and it takes a while to clear up. The lamp on the right hand side of the couch had a broken switch and we weren’t able to turn it on. We can’t common on the breakfast as it was always very busy so we just got takeout the three mornings we were there. It was nice to have a kitchenette and separate seating area.

Put on 2nd floor and the party below us had very loud music. Was told quiet time was 10 pm so it was quiet after that. There is mold in the shower. The room was very large and clean. Bed was comfortable.

A lot of money were invested into looks of this Home2, but no thoughts were given to the comfort of clients and a lot of money were saved on maintenance of this place. What I experienced during my recent stay at Home2: thin walls, AC\heating unit making grinding noise when on and letting cold winter air in when off, broken shower controls, burned out bulb in the bathroom, bright blinking red lights on smoke detectors. On top of that, during check-in Hilton Honors account was created for me by hotel clerk, without asking my permission. Thanks for extra spam from Hilton I'm now getting! So, stay away if you can, this place does not care about your sleep and comfort overall.

Room was amazing! The extra room from the separate living area was great, and we absolutely loved all the counter space for our belongings. The full kitchen will be great for longer stays in the future. Great breakfast too with lots of choices!

Good breakfast options , great service, very clean , the only thing I thought was a little lame was the lack of options on the tv , would have been nice to be able to order or watch a movie there wasn't very many channels and the numbers on the guide didn't match the actual channels other than that it was a great experience. It was nice to see a full kitchen in the room if I stayed longer it would have been a great help .

Extremely easy and smooth check in process. The room was very clean and beds were really comfy. Only complaint is the door to the bathroom in our room was a pocket door and it did not even remotely come close to closing. You could hear everything in the bathroom.

Reception was very welcoming, nice and warm on a chilly day Check in was easy, staff were great Studio suite we had was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows not to my liking, very soft and thin prefer something a bit firmer. Buffet breakfast was just ok wasn’t much I liked, hot food was just warm. Overall nice hotel great staff would definitely stay here again.

Staff were expertly friendly and helpful. Two small issues with the room came up and they fixed it right away. I was very impressed. The suites are very clean, modern and roomy with a kitchenette and sitting area. I highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Overall decent experience. Very convenient location.The front desk didn't respond to messages /requests thru Expedia app however (or didn’t acknowledge). Front desk was helpful however and prioritized finishing my check-in over a demanding and entitled european man (who came after) until they had properly checked me in first. Property needs to deep-clean their exterior carpets in hallways/common areas floor 2 and up — they were gross. Otherwise good, suites were very clean, seemed quiet/soundproofed. Fridge decent size. Ok breakfast (slightly healthier fare, good selection though chaotic busy on a long weekend Monday). Very good location for small dogs.. an awesome park and trail system nearby — (keep on-leash) — old Klondike Valley Campground memories.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff are friendly but I requested a late checkout and they came knocking at my door early for me to leave. That was the only issue. Location was far from everything in Edmonton with lots of traffic on the roads at all times.

The property and rooms are wonderful, we had a late check in at 11:30 pm after a long hectic day driving and neither of my cards would work, even though I KNOW they both were good, desk clerk not very helpful with this though he got something to work saying my card had not been charged yet but was just “holding” my room and to give them my card again in the morning. Looked at my cc statement and it had been charged immediately so…very frustrating check in late at night.

Breakfast was good. But front desk staff needs to learn what is customer service and how to talk to customers. Lack of courtesy and empathy. We were upgraded one night and downgraded other night when we asked why they said why not. Will not ever stay in this hotel spoiled the mood.

It was a wonderful stay! Originally had booked 2 nights but upon arrival, we had something come up and needed to cancel our second night. The hotel was extremely understanding and canceled our second night with no penalty! Hotel was in a great location, super convenient to south common. Was also very clean there!

As part of the Hilton group, this property kept up the good name. It is a relatively new building (4 years old) and it looks very good, both inside and outside. The staff was excellent and cleanliness outstanding, both in the lobby/common areas and in the room. Room was very nice, spacious, with everything in working order. The only drawbacks are the lack of good dining around, the distance from downtown and lack of good transportation.

This Hotel was amazing! For the price, I highly recommend! The rooms/suites come with 2 beds, a kitchenette with a dishwasher! Blackout blinds, and the towels and amenities were much better than I have got at 5+ star hotels. The food offered for breakfast was amazing, muffins, waffles, egg bites , porridge, yogurt. We woke up to a christmas bag hung on our door, a nice touch! Quiet and comfortable! Staff very nice and friendly.

The room was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious! The only thing that we didn’t love was the fact that there wasn’t much seating for breakfast.. it looks amazing in the dining room, but it’s not very practical for lots of guests to sit down for breakfast.

Great amenities in the hotel. We had a suite and it was very spacious for 3 adults and 2 young children. We really appreciated the pool and fitness centre open late (5am-midnight). The on the go breakfast was really good. Lots of comfortable seating in the hotel, both inside and outside.

Everything was fine, only negative was the breakfast buffet. It was lacking fruit selections and cold cuts. The breakfast sandwiches were not good. There should be scrambled eggs, potatos and bacon. The waffle were very good, though. The coffee was bad, should be cappuccino machines not big old urns.
