A couple spending some much needed time-off in Thailand. Our stay the Intercontinental was Great from our arrival until our (unfortunate) departure. Great service, Great food and a customer service which exceeded our expectations. We also attended a lot of the complimentary morning activities (yoga, thai boxing, pilates etc) - and would recommend these to anyone staying here.

Great service everyone in the staff without exception was superb and friendly. The breakfast was uniquely delicious, we really enjoyed our dinner at HOM, the attention to detail in our massage service was outstanding and my husband enjoyed his Thai boxing class a lot. The room service and all facilities were very clean. A very beautiful and modern atmosphere.

The hotel was fairly new so everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were all very nice, but their English was a little hard to understand. Also the breakfast menu felt limited after two days. The beach was wonderful and the pools were nice. It was unfortunate that we couldn't use the infinity pool because of our young child. As long as an adult accompanies the child, they should be allowed to use the infinity pool.

Bel établissement, grande chambre vue piscine confortable, propre. Plusieurs piscines, cependant nous ne sommes pas allés sur la plage, car les transats, sont les uns sur les autres. Dommage, la plage est de l'autre côté de la rue, un tunnel depuis l'hôtel y mène en 2 minutes, ce qui n'est pas un problème. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, ainsi que les différents restaurants. Personnel particulièrement aux petits soins, très aimable, disponible et serviable. Bravo 👏 à toute l'équipe.

Our August stay at InterContinental Phuket Resort was outstanding. Service was flawless from start to finish, and the Thai-inspired design was stunning. We chose a forest-view room overlooking lush greenery—perfect during monsoon season. The Sati Spa was a standout. Both the Traditional Thai and Balinese Oil Massages were exceptional—one energising, the other deeply relaxing. Dining at Jaras was a highlight, with refined Thai cuisine and impeccable service—made even more special as we celebrated our engagement there. We also loved the Devas Afternoon Tea: beautifully presented and delicious in a serene setting. A truly memorable stay that exceeded expectations. Can’t wait to return!

The intercontinental Phuket resort was close by the Kamala beach. We could have access to the private part of the beach with free sun bed and beach bar that served drinks. The resort had 5 restaurants at the moment. The food served were delicious and with great price. The breakfast buffet had many choices, but I suggested to go for breakfast buffer early to avoid the crowds. The Sati Spa also offered excellent spa treatment. The front desk had upgraded our room to the pool access room, and gave us dinning credits as we were IHG member. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this resort to other travellers.

I really liked the facilities, the pool and access to the beach. We did massages at the spa which were amazing. The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very nice. The only thing we didn’t like is the lack of entertainment in the evening.

I upgraded my room from pool access room to lagoon access villa. The villa was spacious and luxurious. But, there were many ants inside the villa which is really disturbing. Second, breakfast buffet variety and quality was decent but very crowded.

The staff were amazing - we got upgraded to a villa which was just gorgeous and Dew helped us settle in. When my young son and I got sick and needed a doctor everyone helped us and the hotel even provided dehydration medicine... The pool was spotless and the beach was beautiful. Hopefully next timethe weather will be sunny... Thanks to the staff again!

Was there for a few nights. The rooms were beautiful as well as the grounds. I would definitely recommend it and stay again. I also had a massage and it was perfect!!! The service is amazing and they even turn doen your bed at night time.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel and the rooms were super clean, the staff very friendly. Super clean beach with white sand, with beach loungers and towels. Multiple dining options on the beach and in the hotel.

The lobby looks clean for being an older hotel. But outside of that are the property is outdated and not well kept. Room is outdated. There was stale smell in the room. I had to keep the door open the entire time. Luckily there is a balcony. Nice beach but have to walk across the street. But the tunnel is safe and convenient. The pine restaurant at the beach is excellent. U can walk along the beach to the town area which was nice.

Intercontinental was exactly what we wanted!! We stayed in pool access room that was amazing! The room was big, with big balcony as well !!! We arrived with our baby and the room was ready with crib, and baby steam sterilizer, that we asked for advance. They even put in the room Johnson & Johnson baby products for the baby!! The service was good ! The food was delicious ! They have a great restaurants at the hotel ! The beach and the pool was excellent! Definitely recommend!

Was there for a few nights. The rooms were beautiful as well as the grounds. I would definitely recommend it and stay again. I also had a massage and it was perfect!!! The service is amazing and they even turn doen your bed at night time.

The lobby looks clean for being an older hotel. But outside of that are the property is outdated and not well kept. Room is outdated. There was stale smell in the room. I had to keep the door open the entire time. Luckily there is a balcony. Nice beach but have to walk across the street. But the tunnel is safe and convenient. The pine restaurant at the beach is excellent. U can walk along the beach to the town area which was nice.

Check in was easy and fast and I got an early check in as well, which is appreciated. The staff were welcoming as at first and quick. SOME Room service needs improvement. The room was a bit tight and not as the pictures perceived. It’s an average stay for the price I paid, so ok definitely staying at another location next time. Check out staff was pleasant.

Overall a wonderful hotel with some great promise. I especially wish to call out Frankie from the front desk who was exceptionnel. We did struggle to get good sleep due to the night club facing our room which is unfortunately why I couldn’t rate this hotel better and this issue would make me think twice about rebooking.

Service across the board was great. We love Franky! Breakfast buffet was good. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the drinks were very weak pours. Nowhere close to the standard 44ml (1 1/2 oz) so the drinks all taste like mocktails.

An absolutely amazing stay with excellent service. The grounds of the property are immaculate, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. I don’t believe I’ve witnessed better service at any of the other properties I’ve ever stayed at, and I travel quite frequently. I highly recommend this property, including its amazing staff for the great service.

Our August stay at InterContinental Phuket Resort was outstanding. Service was flawless from start to finish, and the Thai-inspired design was stunning. We chose a forest-view room overlooking lush greenery—perfect during monsoon season. The Sati Spa was a standout. Both the Traditional Thai and Balinese Oil Massages were exceptional—one energising, the other deeply relaxing. Dining at Jaras was a highlight, with refined Thai cuisine and impeccable service—made even more special as we celebrated our engagement there. The staff were amazing - we got upgraded to a villa which was just gorgeous and Dew helped us settle in. When my young son and I got sick and needed a doctor everyone helped us and the hotel even provided dehydration medicine... The pool was spotless and the beach was beautiful. Hopefully next timethe weather will be sunny... Thanks to the staff again!

We stayed two nights with my wife and paid hefty penny for it. Room was quite standard for 4 stars hotel, but smelt like cellar. Service wasnt even on a 4 start level, maybe 2 stars. I was asking for late checkout which was included in their app. And then I needed to call them 4 times as they didnt know can we have it or not. Just before the checking out time, they decided that its not okay. Facilities and breakfast was very nice, but overall almost 400€ per night and this level of service wont get me to come again.

L’emplacement est super et malgré que l’hôtel soit séparé de la plage par une route 4 voie assez pratiqué, on se rend très facilement à la plage grâce au système de navette sous terrain. On avait une chambre donnant sur la piscine et c’était juste super, l’eau est chaude et les chambres hyper confortable. Les desserts servis à la carte sont d’un niveau que j’ai rarement vu à Phuket. Gros bémol, je trouve que la qualité du petit déjeuner et des jus n’est pas au rendez vous et c’est vraiment dommage car le reste de la nourriture servis à la carte est vraiment super. Autre petit bémol, parfois le personnel peut être un peu agressif sans aucune raison, on ressent un côté flicage parfois, on comprend qu’il n’on pas envie de se faire avoir par des resquilleurs, mais quand on paie son séjour à ce prix, on souhaite avoir un service et un accueil au niveau. Si on veut du calme, il y’a un beach club pas loin et parfois ça peut déranger. Sinon vraiment hôtel et chambre au top !

Bel établissement, grande chambre vue piscine confortable, propre. Plusieurs piscines, cependant nous ne sommes pas allés sur la plage, car les transats, sont les uns sur les autres. Dommage, la plage est de l'autre côté de la rue, un tunnel depuis l'hôtel y mène en 2 minutes, ce qui n'est pas un problème. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, ainsi que les différents restaurants. Personnel particulièrement aux petits soins, très aimable, disponible et serviable. Bravo 👏 à toute l'équipe.

Great service everyone in the staff without exception was superb and friendly. The breakfast was uniquely delicious, we really enjoyed our dinner at HOM, the attention to detail in our massage service was outstanding and my husband enjoyed his Thai boxing class a lot. The room service and all facilities were very clean. A very beautiful and modern atmosphere.

Not the most kid friendly place. I have previously book a resort in Krabi and spent $10k and stayed there for 5 days. When I came here I just booked a mediocre room. It felt like if you didn’t have a premium room here all the staff wanted to mention it. Not the best treatment if you don’t have a premium room. It’s just funny because overall this place isn’t even that top tier or expensive. The person who checked us in was great and some of the waitresses were very nice as well. However the vibe is off if you have children with you or if you didn’t book a premium room. The highlights of this place are the pools . Beach is not that great and the “Michelin” restaurant is not good at all food is a solid 6. I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the world and I’m not that picky but this place was not good. Overall this place is 6/10 for me and will probably not return. I hope to give you all and honest review so you can enjoy your vacation. This perspective is coming from an American dad with a 5 year old son.

The intercontinental Phuket resort was close by the Kamala beach. We could have access to the private part of the beach with free sun bed and beach bar that served drinks. The resort had 5 restaurants at the moment. The food served were delicious and with great price. The breakfast buffet had many choices, but I suggested to go for breakfast buffer early to avoid the crowds. The Sati Spa also offered excellent spa treatment. The front desk had upgraded our room to the pool access room, and gave us dinning credits as we were IHG member. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this resort to other travellers.

The hotel is an amazing facility - get a room with a mountain view and enjoy the architecture with a cup of coffee. The food in all restaurants is excellent. Best pat tai is in Pinto, best curry - in Jaras. This one was among the top hotels we stayed at, highly recommended.

The only issue I had with the hotel is the breakfast. It’s ok. It’s definitely not bad, and it’s better than average, but it is not great. For a property whose lounge services were phenomenal, I thought the breakfast would be better. That said, if you’re looking for a kick back and chill spot, this hotel with the lounge package is where you want to be.
