It's an excellent location in District 1. The hotel is actually spread over three buildings so we had to walk to a different location to get breakfast. The rooms are modern and beds are excellent. We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions and we liked our rooms. The second time we were upgraded to a room with a bath inside the bedroom. It was kind of the hotel to do this, although I personally did not use the bath. It's the kind of facility that some will love, and others will feel indifferent about. Breakfast is limited, but acceptable for a small hotel. Almost every option contained pork, which I do not eat, so my choice was very constrained. They will offer to make omelettes etc for you, but they use the same utensils for cooking vegetarian food as for normal food and they don't wash things between, so this will not be acceptable to many. To be fair, this is a problem I encountered all over Vietnam, so this hotel is only doing what everyone else does. There is a small "gym" but that consists of two treadmills and some free weights. It's located at the back next to a pool table which is popular with guests. Staff were helpful and friendly and I would like to extend a thank you for keeping my headphones safe and returning them to me after I left them behind when I checked out after my first stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Triple E Ben Thanh Hotel. It is close to the tourist area, but located in a quieter location. The environment is very peaceful and calming. The room was a good size, washroom was very good. There is a daily breakfast buffet for an extra charge and seating area outside the hotel. It is a bit difficult parking on the street, so be sure to watch when your Uber arrives to immediate boarding.

(1) I don't understand why many travelers commented breakfast buffet was splendid with large variety ! There's around 7 main dishes + other side dishes. Taste is not bad but really limited variety, rather a budget buffet. (2) Room is average clean with many dirty spots on the walls. Shower system is a spoiler where cold/hot water is inconsistent for every bath I took ! (3) I booked for city view room which thinking it is street view which I wanted, however, not, it is a deep in room with backyard (so called city view) view. But the front desk and service staffs are extremely helpful and patient to help me out. At the end, I decided not to change the room since I stayed for only few nights.

シグネチャールームに泊まりました。 部屋からのホーチミンらしい景色はアジアの喧騒を感じれて良かったです。 しかし、シャワーの水圧が弱い、水温が上がったり下がったりする、さらにシャワー室の水はけが非常に悪く、気を付けて使用する必要があり、さらになぜか隣のトイレの方にまで、水が流れていき、トイレの部屋が水浸しになりました。 さすがに、それは改修いただいた方が良いかと思います。

Really a great place to stay, staff were so friendly and accommodating. Lots of areas are within walking distance. I will say that we had a room facing the street, probably 5 floors up. It was a little noisy for me but that's just Vietnam really! Can't fault the hotel for that!

The only I had was staff were not going to allow my Vietnamese citizen fiancé stay with me. Vietnam law did not allow unmarried people to stay together but that law was repealed in 2000. Now hotels try to enforce to keep police away, who may try and solicit bribes. I cited the law, and they relented. Otherwise awesome stay

While it was a relative new hotel, the front staff are not very professional and either friendly. The male staff doing 10pm shift is really poor in his attitude.

Hotel staff was polite and took very good care of my husband and I. Rooms were clean, with wi-fi and Air conditioning and very comfortable. We found a couple of coffee shops on the corner and if you walk the other direction towards the Main Street there is a fancy bakery on the corner that we enjoyed. Sign up for Grab is a must. Very inexpensive and they handle business. I was not disappointed. I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel and would recommend.
Hotel staff was polite and took very good care of my husband and I. Rooms were clean, with wi-fi and Air conditioning and very comfortable. It waa a good solid 3 night stay. The bed was comfortable and that is very important to me. There is a safe in the room which is good The shower is a little old. The daily breakfast options were good overall. The pho soup was really good. I would stay here again in the future. They are pretty strict about any visitors or relatives visiting your room past 10:00pm. Also, seeing identifications for all.

It is in a neither good nor bad position. It's not far, but you have to cross the main road to go to Ben Thanh Market or Tourist Street. The streets are quiet after evening. I made a reservation because it's my favorite interior style, and I'm satisfied. However, the manager at the desk is uncooperative and doesn't think from the customer's point of view. It's an excellent location in District 1. The hotel is actually spread over three buildings so we had to walk to a different location to get breakfast. The rooms are modern and beds are excellent. We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions and we liked our rooms. The second time we were upgraded to a room with a bath inside the bedroom. It was kind of the hotel to do this, although I personally did not use the bath. It's the kind of facility that some will love, and others will feel indifferent about. We really enjoyed our stay at the Triple E Ben Thanh Hotel. It is close to the tourist area, but located in a quieter location. The environment is very peaceful and calming. The room was a good size, washroom was very good. There is a daily breakfast buffet for an extra charge and seating area outside the hotel. It is a bit difficult parking on the street, so be sure to watch when your Uber arrives to immediate boarding.

It was an easy and convenient location to walk to places to eat and the musuem of fine arts. staff were friendly, helpful and a generally quiet area. I felt safe and there were no issues walking out and back later at night. will gladly stay again!

サイゴンショッピングセンター、ベンタイン市場にパッと行ける場所です。 歩けば、飲食、ネイル、マッサージ、スパなどなど迷うほどなんでもあります。 空港からはGROBで30分ぐらいでした。 ※空港出たとこでは拾えないので正面の公園みたいなとこまで行けばGROBのスタッフさんがいるので安心です。 そして何より施設のスタッフの皆さん、とても感じよく、大変に親切にしていただきました。 ありがとうございました！

Triple E is the best hotel I got in Ho Chi Minh. The location is in District 1 with a walking distance to all tourist spots. Many good and famous restaurants and spa around too. The room is clean and the staff service is very nice. The best part of the hotel is a free Vietnamese coffee every day!

The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location, a stones throw from the popular places in district 1, yet it is in a quiet neighbourhood. We got around mainly by walking and grab(when its too hot in the day). The room was clean and big enough for 2 pax.

(1) I don't understand why many travelers commented breakfast buffet was splendid with large variety ! There's around 7 main dishes + other side dishes. Taste is not bad but really limited variety, rather a budget buffet. (2) Room is average clean with many dirty spots on the walls. Shower system is a spoiler where cold/hot water is inconsistent for every bath I took ! (3) I booked for city view room which thinking it is street view which I wanted, however, not, it is a deep in room with backyard (so called city view) view. But the front desk and service staffs are extremely helpful and patient to help me out. At the end, I decided not to change the room since I stayed for only few nights.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, it was the highlight of my mornings. The location is also good as it’s close to Ben Thanh Market and the Bui Vien Walking Street, if those interest you. Close to lots of food and drink options and plenty of spas and nail shops around.
