Perfectly fine for 2. Secure parking right next to the building. We stayed one night due to airport nearby for flight out the next morning. Easy access to airport about 2-3 miles away. Room was clean and bed comfortable. All communication and access info done digitally but was efficient. Area around the property is busy with lots of dining options. Next to University of Lisbon. No staff on site.

Entire property is gated, entry instructions are clear. The room/hallways are very nice. We met two other American couples and we all were happy with the accommodations. The neighborhood is nice. I can’t comment any further since I drove in to the hotel in the dark. Uber/ Bolt available to airport and inexpensive. Lisbon airport is 5 minutes.

A perfect one night stay for us as we were headed to the airport the following morning. We appreciated the included gated private parking for our rental car. The room itself was clean, bath was nicely designed and the best very comfortable for being two twin beds.

Communication with this property is great. Check-in instructions are clear and easy to follow. The room we had (106) was spacious and very comfortable. The bed is amazing! There is a small Nespresso coffee maker in the room as well as a kettle and mini fridge. The hotel is clean and well cared for - as well as the grounds. With the gate system, it is very safe. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next trip.

The property was very nice and clean except for a used bandaid my daughter found on the floor by the bed. It would have been nice to have more lighting in the room and the light switches were very confusing as many light switches turned on the same light. However, it was a bit of a pain to have to figure out which light switch was used last in order to turn that light on again🤔

Staff was SO helpful. We arrived 4 hours early from the cruise port , and they put us in a different room to accommodate us. It was all spotless and the beds are super comfortable.

Property was easy to access. Room was a little odd being in the basement, little bit of plane noise. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom upon entry and continued throughout the stay. Otherwise it was clean and convenient for an early airport departure.

The walls are so thin I waas hearing the neighbour yelling at their phone at 11 in the night. Then all the snoring came.. The rooms are tidy clean, but there is no option for breakfast.

Pros: The room was modern, bathroom spacious and elegant. I was allowed an early check-in, which helped me with luggage while switching hotels. Cons: The room was not made during my two-nights stay. Wardrobe space very limited and in the open (a frame with four coathangers, no shelf space). Everything is on codes and passwords, no human contact, no reception desk. No staff on premisses after 2pm - a bit eerie feeling - being the only soul in the building (have not seen, met, or heard other guests). Biggest concern, a realization only after I left: it dawned on me that I' ve never seen any instructions in case of fire - especially concerning since the access to and from the room is seemingly only by an elevator (have not seen any stairs). The room was below the ground level, with only a small window high up, probably the only escape. I have not checked if the window can be easily opened. The fire concern didn't occur to me during the stay, but will definitely pay attention to it in the future.

The room was renovated, so it was fairly new. However, on the top floor, which is where we were, the windows were very tiny and so there was not good light and the lighting that they had was very cold and unappealing. Also no nightlight for the bathroom. We were there for 3 nights and there was not enough coffee for 2 people for 3 mornings. There were no paper towels or hand towels for the kitchen. So we bought our own paper towels. There was some dishwashing liquid which they left under the sink along with an extremely dirty sponge..which I did not use. Lastly, the shower was nice and it was new, but there was nowhere to put your shampoo and body wash, etc...except on the floor.

I really appreciated the self check in and check out. Instructions were easy to follow and it was super efficient. The room is beautiful and well designed, but there were a few things (shower head, shower drain, bidet) that needed some maintenance. There wasn't anywhere to put soap or shampoo in the shower and there wasn't a lot of soundproofing. I felt that it was a great location - a great neighborhood with parks, restaurants and good proximity to attractions close by.

Nice small hotel ( only about 10 rooms) near airport. Easy self check-in, just follow instructions you receive by email. Nice modern room with comfortable king bed (2singles together), and large smart tv. Restaurants nearby walking distance. Free private parking. Highly recommend!!!

The photo on my booking confirmation showed a kitchenette. That was false, this was just a room with a small fridge. Coffee maker made awful coffee., No staff, no ice machine. Shower was ok, lousy toiletries. Lighting was terrible in the room, So dark and dim. Get some real light bulbs. It was like a cave.

Was a bit hard to get into property w no reception of any kind. Only emails w incomplete directions. Also, room was very hot. Could not sleep at night, but told not to touch the thermostat! Room was basic. Was there less than 12 hours to catch airport flight. Was walkable to nice Indian restaurant for dinner. Was about 15 min to airport, but airport traffic, so 30 minutes to enter airport. Would recommend finding another place to stay.

I booked through Expedia, but received no information on how to get onto the property (it seems that those who booked directly with the hotel had the information sent to them). Luckily I had an international calling plan so I was able to contact the hotel. Very clean and comfortable; close to airport so there is plane noise, but it eventually quieted down. Perfectly fine for 2. Secure parking right next to the building. We stayed one night due to airport nearby for flight out the next morning. Easy access to airport about 2-3 miles away. Room was clean and bed comfortable. All communication and access info done digitally but was efficient. Area around the property is busy with lots of dining options. Next to University of Lisbon. O apartamento disponibilizado estava mofado. Apesar da resposta imediata tive que aguardar por quase 30 minutos para mudar para outro apartamento bem menor porem em perfeitas condições. No mais o custo-benefício é interessante, entretanto se precisar de late-checkout é melhor se hospedar em outro local. A tolerância não passa de 30 minutos.

Entire property is gated, entry instructions are clear. The room/hallways are very nice. We met two other American couples and we all were happy with the accommodations. The neighborhood is nice. I can’t comment any further since I drove in to the hotel in the dark. Uber/ Bolt available to airport and inexpensive. Lisbon airport is 5 minutes.

Localização boa pra quem quer ficar perto do aeroporto (LIS), mas não tão boa pra quem quer ficar perto da parte movimentada e do comércio (baixa-chiado, praça do comércio, elevador de santa justa, etc). Limpeza e instalações excelentes, só não tem funcionários no hotel. Você faz check in e check out sem contato, porém recebe todas as instruções por email e pelo site da expedia. O acesso foi tranquilo, só seguir as instruções. Recomendo.

La propiedad está muy bonita y muy bien ubicada lo único que no me gusto es el tiempo de limpieza en la habitación ya que solo se realiza cada 3 dias, lo cual no está indicado en su publicación. Tampoco cuenta con restaurante, lo cual es una desventaja aunque al rededor haya algunos a los que se puede acudir . Por lo tanto con respecto al costo servicio lo considero alto, hay hoteles en la zona que cobran casi lo mismo pero brindan los servicios antes mencionados. The walls are so thin I waas hearing the neighbour yelling at their phone at 11 in the night. Then all the snoring came.. The rooms are tidy clean, but there is no option for breakfast.

Close to the airport was a convenience, the direct overhead planes not so much. Also it was advertised as being much closer to walkable cafe's/bars/restaurants than it was and we had to Uber everywhere. The place was absolutely spotless, however there is no 'garden' just a small gated front yard, as well as no onsite staff to answer any questions. Check-in/access were easy with the emailed instructions, but no luggage storage space made check-out day a challenge when we had a late flight and were only given the option of leaving our bags in the hallway.

The instructions to the location and How to enter the property were great, I had no problem, reaching the location and entering my room. The Property Manager was very nice and allowed me to enter my room two hours earlier than check-in. The room was very clean. Everything I needed for my stay.
