Nice location and comfortable room. Shower needed a non-slip pad. Parking for handicaped persons was almost non-existent and general parking was insufficient because the lots are used by tenants of the other buildings on the property.

Cadre magnifique sur le lac. Très belle chambre avec balcon. Complexe neuf. Petit déjeuner, même si bien alimenté est assez cher. Le spa est en supplément, à resever et ferme tôt...mais est propre, calme avec 2 saunas, 1 hamman, 1 bain avec jet, 1 jacuzzi, siège chauffe colonne vertébrale. Le restaurant est très bon mais assez cher.

De prijs van de wellness is te duur. Wij betalen die prijs voor een hele dag wellness. Zelfs met de VIP access korting was het te hoog geprijsd. Er was bijna geen volk. beter iets minder vragen en klanten hebben. Het hotel is mooi en het uitzicht evenzeer. De kamer was stil en netjes en verzorgd.

Our room was lovely with great views of the lake. You could walk, cycle or run straight from the room. There is clearly more demand than the hotel can cope with for the restaurant. We were unable to book during our 3 night stay. Why doesn’t management open more options. They could also dot sun loungers around rather than having to go to the venue next door. Hate resorts that charge for spa usage. It should be included in the room rate.

Endroit magnifique au bord du lac, personnel de l'hotel sympathique. En revanche le lit qui était composé de 2 lit n'était pas confortable, et la séparation était gênante en couple. Autre point au restaurant, nous avons réservé pour 21H, nous sommes arrivés, et le serveur nous a dit que comme c'est la fin de service, il serait bien de faire vite, de ne pas prendre d'entrée et nous a suggéré pour aller plus vite le plate du jour, en sachant que nous ne mangions pas de viande. Le service SPA était super, un vrai moment de détente et de calme.

Rien n’est dis à l’avance pour accéder au spa il faut prévenir qu’on doit réserver pour y accéder parceque rien n’est indiqué et aucun geste n’a été fait pour ne fusque arranger mon séjour et le rendre plus agréable.

Vraiment dommage d'arriver dans un hotel spa à 15h et de se rendre compte qu'il faut tout reserver à l'avance. Plus de places au Spa ni meme a la brasserie de l'hotel. Sinon les chambres sont confortables et le petit déjeuné est bon.

Sehr schöner Komplex. Leider konnten die Wellness Einrichtungen aufgrund zeitlichen Mangels nicht benutzt werden. Mit dem See im Sommer bestimmt ein schönes Urlaubsziel.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir sind um den See und bis Walcourt Rad gefahren - eine schöne Umgebung, aber nichts was man ohne Motor am Rad bewältigen könnte sofern man nicht sehr trainiert ist. Die Unterkunft und auch das Hotel an sich waren sehr gepflegt. Die Angestellten sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Clean room with AC and a good size, lovely view of the lake. Restaurant very good and reasonable price. Plenty to do around the lake, we cycled in the area along quiet road and dedicated tracks. Very enjoyable.

Arrived in the dark after airport was closed due to strike booked in pains given key fob and told its behind reception took me ten minutes in the dark a drain to find it . Then we had to clean the door to get inthick with spider webs even in the room Breakfast just ok beautiful surroundings though wouldn’t want to stay again though

A wonderful overnight stay on our way back home. We've had been staying here before, so we knew exactly, why we were booking it again: rooms are most beautifully equipped, with very spacious bathrooms and a stunning lake view. And it is pet-friendly, which for us is a must, since we are travelling with our family dog. Check-in and Check-out are fast and efficient, you get all the information, you need (like how to find the way to your room, which in the beginning might be a bit difficult). We will definitely be staying in this hotel again, of the possibility arises.

The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links with each other. For example we had to depart our room for 11am whereas Natura Parc does not open until 1pm. As it was raining we decided to drive on to our next location rather than wait around for 2 hours. Had Natura Parc opened earlier we would have gone there. Whilst this is not the fault of the accommodation it would have been useful if you could check out later on or if there was somewhere you could eat lunch to pass the time until Natura Parc opened.

Receptie is vriendelijk en snel, geen onnodige administratieve zakens. Kamer (in feite studio) is ruim met complete badkamer, living met keuken en terras met zicht op meer. Ontbijt team is vriendelijk en niet indringerig. Aanbod is goed.

Hotel and setting lovely, restaurant expensive and mediocre with poor service. Site is huge and you are left to find your own way around. Not sure if you get more of a tour and information if you stay in a villa but the hotel you are given a key to your room and sent on your way, no information on walking routes, swimming area, lake activities or nearest amenities

Le lieu et les chambres sont très jolies. Mais le service est quasi inexistant et indigne d'un 4 étoiles. Nous avons été refusé au restaurant car ils fermaient une plus d'une heure plus tôt car c'est pas la saison. ce qui vu l'emplacement nous a oblige a prendre la voiture en plein nuit pour trouver un night shop a philippeville a 22 km de notre hôtel pour obtenir des sandwichs Le bar est ferme car c'est pas la saison. Nous n'avons obtenu ni surclassement, ni départ tardif alors que l’hôtel est un vip acces Le personnel n'essaie pas de vous aider et régler votre problème. ce fut une grande déception

The place is missing good service and they wanted 50 euros because I left at 12 not 11. I asked for a wine opener which I had to go and pick up my self and I had to return it I could just leave it in the room. Very cooled service

We enjoyed the lake view but not so much the fact that it is indeed a village and not a hotel and sometimes visitors might book a 2-night stay to celebrate and spoil the otherwise quiet surroundings.

Village idéalement situé en bord du lac. Nous avoins une sublime chambre bien décorée, bien entretenue et bien équipée avec une belle terrasse munie de chaises et tansats et vue sur le lac comme prévu lors de la réservation. L’ensemble du personnel que nous avons pu croiser est très professionnel et agréable.

Prachtig gelegen, mooi hotel. Spijtig dat men bij het inchecken niet zei dat je voor het restaurant moet reserveren. Alle restaurants in de omgeving waren ook gesloten of volzet. Zonder eten was het niet zo fijn.

Clean room with AC and a good size, lovely view of the lake. Restaurant very good and reasonable price. Plenty to do around the lake, we cycled in the area along quiet road and dedicated tracks. Very enjoyable.

Our room was lovely with great views of the lake. You could walk, cycle or run straight from the room. There is clearly more demand than the hotel can cope with for the restaurant. We were unable to book during our 3 night stay. Why doesn’t management open more options. They could also dot sun loungers around rather than having to go to the venue next door. Hate resorts that charge for spa usage. It should be included in the room rate.

Cadre magnifique sur le lac. Très belle chambre avec balcon. Complexe neuf. Petit déjeuner, même si bien alimenté est assez cher. Le spa est en supplément, à resever et ferme tôt...mais est propre, calme avec 2 saunas, 1 hamman, 1 bain avec jet, 1 jacuzzi, siège chauffe colonne vertébrale. Le restaurant est très bon mais assez cher.

Not sure if you get more of a tour and information if you stay in a villa but the hotel you are given a key to your room and sent on your way, no information on walking routes, swimming area, lake activities or nearest amenities

C'est un peu la foire à la galère si vous ne réservez pas vos places aux différents restaurants du site, surtout lorsqu'il pleut; pas de terrasse, donc pas de place, donc débrouillez-vous, même si vous êtes client de l'hôtel, surtout au restaurant de l'hôtel... capacité d'accueil nettement insuffisante, même en roulement, apparemment, car les cuisines ferment très tôt, 20h30 max.
