The room smelled as if they had just sprayed for bugs just before we walked in. It gave me a headache. the TV did not work. The fridge did not work. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The pool was not available for use.

The office was closed and we had to check in at the a joining hotels office the stove was missing and there was no silverware to use.the breakfast was canceled the first day and on the second day there were waffles but no butter and no milk for the cereals which means no real breakfast either day. The office person was very stressed and stated it was because the cops had been there 4 times that day seems like the cops are there a lot many of the people were there long term

Terrible service. The lady that was supposed to be there to help with breakfast was on her phone the entire time, I wanted to film her and attach it but I disregarded issues. Many people like us were asking for the basic necessities of breakfast like milk or coffee or even syrup. All she had to say was she can bring them tomorrow (there is a supermarket next door to the motel less than 20 yards away). Instead of sitting on her phone she could've done her job and came back with everything we all needed in less than 5 minutes. Due to this, many people chucked there breakfast in the trash because of the service. Also, the jacuzzi was disgustingly green and uncleaned. The whole motel in general is terrible. And I do not recommend.

the "Quality Inn" was not open. We were sent across the parking lot to the office of a different hotel to register. There was1 person working with 2 customers, both with booking issues. that 1 person was the only person working the desk for both hotels. We had to wait a very long time, though she was polite and apologized Someone came in asking for envelopes. She did everything she could to accommodate everyone and finally she succeeded. We did get our room at the "Quality Inn" though it was anything but Quality. the room was relatively clean but obviously uncared for The glaze on the tub was coming off. Looked uninviting and therefore we did not use it. there was a sliding door to a little patio.with no chairs, the grass area unkept the door had vertical blinds missing several Veins and could not block the patio light which could not be turned off. the walls paper thin could not block the neighbors room whose TV was blaring all night and the patter of running toddlers above us til the wee hours. I realize some things cant be helped but I will never again book at a "Quality Inn" since it was anything but. in Addition,something under the bed made a noise getting in and out of the bed.

The outside of this property is in desperate need of an update. I was really nervous until I opened my door. Beautiful new flooring, brand new mattress and counters. Large spacious room. You have to check in at Clarion Pointe which is on other side of parking lot. Breakfast is served at Clarion Pointe as well. Staff is incredible and kind.

I was shocked at how poor the room and surrounding area were. The cheap vinyl flooring was cracked, split and torn. The blow dryer didn't work. The curtains were cheap and too sheer to give privacy and most likely from the 1970's. The furniture was old and in bad shape. There was a glass sliding door (with the curtains that didn't give privacy) that looked out on a dirty back yard area with trash, a prison style fence, and close to the noisy highway. The pet area was full of dog poop because people didn't clean up after their dogs. The hot tub was dirty and empty. It also seemed to be in a seedy part of town. I was glad to leave in the morning! There's a Starbucks across the street, which is where I got my breakfast. Oh...I also found a used Kleenix in the sheets. It had obviously been washed and stuck to the sheet after drying. *Despite the old run down condition of everything it seems the housekeeping did a really good job cleaning the room. Desk clerks were nice. The owners need to put some money into cleaning up and remodeling the rooms.

Under renovation so paint smell, no blackout drapes, hairdryer, etc. worst breakfast we’ve experienced. On the other hand the staff is very nice and trying to cope with all this.

We reserved a suite that sleeps six with a kitchenette. We were given a room that slept 4. I went down to complain we were given a new room where the couch bed was broken and the kitchen had roaches. Every staff member I spoke with reeked of marijuana. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no manager on site but maybe we would get a discount. The freeway runs directly behind the unit making it a very noisy night very little sleep. The pool was shut down for "maintenance". Overall this was the worst place I\'ve ever stayed with little to no customer service. I would never stay here again.

Systems were down and they weren't able to check me in until after 1:30 a.m. (even with reservations). The next morning we woke up to cockroaches roaming our room. We made the decision to check out early and refused to stay a minute longer.

The balcony door didn't shut right you could fit a whole hand under the front door and the topp we had to roll towels to close it up the toilet didn't flush right you had to jiggle the handle the floor was so dirty my new white socks turned black from walking in the room with no shoes.people clearly on drugs hanging out front. None of the outlets worked except one in the bathroom. Will never return

This hotel is the filthiest rooms I ever saw in my life. I cannot believe they are allowed to even rent these rooms out. I refused to stay! They showed me another room same thing. They need to be reported to the health department. Thank goodness the Clarion hotel was right there and stayed there for a higher price. Staff was great. But unable to stay there. Disgusting!!!

I had higher hopes for this one. Our room was missing the front of the oven door and the pullout couch was missing bolts and wouldn’t fold out at all. We had to pull the mattress off and sleep on the floor. There weren’t enough additional linens or towels to accommodate the number of guests.

Took deposit for incidentals but no inventory list or paperwork present. Bathrooms bath pain spot various location, toilets cover wrong size, unfit ,instead off egg shape cover,it was around shape,all night i could not sleep due freeway sounds, sliding door need energy efficiency, appears to be zero efficiency. Check out paperwork was not available, required for email. Breakfast provided but i strongly recommend have boil eggs or ,scramble egg will fulfill the gap. Sleeping bed and pillow was very comfortable 😌

This place is an absolute dump. Listen I was not expecting much, I did not set my expectations high. All I was looking for was something halfway decent to lay my head down at night. What I got was a room with a door that did not lock when closed, meaning if you left your room it was unsecured allowing anyone to walk in with a twist of the handle. It reeked of mold and was filthy. I had my room changed right away because of the door issue. The room I was given in its place was even worse, the ceiling had holes in it and was falling in at a corner, an active leak, the ceiling was bubbled up everywhere, the room stunk of mold as well, was dirty, the shower had no hot water, not even warm. The shower faucet was hanging from the wall as well as the handle to adjust the water. This place was a complete dump. On top of all this the hotel deactivates your room key daily making you have to stop by the office daily to reactivate it due to undesirable people trying to use the rooms as a drug dens. The undesirable people are everywhere too after one night in this hell hole and someone screaming outside "I am going to kill you" at someone next-door I got a refund and got as far away from this dump as possible. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.

Staff was great. Rooms are hot and the air barely keeps up. The floors even stayed hot (first floor). Places the flooring was lifting. The bed was good. Rooms need some work. The only view is the freeway. I just needed a place to crash while visiting. It was fine for that.

Room was clean, AC and bed were perfect. Condition of room was pretty bad. No secondary working lock on my door. Several holes in the wall, ceiling need to be in. Walls need to be repainted. Bathroom sink has massive cracks. Bathtub needs restoration, even know it was clean it looked dirty

It was really outdated, it gave run down vibes. there is a gas station right across the parking lot, a Starbucks and Denny's right across the street which was convenient. The freeway was right behind the hotel.

Front desk at ck in was great. Came back from dinner had to have front desk fix key cards that didnt work. Told them the tv wasnt working nothing done to attempt to make it right. Never did come on. Door handle came off on the inside as I was trying to leave. Leaving me stuck in the room and no phone to the front desk to address the issue.

This hotel is the filthiest rooms I ever saw in my life. I cannot believe they are allowed to even rent these rooms out. I refused to stay! They showed me another room same thing. They need to be reported to the health department. Thank goodness the Clarion hotel was right there and stayed there for a higher price. Staff was great. But unable to stay there. Disgusting!!!

Had to move to 3 times to get a room that was somewhat decent. lights didn't work, roaches, dead bolt did not work, door had gaps you could see outside and staff said they would take care of it but in the evening the staff said they had no record of needing to move rooms and that their staff didn't inform them. They made it my fault they don't communicate among them selves. Id like my money back

Terrible service. The lady that was supposed to be there to help with breakfast was on her phone the entire time, I wanted to film her and attach it but I disregarded issues. Many people like us were asking for the basic necessities of breakfast like milk or coffee or even syrup. All she had to say was she can bring them tomorrow (there is a supermarket next door to the motel less than 20 yards away). Instead of sitting on her phone she could've done her job and came back with everything we all needed in less than 5 minutes. Due to this, many people chucked there breakfast in the trash because of the service. Also, the jacuzzi was disgustingly green and uncleaned. The whole motel in general is terrible. And I do not recommend.

the "Quality Inn" was not open. We were sent across the parking lot to the office of a different hotel to register. There was1 person working with 2 customers, both with booking issues. that 1 person was the only person working the desk for both hotels. The staff were helpful, friendly and responsive. Breakfast nook was overseen by a staff person throughout the morning; continental style with mini muffins, bagels, English muffins, toast, butter, ream cheese and peanut butter available, two deep waffle irons for nice make-your-own, yogurt, apples, cereal and fresh coffee. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sadly the facility itself is worn; there were cracks in the bathroom tile and walls, we had two lamps whose light bulbs wore out. But we felt reasonably comfortable. I hope they can make some repairs as it would elevate the place a bit. My one other suggestion would be to provide hard boiled eggs to the breakfast menu to add a protein option.

Took deposit for incidentals but no inventory list or paperwork present. What an absolute nightmare. I was told by an employee that "We're not suppose to tell people, but this hotel is a "Voucher" hotel for the homeless". The room was disgustingly filthy. I wouldn't even use the bathroom. I decided that I would NOT stay at this terrible motel. And checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. Homeless encampments within view of the room. Broken window blinds, dirty bathroom, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

This property is run down, sketchy people hanging around the parking lot next to a gas station and a freeway on ramp next it is very noisy. There’s a Clarion hotel on the same property and I had a check in there because the owner owns both properties. You can tell the owner neglects the property and just take the cash from the renters. I had a scalding hot shower that would only be hot or hotter and it burned my foot. I complained to the front desk, but they couldn’t do anything about it. I do not recommend anybody staying there as there are better other options nearby. I would never come back to this property.

It was really outdated, it gave run down vibes. there is a gas station right across the parking lot, a Starbucks and Denny's right across the street which was convenient. The freeway was right behind the hotel.

I was shocked at how poor the room and surrounding area were. The cheap vinyl flooring was cracked, split and torn. The blow dryer didn't work. The curtains were cheap and too sheer to give privacy and most likely from the 1970's. The furniture was old and in bad shape. There was a glass sliding door (with the curtains that didn't give privacy) that looked out on a dirty back yard area with trash, a prison style fence, and close to the noisy highway. The pet area was full of dog poop because people didn't clean up after their dogs. The hot tub was dirty and empty. It also seemed to be in a seedy part of town. I was glad to leave in the morning! There's a Starbucks across the street, which is where I got my breakfast. Oh...I also found a used Kleenix in the sheets. It had obviously been washed and stuck to the sheet after drying. *Despite the old run down condition of everything it seems the housekeeping did a really good job cleaning the room. Desk clerks were nice. The owners need to put some money into cleaning up and remodeling the rooms.

The office was closed and we had to check in at the a joining hotels office the stove was missing and there was no silverware to use.the breakfast was canceled the first day and on the second day there were waffles but no butter and no milk for the cereals which means no real breakfast either day. The office person was very stressed and stated it was because the cops had been there 4 times that day seems like the cops are there a lot many of the people were there long term

The outside of this property is in desperate need of an update. I was really nervous until I opened my door. Beautiful new flooring, brand new mattress and counters. Large spacious room. You have to check in at Clarion Pointe which is on other side of parking lot. Breakfast is served at Clarion Pointe as well. Staff is incredible and kind.

There’s definitely roaches, seen multiple in my room but they were squished. The breakfast is literally like waffles, toast, bagels cereal. Nothing crazy. The staff is super helpful though so that was a plus. Probably won’t stay here again

The staff tried to help, but when you are given a room with no working tv, no curtains, 1/2 the blind panels missing, and a king bed on a full frame. I didn’t feel safe being in that room. It was supposed to be a breakfast included. Only had waffles, no coffee, no butter, and it was at the hotel next door.

Under renovation so paint smell, no blackout drapes, hairdryer, etc. worst breakfast we’ve experienced. On the other hand the staff is very nice and trying to cope with all this.
