Le Jardin Lisbon

Hotel was smelly and a bit run down. We had no clear instructions on how to get in and we were lucky another resident was at the gate when we arrived to help us get in. No reception area. It was like a hotel without anyone to contact. The location was close to the airport which is why we stayed there but we did not sleep at all as the airplanes landing close by sounded like they were landing in our room every 4 minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone if you want something easy and restful the night before a flight.

Lovely property, beautiful and very well maintained. Staff was responsive and showed up (past 10m) to help us when the key didnt work. Area is great, very walkable, with ana amazing garden across the street. Highly recommend! Only thing to note is room service wasn't available daily (we only stayed 2 days so this didnt matter to us), but this can probably be worked out with the hosts.

Easy self help checkin Cleaning Staff that was there was very helpful and made sure we got any questions answered. Clean and comfortable in a nice setting in the middle of the ciry

Le Jardin Hotel in Portugal completely exceeded expectations—it's truly much more than what the photos show online. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the rooms are thoughtfully designed, and every detail feels carefully curated. What really stands out is the service—genuine, attentive, and personal without being overbearing. It’s one of those places that feels even better in person than it looks, making the stay feel special from start to finish. Highly recommend.

The rooms were ok. The gate was closed, and it was hard to communicate with the hotel. After checkin we had issues but they never replied via phone or sms.
