Small dingy room painted dark brown and black about 20 years ago. The mattress was worn out along with the pillows. Parking is a city garage about a quarter mile walk away for $33.50 a day. I would not recommend this property.

Fantastic two night stay. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and attentive. There is a lovely roof terrace and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in an area with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions

Hotel was excellent. I enjoyed a 3 night stay. The room was exceptionally large, modern and clean. Perfect for a luxury solo or couples trip. The bar on the top floor was a really nice space to enjoy an afternoon drink. Location was perfect being in the heart of Munich old town with lots of sights within walking distance, and close to public transport connections. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. I would easily stay here again.

Väldigt bra hotell! Fint välstädat rum. Supertrevlig personal. Frukosten var långt över standard. Bra restaurang som blev en trendig bar senare på kvällen. Inget gym på hotellet. Men om man frågar i receptionen får man låna tagg till ett närliggande fullutrustat gym.

In short, this is a party hotel that caters for hook ups (see the complementary condom in the bathroom and the club which is staff’s priority rather than hotel guests). It’s noisy; the walls are paper thin so you are effectively invited to your neighbors’ after parties as well. While it’s a great location, this is a very overpriced and unwelcoming place for anyone who actually wants to sleep at night. Our experience: Imagine messaging a hotel two weeks in advance (while booking) to request a quieter room (since we have a toddler) only to be placed immediately below where a DJ is positioned in a bar in the floor above you. What was most curious about this was, when requested not to keep this location, the room on another floor was available but wasn’t offered. Moving rooms was entirely on us at 9pm. Not exactly what I would call top level quality control. The other critique I would point out is that the carpeted floors in this building are in terrible condition (including the elevators) - I’ve seen better looking carpets that cleaning services have refused to clean due to elevated mold content.

Very nice property! The location was perfect for the markets and tourist sites. They do have parking but no need for a car. Close to train station and walkable. Bar was lovely and drew quite a crowd in the evenings! Staff was SUPER accommodating! We asked for a fridge and towels on whats app. Alexa in room. Great bathroom. Expresso machine in the room! Balcony. We would have liked to leave the balcony door open at night but it did connect to the neighbors. Pull out sofa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had the warmest welcome possible from the staff who gave us a nice glass of cold beer when we checked in. The hotel has a cool vibe to it and the staff are all positive and friendly. The room was perfect with a massive, comfortable bed and the bonus of an outdoor balcony. A kettle and coffee maker are also there. Room was spotlessly clean and we will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Munich.

This is NOT a hotel. It is more like a hostel but worse. First room smelled like urine and was moved to the next room. Next room had these weird carpet stains and dust bunnies in every corner. Not to mention all the rooms are very dark and dark paint chipping on walls and ceilings… most likely painted to hide stains and other unsanitary situations. Didn’t even want to take our shoes off. Would not give us a refund and offered another room…. I’ve seen the standards of their rooms at this point, so we just left and booked an actual hotel. I have never walked out on a hotel in my life!!! When we exited the room, some of the staff were gathered around the hallway whispering at us and staring. I never complain about hotels but this was THE MOST atrocious experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself and book another hotel.

The hallway carpets are not very clean. The rooms are very dark. The walls are painted dark or have dark coverings. The hotel is very conveniently located close to old downtown and make it very walkable. The lounge upstairs became a disco with very loud base dance music that was crowded with young people. Hard to sleep with that going on. When I opened the front door about 20 young people rushed in behind me and were obviously going upstairs. We thought we would go upstairs for a cocktail but it was full of young people and loud dance music. So probably good for young people but not older guests.

Sehr freundliches Personal Super Lage Zimmer: das erste war absolut desolat (dunkelbraune Wände, dreckige Löschwasserleitungen, Fenster war nur im Bett stehen zu erreichen, Aussicht gab es keine, viel zu kleines Waschbecken, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und für Kleidung; das zweote Zimmer war hell mit Balkon, doch auch hier gab es nur die Aussicht vors nächste Haus, ansonsten ebenfalls alle anderen negativen Eigenschaften wie das etste Zimmer. We loved the rooftop bar and terrace. Great atmosphere, excellent service and concierge attention. Our room 401 was very quiet, the bed extremely comfortable, although interesting to get in and out of from the low platform. All very well appointed, but would benefit from a chair to sit in. We would highly recommend staying here.

Room was a bit small, but clean. Bed was very low to the ground and not easy to get in and out for seniors. Bathroom nice with great shower. Seating options lacking, uncomfortable straw papasan chair and hard desk chair. Could use a small couch or comfortable chairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location can’t be beat! Close to everything!

The room was nice, spacious and very clean. The staff were really nice and tried to help us where they could. I just gave 4 stars because the hallways carpet is in terrible shape and full with stains. It needs to be updated. Location is great if you want to be downtown, but it can be a little noisy if you want to leave the balcony’s door open. No noise problems with the door closed. The breakfast was also good.

This hotel is located at a convenient location, 5 min walk from Mariplatz. There’s convenient pharmacy and supermarket right next door and across. The room we booked is a decent size for a family of 4 and there’s a good size balcony. However the lighting in the room is super dimmed. And the a/c wasn’t very strong. The hotel does supply fans and a mini fridge when requested which was helpful.

Room is very small, the bed is virtually on the floor and as comfortable as an air mattress. The furniture consists of a 4-legged stool, a wicker swing hanging from the ceiling ans a bean bag. There is nothing cozy or comfortable about this room. . Location is good and the staff is friendly.

Great hotel in a great location. Our room was a king bed with a sofa bed. Big room, minimalistic in decor but made up with it in amenities: coffee machine, teas, ice in the bucket with a welcome cocktail mix and waters. Plenty of towels. The air condition worked even in the fall cold weather. Upstairs bar was welcoming. Came in after hours, they email me clear instructions for check in and room key pickup. Friendly staff. Location was amazing near the main plaza. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and a grocery right at my doorsteps.

We needed to store our luggage until check in; they kindly had our room ready early so that we could get checked in conveniently. They recommended great places to eat and visit. Loved our comfortable and clean room. Our breakfast was unbelievably delicious! All of the staff is friendly, helpful and kind and made us feel welcome. The hotel is located near the sites making walking around very easy! We will be back!

Excellent location near Marienplatz, with plenty of food options and amenities nearby. There’s a supermarket right behind the hotel, and numerous restaurants and cafés along the street. Marienplatz subway station, and the Christmas market is also just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel’s communication was very responsive (they also have Whatsapp option with Reception), and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Zentraler geht es fast nicht in München. Das Hotel ist zu Fuss nur 5 Minuten vom Marienplatz entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich schlicht eingerichtet; wir konnten aber damit leben. Das Frühstück war eher bescheiden, da der Platz für ein Buffet leider zu klein ist. Links gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich ein REWE, was wir als sehr nützlich empfanden. Wir würden dieses Hotel beim nächsten München-Trip wieder nehmen, da es wirklich sehr gut gelegen ist und sich das Personal sehr kundenfreundlich verhält.

The location is unbeatable—right in Old Town and close to everything. I stayed in the downtown apartment room, and even with the weather hitting 85°F / 29°C, the room stayed comfortable. The fans they provided helped. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to any friend visiting Munich, and I’d gladly stay here again myself.

The bar lounge on the 5th floor was excellent! Food superb! Cappuccino was the best I have ever had anywhere! Evenings they had a DJ. It was AWESOME! Very relaxing! Staff was great!

Starting with check in, reception is on the top floor so they have to buzz you up, but it was very quick. Check in was fast also. Halls are carpeted which was a bit weird to me. However, the room made up for that. Hardwood floors. Very spacious. Bathroom also spacious. Clean. Bed comfortable. Nice balcony. We had a room with a king bed and a sofa. Very minimalistic design if you're into that. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast and bar are also on top floor. Very nice room. Breakfast was typical german breakfast of sandwiches, yogurt, etc and delicious coffee. Location of this hotel is ideal. Very short walk to the marientplatz. We would stay here again for sure!
