Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The intercom in our room was not working, and despite calling several times, no one responded. Only after repeated attempts did the manager finally send housekeeping. The safe locker in the room was also not working, and again, no one came to help us with it. The condition of the mattresses was unacceptable — they were extremely dirty and stained. Overall, the lack of responsiveness from the staff and the poor room conditions made our stay very uncomfortable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service and cleanliness.

Bed covers and pillow covers were dirty, had to request for them to be changed. There were no electricity in the rooms for hours. There were no internet/ service available for one of the room, while the other room had it but very slow. The rooms were NOT soundproof, despite claiming they were. Receptionists were NOT friendly. They only gave 1 key card per room even though we had 3 people stay in the same room (its standard to give at least 2 key cards). I requested for another, but they refused to give it. The entire hotel had a weird smell and was very outdated. There were no kettles. The only good thing was the location and the staff member during the night shift on 4th floor.
