Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Ausflüge gelegen. Die Autobahn war nachts nicht zu hören. Das Nötigste war alles vorhanden. Die Stimmung am Abend am See war wunderschön. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder einmal.

Notre appartement (le 112) avait une situation idéale, vue sur le lac. L’appart en lui-même était joli, bien décoré, de taille adéquate. Les lits confortables. Les bémols : mobilier de terrasse très sale et terrasse également (pas utilisables malgré le beau temps), canapé tout craquelé, sol pas lavé (sensation désagréable en marchant pieds nus) et oreillers trop épais.

We even had a call with the property a couple of days before arrival, which was helpful and put us at ease. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, well cared for, and in a great, convenient location within a charming small town. We visited during the winter and loved how peaceful and cozy the area felt—it was a perfect getaway. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already considering coming back in the summer to check out the water park, which looks like it would be a lot of fun. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others. We’re definitely looking forward to returning!

We booked over Expedia and only after i paid I got to know that I would have to take towels from home or pay extra. I paid extra and still haven't found any towels in the room. The beds I had to do it myself, and in one of the bedsheet there was a big hole. There was no soap in the bathroom. Arrived at midnight, the parking code didn't work and I had to park in the city. The place in general would be ok but people should know clearly in advance what is going to book.

The parking code wasn’t working, we got soaked trying to sort it. It wasn’t clear towels weren’t included. The bedding had dirty packaging of someone else’s food and to be honest for the price I’d expect them to be made. The sofa bed was awful, bits falling off, not comfortable which they addressed with biscuits but to be honest I’d rather have been given some throws to cover it

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Appartement in Jabbeke. Bei unserer Ankunft war es in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: die Couch war kaputt, der Boden verschmutzt, die Arbeitsplatte und die Gardinen dreckig und die Wände beschmiert. Insgesamt war die Wohnung ungepflegt, sodass wir uns darin nicht wohlfühlen konnten. Positiv war, dass der Kundenservice schnell reagiert hat und uns ein Appartement in Zeebrügge als Alternative angeboten wurde. Dafür bedanken wir uns ausdrücklich. Dennoch entspricht die Unterkunft in Jabbeke nicht den Erwartungen und ist dringend renovierungs- und reinigungsbedürftig.

Was pleasantly surprised to find that there were sliding doors to separate the sleeping spaces making great use of a small space. Would recommend for a short stay

Well designed small holiday suite for 5. We stayed one night but it would have been fine for longer. Welcome pack didn't include soap for hand washing, so I am glad I read previous reviews and came prepared.

The description doesn’t mention the accommodation comes totally empty of all amenities (except toilet rolls and bed sheets). We would have paid for towels if the extra charge had been made. There was no coffee, tea or soap Guests are instructed on leaflets to clean the flat, take out their own rubbish and vacate by 10am. The sofa is in poor condition, hidden under a cheap cover, and we got given a packet of biscuits as compensation. The overall experience felt low-quality and avoidable

Praktiskt för en övernattning på resan men det var trevligare att åka därifrån än att komma dit. Ligger invid en liten sjö och ett mindre vattenland men det mesta är slitet och hela platsen hade mått bra av lite kärlek. Soffmöblerna i lägenheten var så slitna att man hade täckt över soffan med en inte helt ren filt. Billigt men man får vad man betalar för.

Didn’t like much, i heard AFTER i booked and paid that I had to make the bed, that I had to take tow er ls, that there was no reception staff and that I had to tidy up, strip the beds and take out the rubbish. That’s like a lot of work for what I paid. The sofa was so badly worn out that I didn’t want to sit on it. Pretty rubbish all in all.

Insgesamt war die Wohnung ungepflegt, sodass wir uns darin nicht wohlfühlen konnten. The description doesn’t mention the accommodation comes totally empty of all amenities (except toilet rolls and bed sheets). We would have paid for towels if the extra charge had been made. There was no coffee, tea or soap Guests are instructed on leaflets to clean the flat, take out their own rubbish and vacate by 10am. The sofa is in poor condition, hidden under a cheap cover, and we got given a packet of biscuits as compensation. The overall experience felt low-quality and avoidable

The parking code wasn’t working, we got soaked trying to sort it. It wasn’t clear towels weren’t included. The bedding had dirty packaging of someone else’s food and to be honest for the price I’d expect them to be made. The sofa bed was awful, bits falling off, not comfortable which they addressed with biscuits but to be honest I’d rather have been given some throws to cover it

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Ausflüge gelegen. Die Autobahn war nachts nicht zu hören. Das Nötigste war alles vorhanden. Die Stimmung am Abend am See war wunderschön. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder einmal.

Very clean compact and good price and would stay again. AC was not working during our stay but otherwise all good. Google maps leads to the caravan park instead of the car park which is towards Ibis hotel. Can check in after 10pm but there won't be any assistance if a problem. Bed sheets but need to make own beds. No towels. Dishwasher tablet is provided. Bathroom door is in the bunkbedn area so can disturb kids if use during night.

I booked the room for 5 persons as it showed that there is a double bed and a big bunk bed which can allow 3 people to sleep. However, the bunk bed doesn't work like this. The top bed is too narrow and close to the ceiling that my daughter wasn't able to climb down by herself. It ends up that one of us had to sleep in sofa. We are quite disappointed about this.
