EL primer dia casi me arrepiento de hacer la recervacion: al hacer el check in, otra persona que acababa de registrarce regreso y aviso a las senoritas de mostrador que le habian asignado una habitacion ocupada!! entro a la habitacion y habia cosas de otros(s) huespedes y al mismo tiempo otro huesped pidiendo que lo cambiaran de habitacion porque el internet y television no servia... te piden de depocito 200 pesos para darte el control remoto de la tv y del A/C (primera vez que me toca esto, ni malo ni bueno, solo un dato) .. al llegar a mi habitacion, en efecto el internet no funcinaba y el control remoto no prendia la tv.., mucho ruido de otros huespedes bebiendo... el primer dia fue el peor por todo lo anterior... los siguientes fueron un poco mas tranquilos pero si, el internet muy baja calidad. la alberca pequena pero funcional.

I slept in a two bedroom very spacious, but I think the ladies that clean the rooms are getting very lazy. There was hairs on the floor from previous People. Big cockroaches come in the room from under the door. The walls are dirty. There’s little bugs in the room. They’re harmless, but there was bugs in the room. I will never stay there again. I was a loyal Customer. We would always stay there. It didn’t feel clean. I will not stay there again. It was too noisy. Our room was under the stairs. People going up and down the stairs. It was not great.

Resulta que la habitación que me dieron tenía chinches, en las toallas del baño (y esas son las visibles) obviamente de inmediato fui a reclamar y pues su solución fue cambiarme de habitación a una que olía mal. Al final me terminaron dando otra y exigí un insecticida que no me querían dar, ni devolver mi dinero para ir a buscar otro hotel, A LAS 4 AM POR CIERTO. Total que tuve que quedarme en otra habitación y le puse mil de insecticida. Al otro día me dijeron el gerente de acercaría a disculparse y pues nada, hasta la tarde tuve que buscarlo y me dijo que pues no tenía nada de que disculparse, que era normal y que la gente tenía la culpa no ellos. Nunca dijo que tendrían más cuidado, limpieza o fumigarían más seguido y que nonmodo, que hiciera y pensara lo que quisiera. EL TIPO SE LLAMA HUMBERTO. Y pues es de los peores hoteles donde he estado. Cuando traté de reportar esto a hoteles.com, simplemente me dijeron que no tomarían cartas en el asunto porque me cambiaron de habitación y para ellos eso era resolver.

I got a double queen bed room instead of a king bed executive room, check in took a lot of time and I had to pay a $ 200.00 MX pesos as a deposit/guarantee for the tv remote control. It was an old room, stinky and the room door felt very insecure. I think that the better rooms are given to guests that make a direct reservation and not trough Expedia, I have experienced this condition on several past occasions that booked with Expedia, maybe that is the service we deserve for being cheap.

The only issue i had was that i had reserved a king size room and i got a queen room. I was not told what was kind of room i was getting. Although my room was pre paid i was told that the booking platforms dont always guarantee what kind of room is given. Other than that hotel is in good area & clean.

Air conditioner didnt keep the room cold, tv didn't work, ventilation in bathroom didnt work very hot and to keep the vapor from sufficating you needed to keep the door open.

El lugar es limpio y la cama era cómoda, pero el cuarto que nos tocó solo tenía la cama, el baño, una silla y tele, no tenía mesa ni mueble para guardar ropa, tuvimos que dejar las cosas en el piso. Nos tocó un cuarto austero. Además, el control de la tele no servía para prenderla ni apagarla, tenía que pararme de la cama para hacer eso, pero si servía para cambiar los canales. Fui a recepción para que lo arreglaran, pero si final quedó igual. Ya antes me había hospedado en este hotel y había tenido una buena experiencia, el cuarto amplio con varios muebles para guardar mis cosas, pero ahora no fue igual. El restaurante es bueno, solo desayuné un día y me gustó tanto la comida como el servicio.

I had a reservation. I called to confirm that I would be arriving late. The front desk staff confirmed that they had me booked and that my reservation would be honored. Upon arriving I was informed that the staff canceled my reservation and sold off my room. I showed proof to the front desk staff that I had called. They didn't care, even though i made the reservation months before. Very bad policy and left me without a room for the night as the city was sold out.

1. Staff could not initially find our reservation 2. First room they provided was dirty and in a construction area. Had to move out. 3. Second room is average. Said to have 2 Queen beds, but fairly certain they were 2 Double beds. Lack of towels. Fought w/staff to obtain additional towels. No kleenex. Light in sink area not working. Toilet seat loose and falling off. Extra Deposit required for TV and A/C remotes. 4. After fighting w/staff for towels, they gave us swimming towels. We were 4 adults and room initially only had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. (washcloths are very rare in Mexico?) 5. Swimming pool in April was ice cold. Appeared cloudy (dirty). Had no banisters at either of the stairs going in. First step was rather steep and I sat on ground first before trying to step in. 6. Property is under major construction with remodeling going on in many areas and debris being stored in everywhere. Seemed to be many people staying at the same time and they were outside talking into the night. Difficult to relax. 7. Not likely to return.

Two complaints: when I returned to my room after breakfast, my dirty towels were removed but not replaced. I had to call to request clean towels. On my last day before checkout, I was woken up with a bang on my door at 9:00am. It was housekeeping asking if I needed cleaning. I obviously didn’t need cleaning since I was leaving that day. I wanted to sleep in that morning.

Está en reparación y hay mucha suciedad, polvo y durante el día hay ruido. No es una obra limpia y le resta mucho en apariencia. Cambiaron el menú del desayuno incluido y son demasiado simples y pequeños. No vale la pena. A la TV le pusieron un marco de madera y no se puede acceder a los puestos HDMI para conectarse y ver una película desde la laptop. Mal punto.
