Desde que llegamos a la recepción la señora Betty nos Atendió muy bien incluso nos entregó la habitación antes del horario normal porque ya estaba lista. La habitación estaba muy limpia muy bien equipada a tres cuadras a pie de la playa, había lugares para cocinar préstamo de bicicletas y de kayaks en lo personal nos fue muy bien y sí volveríamos en un futuro

Es un lugar muy tranquilo para poder pasar un tiempo genial. El personal es muy atento y amigable, el lugar tiene alberca, red y balón de voleibol, mesa de pin pon, y puede prestarte algunas cosas para que tu estancia en la playa sea más cómoda, hay café americano temprano y por las noches.

La cabana a due piani con piscina privata è perfetta. Ci sono molti dettagli che rendono il soggiorno impeccabile. Tutto è nuovo e confortevole. Dopo una giornata in giro per turismo è bellissimo fare un bagno in piscina, una doccia "intelligente" e poi dormire in un letto comodissimo con aria condizionata.

El lugar está completamente adecuado para descansar y alejarse de todo, cabañas muy cómodas, buenas condiciones de las instalaciones, los blancos y el mobiliario, tiene varios servicios adicionales a disposición del huésped, cocineta, mesa de pin pon, asador, café (mañana y noche), bicicletas, kayak, estacionamiento con sombra y el servicio que recibimos de parte de los responsables es de maravilla, Alfredo y su papá son 2 personas extremadamente serviciales y gentiles. Lo recomiendo mucho para viajar con la familia y descansar. La playa está muy cerca del hotel.

Pictures on website are super edited. It is horrible. Not clean at all. Green pool. Bug all over the place. Not well kept at all. I understand it is outdoors but they dont keep up with the maintenance or housekeeping. Dont get fooled by the pics or good reviews. I ended up looking for somewhere to stay in Merida and very disappointed.

Staff was great, always helpful, friendly, practical, positive. Quiet environnent. Relaxing. Our room was always clean. Inviting outdoor space. Close to beach, walking distance. Food across the road. Chairs for beach on request. We stayed 12 days. A lot to explore close by. It is a cabin style stay. With AC and hot water and very clean pool. It is not a city style hotel so you will not see marbel floors or enclosed rooms. It is for travelers that enjoy simplicity and contact with nature and real people.

Las cabañas están muy poco iliminadas, la limpieza no es su fuerte, hay una sola persona muy amable, jóven, que es el único que atiende día y noche, todos los días, si es necesario hace el aseo cuando no lo hace otra persona que va en las mañanas. Por su ubicación pensé que tenía acceso a la Ría, pero nadie lo tiene. Está a tres calles de la playa y es una zona bastante sola ideal para aisarse un poco pese a que está llena de casas de veraneo. El wifi funciona muy bien

We couldn’t even stay there it was so terrible. There was no light outside so the property was dark when we arrived. The room was filled with mosquitos, the door did not have a lock on it, the WiFi could only handle one of our phones at a time and was slow. The sheets were dirty. The A/C barely pumped air and there were openings in the ceiling so bugs could easily get in. The floor had dust and sand on it. The person checking us in didn’t have any information about where we could go to buy water bottles, where to eat dinner, how to order a taxi. I have never been so upset that I left a hotel to stay elsewhere. I’m absolutely shocked that it has such high ratings on multiple sites. This is not a hotel or a motel. It is barely camping.

La habitación es pequeña, austera como se ofrece, en una cabaña en un sitio entre dos poblados a cinco kilometros el mas proximo que aun asi no ofrecen nada de nada. Debes llevar auto forzozamente porque sino quedaras aislado. Si estas a trecientos metros del mar.

Es incomodo dormir con el velo para los mosquitos, definitivamente si se necesita porque si se meten pero en forma de triangulo NO es nada funcional, eso hace que se reduzca el área para poder dormir de la cama. Todo es muy rustico, no esta mal para quien NO quiere lujos, ciertamente los sonidos de afuera se pueden escuchar adentro de la cabaña, por lo que también se pueden escuchar los sonidos desde adentro hacia afuera, la privacidad no es el fuerte aqui. el ventilador gira MUY lento a pesar de estar en el mas rapido (cabaña 2).

Beautiful property and place. We stayed in the 2 story suite which was lovely. It gets really hot on the top floor though which is the bedroom. The air conditioner can’t really keep it cool enough since it’s a palapa and lots of open air. It gets windy at night so that’s nice with windows open. Air conditioner dripped down on your head though in the middle of the night so had to turn it off. Private little pool was our favorite.

There was a small kitchen area where you are able to cook your own food. The bed was nice and large, but a little stiff. The employees here do not speak English, but are very friendly and willing to use a translator to communicate. Overall I would definitely recommend these Cabanas. You're very close to the town of Chelem, which is a cute town, but not very touristy, so most people do not speak English.

Un lugar que no tiene respeto por sus huéspedes. Si quieres descansar. Este no es el lugar. Es horrible la experiencia de viajar con niños pequeños o bebés para descansar y que estén mariachis en la madrugada con un ruido terrible. Gente en la alberca pasadas las 10 pm haciendo ruido. Cero control. Cuando llegas nadie te recibe, no están al pendiente. Muy desorganizado. Las alberca privada sucia y con mucho cloro, hasta ronchas te salen. Cuidado con este lugar.
Un lugar que no tiene respeto por sus huéspedes. Si quieres descansar. Este no es el lugar. Es horrible la experiencia de viajar con niños pequeños o bebés para descansar y que estén mariachis en la madrugada con un ruido terrible. Gente en la alberca pasadas las 10 pm haciendo ruido. Todo muy bien, la atención fue excelente. Únicamente sentí la cabaña un poco oscura (sería ideal mejorar la iluminación o los lúmenes de los focos) y faltaba mejorar la protección para evitar que los insectos entraran. Limpieza y trato muy bien

Es la 2da vez que voy, muy tranquilo, el personal es muy amable, sólo deberian poner algunos buró en las orillas de las camas para poder tener cosas a la mano, también darle mtto a los minisplit o en su caso adecuar para que no se salga el clima ya que al ser techo de tipo hojas de palma pues se filtra todo el clima y no enfría mas que en donde pegue direcro, todo lo demás excelente.
Es la 2da vez que voy, muy tranquilo, el personal es muy amable, sólo deberian poner algunos buró en las orillas de las camas para poder tener cosas a la mano, también darle mtto a los minisplit o en su caso adecuar para que no se salga el clima ya que al ser techo de tipo hojas de palma pues se filtra todo el clima y no enfría mas que en donde pegue direcro, todo lo demás excelente.

There was a small kitchen area where you are able to cook your own food. The bed was nice and large, but a little stiff. The employees here do not speak English, but are very friendly and willing to use a translator to communicate. Overall I would definitely recommend these Cabanas. You're very close to the town of Chelem, which is a cute town, but not very touristy, so most people do not speak English.

Un lugar que no tiene respeto por sus huéspedes. Si quieres descansar. Este no es el lugar. Es horrible la experiencia de viajar con niños pequeños o bebés para descansar y que estén mariachis en la madrugada con un ruido terrible. Gente en la alberca pasadas las 10 pm haciendo ruido. Cero control. Cuando llegas nadie te recibe, no están al pendiente. Muy desorganizado. Las alberca privada sucia y con mucho cloro, hasta ronchas te salen. Cuidado con este lugar.

The property was beautiful and peaceful. They take obvious pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of the cabanas. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and handled our language barrier with great patience. Would definitely stay here again.

La habitación es pequeña, austera como se ofrece, en una cabaña en un sitio entre dos poblados a cinco kilometros el mas proximo que aun asi no ofrecen nada de nada. Debes llevar auto forzozamente porque sino quedaras aislado. Si estas a trecientos metros del mar.

Es muy ogareño,siempre mantuvieron limpios los baños, la alberca, el perdonal muy amable. Los cuartos tenian lazos para tender la ropa. El unico detalle es que la llave del laba manos hacia un ruido exraño. Pero en general exelente servicio Pd:siempre tenian cafecito

Es un lugar muy tranquilo para poder pasar un tiempo genial. El personal es muy atento y amigable, el lugar tiene alberca, red y balón de voleibol, mesa de pin pon, y puede prestarte algunas cosas para que tu estancia en la playa sea más cómoda, hay café americano temprano y por las noches.

Not only safe and quiet but kid and dog friendly as well. If you’re not a guest there, you should be. I’m booking another night then going to the beach; which I haven’t seen yet. El lugar está completamente adecuado para descansar y alejarse de todo, cabañas muy cómodas, buenas condiciones de las instalaciones, los blancos y el mobiliario, tiene varios servicios adicionales a disposición del huésped, cocineta, mesa de pin pon, asador, café (mañana y noche), bicicletas, kayak, estacionamiento con sombra y el servicio que recibimos de parte de los responsables es de maravilla, Alfredo y su papá son 2 personas extremadamente serviciales y gentiles. Lo recomiendo mucho para viajar con la familia y descansar. La playa está muy cerca del hotel.

Very nice cabanas with all the necessary for a confortable stay. Acess to use the kitchen, fresh coffee in the morning and evening. We slept very well. A nice beach just few minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay.

They have created a little piece of paradise here! Very friendly staff. The rooms are very cute, looks like you are sleeping in an old Maya house. The pool area is nice and very relaxing and they even have some toys etc for kids. We loved it here! There are muscitoes and the rooms are not fully closed off, but they provide a muscito net and some spray for the room. We would defenitely visit again! The WiFi could be better
