Great property, bike rental was quite expensive but convenient & the pool area is very nice but could do with a clean/ upgrade. Would also be nice to make use of the outside area during winter - put the heaters on / have some service outside.

Trevligt hotell med bra mat och frukost. Vad som tyvärr drar ner mycket är spaet. Poolen var inte nog varm för att kunna vara i längre än ett snabbt dopp, utöver den fanns ett kallbad i tunna, bastu och en ångbastu. Ångbastun var det dock inte en enda person i, då det luktade mögel och det blev vad du andades in i ångan. Det var extremt trångt i gången vid bastun/ångbastun. En ruskig höstdag som detta var, fanns det inte någonstans att ”hänga” i spaet, då det enbart fanns utelounge. Poolen skulle kunna vara en plats man kunnat vara kvar i en stund om den var varmare.

Absolutely the best getaway spa hotel in Copenhagen. Affordable price, fantastic design, cozy pool and sauna. The staff is amazing; Corner (manager?), who was taking care of us all evening, was just fantastic. I have never been so spoiled in a hotel before on my birthday.

Fin indretning og beliggenhed. Under middel i rengøringsstandard, “nusset” de fleste steder på hotellet, og i spa området. Ikke opfyldning af lounge bar og beskidte krukker hvor man kunne tage slik og popcorn, bestemt ikke indbydende. Bestilte pomfritter fra snack menu i baren. 75 kr for ikke mere end en håndfuld slatne pomfritter, seriøst…der er ikke sans for detaljer på dette 4 stjernede hotel, virkelig ærgerligt for det ligger lige til højrebenet. Overall ikke den bedste oplevelse, så kommer vi ikke til at booke igen.

Had a fantastic, stress free, comfortable stay in this incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean and convenient hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was stylish and had all the necessary amenities - plus great toiletries! The addition of the sauna and heated pool was next level! I really appreciated the eco-considerations, too. Would come again in a heartbeat. Incredible value for money I thought.

Helt okay sted men jeg bliver aldrig fan af glas dører til toilettet. Lidt støvet på hængerne og toppen af sengengavlen (yes, tjekkede der fordi viften kørte og sendte støv rundt). Maden i restauranten var okay, men næste gang spiser jeg nok ude. Morgenmaden er god! Hyggelig og hjælpsom personale. Fint med fællesområde på etagen hvor der er fri snacks

Sengen var virkelig hård, og puder ikke særlig gode og dyne føltes som et tungt vattæppe. Men super hyggeligt værelse, meget intimt, og at der lige står en højtaler man kan bruge på værelset var en fantastisk ide. Ift service så kunne man godt have nævnt hvad tid der var check-ud og gjort opmærksom inden at de skal have ydeligere depositum udover det vi havde betalt. Nok ikke et sted vi ville komme igen pga sengen og det til ikke var af en kvalitet vi er vant til, men hyggeligt sted, hvis man ser bort fra de andre ting.

Rent, pænt og utrolig flot hotel/ værelse. Lækker morgenmad. Rigtig god placering i KBH. Eneste minus var at det nærmest var som om man sad på toilettet inde på værelset - Transpirant glasdør som ikke kunnes lukkes helt i.

Alt er så hyggeligt og virkelig lækker indretning og flot design. Dog vil jeg sige at vores værelse var iskoldt og selvom man prøvede at skrue på al mulig så hjalp det bestemt ikke meget. Godt at jeg havde et varmt menneske at putte ind til. Gør noget ved varmefunktionen på værelserne, så er alt gost

A gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities. Room was comfortable, well designed - loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom! A nice touch to have a tea/snack station on each floor. Breakfast was divine, so fresh and such premium products. Especially lord making a yoghurt bowl every morning with the chia seed pudding and great assortment of fruit. Great location for the Metro - easy to travel in and out of the main city centre. 10/10 could not recommend enough

Vidunderligt hotel med et meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Min kone og jeg boede der i fire dage ifm. en festival. Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ophold og kan klart anbefale det. Lokalområdet er også meget hyggeligt. Det er superlækkert med små snacks og kaffe på hver gang. Vi vil klart bruge dette hotel igen når vi skal overnatte i København.

The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so. We would stay here again.

Hotellet var hyggeligt og indretningen gennemført hele vejen igennem, kvaliteten var høj i alt fra sæber, og produkter til cocktails og morgenmaden var også virkeligt et godt niveau. Desværre var der en generel følelse af af det sejlede lidt, der var irriterende mangler over alt, ting der ikke var fyldt op, alt fra snack bar, til kropssæbe, til papir på toiletter. Sindsyg ventetid i baren om aftenen, på at blive betjent, og igen ved morgenmaden, var det en ny oplevelse hver gang man gik op, så var der en ny ting der manglede. Måtte drikke vores kaffe af papkrus da der ikke var flere kaffe kopper f.eks, og ingen glas til juice, osv osv. Det virkede som om at personalet knoklede hårdt, men måske de burde være lige et par stykker mere på arbejde, for at oplevelsen hænger sammen med resten af konceptet og ikke mindst prisen.

Hvorefter vores nøgler ikke virkede - og selve ekspeditionen var rodet og uprofessionel. Had a fantastic, stress free, comfortable stay in this incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean and convenient hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was stylish and had all the necessary amenities - plus great toiletries! The addition of the sauna and heated pool was next level! I really appreciated the eco-considerations, too. Would come again in a heartbeat. Incredible value for money I thought.

The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so. We would stay here again.

Bryggen Guldsmeden is a cool place. Young vibe, very eco-friendly, feels good to be in there. The courtyard and pool are super, even in November. The neighborhood is quiet and very residential. Easy to sleep but also will take a few minutes to go out to restaurants, shopping etc. The metro station is about a 5-minute walk so easy to get around A nice place!

Mooi hotel, goede vibe. Kamers schoon en netjes, mooi ingericht. Veel faciliteiten. Goed restaurant voor ontbijt, diner en borrel. Parkeren kan in de buurt, op straat, maar is wel ranzig duur (zoals alles in Kopenhagen). Afstand tot centrum Kopenhagen is prima te doen met de deelfietsen die je op veel plaatsen op straat kunt huren met een app.

Hotel was clean, service was fine. Location has its pros and cons. It is not in the central part of town so there’s a bit more of an authentic feel to the area where locals reside. However, it is a 10-15 minute taxi ride to get to the central part of Copenhagen where the main sites, restaurants and parks are and easier to get to other neighborhoods like Norrebro. This hotel had a bohemian feel to it almost like a higher end hostel. Though has a social atmosphere to it which is nice if you are spending time there.

A gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities. Room was comfortable, well designed - loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom! A nice touch to have a tea/snack station on each floor. Breakfast was divine, so fresh and such premium products. Especially lord making a yoghurt bowl every morning with the chia seed pudding and great assortment of fruit. Great location for the Metro - easy to travel in and out of the main city centre. 10/10 could not recommend enough

The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is also great. We would definitely use this hotel again. We haven’t given it five stars because, whilst the food is nice and reasonably priced for Denmark, it could be a bit better cooked (our fish was dry once and undercooked another time). The glass bathroom enclosures are also not to our taste, although that may be a personal matter.

Hotellet var hyggeligt og indretningen gennemført hele vejen igennem, kvaliteten var høj i alt fra sæber, og produkter til cocktails og morgenmaden var også virkeligt et godt niveau. Desværre var der en generel følelse af af det sejlede lidt, der var irriterende mangler over alt, ting der ikke var fyldt op, alt fra snack bar, til kropssæbe, til papir på toiletter. Sindsyg ventetid i baren om aftenen, på at blive betjent, og igen ved morgenmaden, var det en ny oplevelse hver gang man gik op, så var der en ny ting der manglede. Måtte drikke vores kaffe af papkrus da der ikke var flere kaffe kopper f.eks, og ingen glas til juice, osv osv. Det virkede som om at personalet knoklede hårdt, men måske de burde være lige et par stykker mere på arbejde, for at oplevelsen hænger sammen med resten af konceptet og ikke mindst prisen.

Helt okay sted men jeg bliver aldrig fan af glas dører til toilettet. Lidt støvet på hængerne og toppen af sengengavlen (yes, tjekkede der fordi viften kørte og sendte støv rundt). The service differed too much between reception and the bar/restaurant. Reception stood out positively. There were lamps in our room that didn’t work, and there was a lot of dust. Also, when arriving, we were told to use the bathroom towels when using the outdoor pool, but we only had 3 in total for the use of two people. I expect at least one set for the room and one for the pool. Also, one thing that is perhaps more a safety issue: when building a window frame with pillows, signaling and wanting guests to sit and enjoy the view, you should have a safety module so that it is not possible to open the window fully when living on the fifth floor. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and are open to booking again."
