Rooms range from renovated and comfortable to small or dated; some are spacious with effective AC, while others have noisy or weak AC, hot-water issues, broken fixtures, and frequent TV remote/Wi-Fi problems. Bed types or assigned rooms sometimes differ from bookings.

Staff is often friendly and helpful, and security is attentive. However, several guests experienced slow or disorganized check-in, reservations not honored or room-type changes, early housekeeping knocks, and limited assistance resolving problems.

Location is consistently praised as central and walkable, close to restaurants, shops, nightlife, banks, and the baseball stadium; many guests felt safe in the area.

There is an on-site restaurant many enjoyed, but breakfast is inconsistent: some reservations lacked it or covered only one person, and quality was described as average, greasy, or cold with limited healthy options; hours may not include dinner.
