This was by far the best hotel we stayed in our Istria trip. Staff is amazing (kudos to the interim-Marina) as everyone takes really care of the guests from the first moment. They guided us all around the hotel with a friendly smile and goodwill to help. Hotel itself is super good, bed very comfortable, towels, shower, everything absolutely amazing. The pools are super beautiful and comfortable, the location is absolutely amazing. What can I add? Amazing breakfast with lots of variety and a convenient own parking place. If paradise exists must be similar to this hotel. Thanks guys, very good job.

The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. However, this is unfortunately not a very family-friendly hotel. Children are not allowed to use the indoor pool, and although there is an outdoor pool with loungers, you have to pass through the spa area to access it, which also restricts children from entering. With temperatures reaching 33 degrees, this was quite disappointing for families travelling with kids. We then decided to use the hotel beach area, only to find out that sunbeds cost an additional €25 each, which felt excessive considering we were already hotel guests. Another downside was the parking charge. We were not aware before arrival that hotel parking costs €25 per day on top of the room rate. Overall, while the hotel itself is clean and comfortable, families with children should be aware of the restrictions and extra costs before booking.
