Property was close to where we needed to go for our conference. Lighting in the room could have been much better. No overhead lighting and light bulb out. Room was dark. Breakfast was good but food could have been hotter. Parking convenient and included. Would stay there again if in the area.

Staff were very friendly and the room was very nice. Only downside is the parking garage is next to the hotel and you have to walk over but besides that everything was great. Complimentary breakfast with plenty of options as well. I like how the hotel is tucked away from the highway and feels like you’re in a private area away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Only a 20 minute ride to the heart of Nashville.

We had a great stay! I would definitely recommend for families. My kids (9,8,2) loved the pool, I was able to get a great workout in at the fitness center. The breakfast was great.

disappointing that the pool was closed, took my daughter for her 5th birthday (all she wanted to do was go to the zoo and swim) booked this hotel under the impression the facilities were working properly to find out the pool area was under maintenance, call before you book if you are like me and have multiple children booking this hotel for the pool!!- despite that I will add the rooms were well maintained.

The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. 2 waffle makers and juice coffee and hot tea as well as cereal, bagels and pastries. Nice onsite parking garage and its off street and very secure. Friendly staff and very clean.

Had to move to a second room because of oder and mold. Floors looked dirty throughout. Dog barked when something moved most of the night in next room. Hotel seemed to need some TLC.

Everything smelled nice and fresh, even the elevator in the parking garge. Room was nice and clean( or so i thought) went to kiss my daughter goodnight,leaned over the couch and saw some ones rolled up dirty panties. It made me wonder if the room was cleaned and if so how they missed the panties next to the couch. They sloved the problem right away. Would be nice if the they had a system where the housekeeper leaves a note letting the visitor's knows it was cleaned. Break fast was good,waffle mix made some delicious waffles. Eggs were soggy though,couldnt eat them so they went to the trash. Id stay again, aslong as i dont have to deal with someone's under garments.

The elevator and stairwell from the parking garage to the property smelled really awful. We all had to hold our breath while we were in there - we thought the elevator was bad, but the stairwell was also terrible. In our room, the shower head did not work properly and the bathroom sink clogged and drained very slowly. The condition of the carpet in our room was very unsanitary. The front desk staff were very friendly and capable.

There was what appeared to be blood stains in several areas in our room when we checked in. Went down to the lobby to ask for a new room, attendant appeared indifferent as if I told her there was water on the floor. She got us a new room, which also appeared to have what looked like possible blood stains on the floor. Would not recommend this establishment. Also, the refrigerator in the room barely kept our food cold. At least it was quiet and the bed was clean, which is the least they can do.

This was the second time that we stayed at this hotel. It is close to where our son lives. The ladies at the check in couldn’t care less about the guests. They were busy talking to themselves to pay attention. Once we got to our room it was clean for the most part, but the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. When we left for dinner we asked to have someone come and clean it and they didn’t. I asked again the following morning once we left for the day and they didn’t.‘so we used extra towels so we didn’t have to touch or see the floor.

Overall one of the cleanest properties I have stayed at. Our room was clean and fresh. Bedding was soft clean and comfortable. No harsh smells or random bits of trash anywhere. We rode the elevator once and there was a small bit of water from a guest leaving the pool, and when we were getting off there was staff there to clean it. The on site parking garage was nice and even has an elevator. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the television location and lack of a swivel to make viewing easy. Even though we didnt have time or energy to watch tv on this trip, it is worth mentioning if you have a person in the party who like to watch tv in bed while they go to sleep.

Property was nice, staff was nice, area felt safe. Stuff was far, the room was smaller than the photos, the only issue I had. The closet smelled like cat pee, really bad. Then the door to the bathroom did not lock and the couch had stains. I’ve stayed at a Spring Hill suites and the cleanliness was gross. I would not come back here with my kids

This property just did not seem like it was maintained well. The furniture and fixtures are worn and the layout of the room was not convenient for multiple travelers. The door to the bathroom is centered in front of the bed and is loud to close. The door is also opaque and the only light in the bathroom is so bright that it is distracting to other travelers when used in the night. The lighting in the rest of the room is inadequate making the whole room except the bathroom seem dark. We paid for a suite and it is basically a normal hotel room with the bathroom situated long ways across the length of the room and a couch squeezed in where the bathroom would be in a traditional room. In general I didn’t feel like the price was appropriate for the condition or amenities.

Room and hotel were great. One esthetic choice in the room that failed in practicality is a frosted window barn-style bathroom door. If someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night and they use the lights, it lights up the entire room. Other than that it was a great stay. We also appreciated the number of healthy breakfast options!

The design of the room was awkward, the bathroom is sort of in the middle as opposed to near the entrance of the room, and with an opaque door it lit up the whole hotel room if someone used the bathroom at night.

Very nice stay. Parking was convenient, the room was nice, and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was particularly nice. They had a wide menu: waffles, eggs, muffins, bagels, yogurt, a meat option, cereal, hot oatmeal, and another hot thing (versions on a soufle; it rotated). I particularly appreciated that they had green chili sauce as well as red. The only thing missing that I've seen at other breakfasts was hot potatoes. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed nice as well.

My stay at the Springhill suites was Excellent. Clean, safe, good parking and EXCELLENT STAFF! A BIG shout out to Jaydon at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful and made our stay So So pleasant!! She was a GEM, even providing grandkids with a special treat!! Thank you Jaydon.

Cannot rave enough about staff. They were affected by computer problem and couldn’t make keys for anyone so had to walk everyone to rooms all weekend. They did it without complaint and with a smile!

There was not enough staff for this hotel. There was only one person checking people in, and bless her heart, she was about in tears by the end of the night. Manager was no where to be found. We weren’t able to get into our rooms because the doors were not responding to the keys… multiple guest had this issue. It took too long to fix the problem so we had to pack our things back into our car because we had an event to go to. Upon returning and trying to get my kids to bed there was not proper bedding for the pull out bed. Called down to get two sets of sheets, two blankets, and two pillows and was told there was not house keeping at the hotel. I’d need to come down to the front desk to pick up items. Not a huge deal but annoying with 4 kids and previous key issue and for $250 a night I’d expect better service. Definitely won’t be staying here again

Front desk person was rude and not willing to be helpful. She resulted off the information about breakfast, pool and elevators so fast that I did not catch it all and asked her to repeat and she has an attitude.. also asked her to add my Bonvoy number to my stay, and she was very rude and rolled her eyes at me. I did not care about points. I just wanted to know where I stayed for future reference. Very nice property, too bad that the of person is representing it

We chose this hotel because parking was free and everything downtown Nashville charged for parking. Loved everything about our stay including the location. Glad we stayed a little outside of Nashville where it’s not as congested.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel was almost new, just about 4 years old, and the amenities were fantastic. The beds weren't the most comfortable I've ever had, but I'm a side sleeper and not a small person so I often have that issue causing lower back pain. Everything else was 1st class all the way! Even the breakfast was above and beyond with oatmilk and other healthy options.
