The hotel is clean and has big rooms if you choose the comfort room. However we had issues with hot water. We were booked for 2 nts and had to change the rooms twice due to no hot water. But even after changing the rooms the issue was nit resolved it was very disappointing. If hot water is not an issue for you then this is a good hotel. I would give it a 2.5 star because of the water issue.

Nos intentaron engañar con el precio del aparcamiento. Nunca nos limpiaron la habitacion, nos quejamos a la web de Hoteles.com y como represarias al fia siguiente solo nos dieron pan y té en el desayuno. Tuvimos que llamar a la.polivia turistica de Marruecos por que se pusieron muy violentos con nosotros. Tened cuidado NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL ES.PELIGROSO.

Room was very big and so was the shower. An easy walk to the main sites but is near a tramline. Only 2 issues. One was the WiFi, it was slow and just bad, kept connecting and disconnecting over and over especially in the evening. The other was the automatic lightening around my floor would go off too quicky. I know it's for saving energy but should stay on for more than 3 seconds. Breakfast was fine and staff were very nice.

The property was filthy, garbage on the street outside , dirty bathrooms and filthy walls in the bedroom. the glasses at breakfast were not clean as well. overall the staff was not helpful and our rooms were not cleaned at all on the days we were at the hotel. we asked for new clean towels and were told we could not get any. when i asked the manager he apologized for the staff and cleaning. and offered us a free nights stay and said he would remedy the situation. however after an additional night with no resolution - we left the hotel - would suggest you book some where else as this hotel is not up to the standard orbitz has. it's not even close to a 4 start rating - more like a 1 or 2 star..

Si il y a quelque chose qu’on ne pourra jamais enlever aux marocains c’est bien l’accueil..! Merci au réceptionniste Mourad qui a pu me renseigner et m’orienter dans mes premiers pas à Casablanca. L’hôtel est à proximité de pas mal d’attractions (Morocco Mall, la Corniche, Mosquée Hassan II, Marina, etc..)Chambre très spacieuse climatisée, dotée d’un petit frigo, salle de bain douche wc bidet petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Je reviendrai. Merci à tout le personnel
