Muy conforme !!! A mejorar - La habitación tenía algunos detalles d limpieza. Había un pelo en la tapa del inodoro cuando llegué. Además la pava eléctrica tenía rota la perilla para graduar la temperatura - La luz arriba de la cama no funcionaba correctamente - Se escuchan mucho los ruidos entre las habitaciones, especialmente el tv por estar pegado a la pared Mas allá de los detalles, destaco la ubicación, wifi funciona muy bien. La estadía excelente, volveré!

Great hotel for a reasonable price. Clean and comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late (3:00 AM) and the check in was seamless. We got checked in and into the room in a few minutes.

A localização é muito boa, próximo aos bosques de palermo, da estação de metro, tem um shopping outlet bem próximo e em 10-15 minutos andando já está na melhor parte de palermo. O ponto engativo é que a av. santa fé não é das mais bem frequentadas pela noite e na rua do hotel havia uma espécie de ponto de encontro para moradores de rua. Andamos tranquilamente nela, inclusive a noite, sem que ninguém nos incomodasse, mas é importante saber a realidade. O hotel em si atende as expectativas do padrão, camas boas (mais macias do que eu gosto, mas questão de preferência), 2 travesseiros por pessoa, bons jogos de cama, toalhas e afins. O chuveiro é um pouco pequeno, mas é bom. A limpeza estava excelente. A equipe foi muito atenciosa durante toda a estadia. Conseguimos fazer um late check-out por um preço razoavel que nos deu bastante conforto porque nosso voo saiu quase 20h.

La experiencia del check in y la llegada bien, personal atento y amable, todo rápido. Único inconveniente, es que en la noche en las afueras había ruido en ocasiones de gente gritando o ebria, quizas justo el día que me quedé hubo alguna celebración pero lamentablemente se escuchaba muy directo.

The hotel was close to the city airport that provides connections within Argentina and South America (not the larger international airport) and was perfect for our 1 night stay. Rooms were a little dated but comfortable. The hotel itself felt safe and there were restaurants and shopping malls nearby.

Hotel limpo , bem localizado , porém o quarto que ficamos ficava é virado para a rua que é muito barulhenta, a geladeira tb faz muito barulho . No mais tudo ótimo , itens do frigobar inclusos na diária o que é um ponto muito positivo.

The property was conveniently located for us in the last night of our stay. The front desk staff were all very cheery and helpful. The front door is on a lock system at all times so that was a nice feeling when the keys to your rooms are still actual skeleton-type keys. The room was basic and small but clean and we just needed it for one night.

Excellent hotel. It is very clean with friendly staff. Close to restaurants, transportation and places in Palermo. Negative: our Uber driver had a hard time finding this hotel as there is no big signs outside. Also it seems the hotel is right next to train track so it’s a little noisy. It did not bother us but for some people, the train noise might be an issue.

Fizemos uma rápida passagem, mas o recepcionista foi extremamente gentil e prestativo. Nos recebeu com um lanchinho, pediu taxi para o dia seguinte e foi super amável. Cama e chuveiros ótimos! Muitas opções de alimentação próximas ao hotel, que é há 15 min de carro do aeroporto.

Wonderful stay. We’re here for five nights and found it quiet, location was great, we’re given a restaurant recommendation that was fabulous. Aylen loaned us her subway and bus card for our stay which was invaluable and allowed us to get around. Can’t thank her enough. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Small hotel located in downtown Buenos Aires. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to store our luggage for an extra day while we took a trip up to the Iguaca Falls. Clean and reasonably priced.

This is a great value hotel for the location. Easy to walk to the subway station and many restaurants, as well as the Rose Garden and the Japanese Garden. What really made this hotel spectacular was the staff. Every member of the staff was tremendously helpful and kind to us. We had a few weird requests such as requesting cutlery at random times and getting our bags out of storage a few times and booking airport cabs, and they were so quick to help us. Definitely recommend this hotel and its great staff.

Hotel bem localizado, portaria 24h, precisamos trocar de quarto pois o banheiro estava com infiltrcao e no outro quarto que ficamos o ar condicionado nao era suficiente para aquecer o quarto. O hotel nao possui cafe da manha, mas tem locais proximos para o cafe da manha com boa qualidade.

A very modern looking hotel in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing is the supposed breakfast which only consisted of a couple 4 packs of crackers and some jelly.
