This room is literally on the sand. Big picture window with ocean views on ground level. The beach is clean and gorgeous. When the tide is out I enjoyed walking out hundreds of meters with herons, gulls, cormorants and pelicans. Room is very basic and very clean. The onsite restaurant, Matilde, is the best in town. Friendly and tasty. Very relaxing stay.

The Stella is my Go To un San Felipe after trying many others. ON the beach! Restaurant & bar awe awesome! Rooms are good and spotless. AC - great! Parking and a night guard - very secure. Great job amigos!

For Baja, it was excellent. I loved that the beach was two steps away as well as the palapa and the restaurant. I thought at $200/night it was overpriced considering the only chair inside the room to look out at the beach was a folding chair. Otherwise great location and services.

Overall good place to stay, the window on the room don’t seal very good and whistles when the wind hit it, even though the windows were replace already. I had to open the window a little bit and let the hot air come in to be able to sleep better. The restaurant next to the rooms is good and you don’t have to go far to get food is you get hungry.

No regreso al lugar fue una espera no querían cobrarme por la aplicación ,intentaron moverme a otra habitación que no pedí ,les enseñé el comprobante y querían cobrarme casi el doble sin respetarlo que indicó mi aplicación. Preguntamos si podíamos hacer nuestras amburguesas en la playa y dijeron que si ,después llegó el administrador con un aspecto pésimo y actitud que siempre no podíamos ,le dije usaré mi mini estufa Coleman ni siquiera hace fuego y dijo que no ,las reglas no están claras querían que consumiéramos en el restaurante y decidimos salir a comer y dijeron que si salíamos a las 9 pm ya no podíamos regresar después de haber pagado la Habiatacion ,se le comentó que deberían tener normas claras desde la Aplicación ,en la mañana no acudieron a limpiar la habítacion . El lugar está lindo pero la Administración y la actitud de las personas que atienden intentado hacer cosas o que pagues más de lo que ya reservaste hace que no vuelvas y te arrepientas de la estancia . Esperaba más ya que el Precio es elevado para el lugar por lo Menos esperas un buen servicio .

We loved that the location was right on the beach and that the area on the beach was set up so nicely! We also enjoyed the fact that we could walk along the beach to the Malecon from Stella del Mar. We had a very relaxing visit! Thank you!
