We got stuck in the elevator for 35 minutes and hotel managment did nothing for my kids i had to call 911 it was ridiculous and they still used the same elevator after we got stuck

Although under renovations it's clean, quiet and rooms are in good shape, staff was very polite and willing to assist worth any needs. Pool needs upgraded but kids had fun. Look forward to staying again once Reno's are complete.

I was very happy with the pool area, they had a pool and a splash area with a small slide, my daughter loved it. The property looks new, but they are in the middle of a large renovation, and the construction company takes over one of the two elevators in the morning has people are going for breakfast and checking out. Don't book a room facing the road the noise is bad all night long. It is well located near IKEA, walmart Canadian Tire and restaurants

We love this hotel and come back every time we bring our kids on a staycation. It's clean, safe, convenient and affordable. We always have the easiest check in and friendly staff. We only had one issue this trip and that was that the full was 'filled' with hair and the water was extremely cloudy, almost like the filters weren't working. We actually ended up with clumps of hair around our ankles and fingers while swimming. Our children still really enjoyed the splash area and water slide, but it was a bit off-putting.

Employees were nice. Housekeeping especially. Breakfast was the same pretty much everyday for a week - front desk person raved about breakfast when we checked in but we were disappointed when time came for breakfast. No smart tv and was told I could go and buy a fire-stick if I wanted a smart tv. Room had terrible mildew odor. Windows don’t open so air was stagnant. A part from mildew smell the staff were constantly cleaning. We didn’t go to the pool - too many kids. Will not stay at this property again. Was not for our family and am concerned about the mildew.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at!! Super clean, liquid hand soap in a dispenser in the bathroom sink, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash all in great dispensers in the shower. Huge shower with shelves. Good space on the bathroom counter for all the stuff. AMAZINGLY comfortable bed! Lots of seating for the great hot breakfast and such a clean and well spaced buffet area for the free breakfast. It was just a great night here and I wish we could have stayed for a week!

Very clean and new yet still affordable. We loved that the room for 6 was really made for 6 and had a nice large bench with coat hooks to keep things organized. Great security with card access only elevators and lots of food available aroud the area. Our favorite part was the pool/splash pad area which has bathrooms next to it which is very convenient.

The hotel is in pretty good condition. Checkin was wonderful. Coffee in room is nespresso which is a nice treat. Breakfast buffet is typical. We were given a room close to reception though and it was very noisy all night. Would never take a room close to reception again. Also to no fault of the hotel, but there were hockey kids staying there. Wanted to go to the pool but way too many kids in there. They should think about having the pool for the last hour it is open for adults only.

House keeping skipped our room more than once. The hotel has construction going on and it is not posted to let you know when you are booking. They have 2 elevators and 1 was locked out several times. We asked for an extra blanket and when house keeping finally made up our room they took it.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was phenomenal. Had my two grandchildren with us and they treated them like a little king and queen. The rooms were very clean. The pool was the perfect temperature. It was a great day. Look forward to going back.

The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and greeted you each time you arrived back from a trip. The food was plentiful, they had options to fit most needs. With these prices you cannot cater to every specific requirement if people who chose not to eat the food, otherwise the prices would be exorbitant. I witnessed all types of nationalities eating the food and leaving with go bags. The beds were so comfortable.

The hotel was fully booked with youth hockey teams. The hotel staff allowed the kids to run up and down the halls all night. Between 8pm and 12:30am my room door was knocked on constantly. I notified the front desk multiple times but they didn’t do anything to actually make them stop. If I was harassing other guests I’m sure I’d be asked to leave. I guess since it was kids any inconvenience on other guests doesn’t matter. The desk agent at checkout did nothing when I expressed my concerns. I spend well over 100 nights a year in hotels and this is the single worst experience I’ve ever had. If you are a business traveller stay at any of the other hotels in the area and avoid this place. Staff doesn’t want to deal with the issues, just want to charge your room fee and get you out the door.

Parking was free. By car, we were within 5-20 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Nearby Darmouth Crossing was great for shoppjng movies, and restsurants. The pool onsite was fun. The comp. breakfast made starting thd day off right. Beds were comfy. Rooms were spacious. We would stay again.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you are attending an event at the RBC Center, it's literally right across the street.There is nothing in the immediate area, not a restaurant or store, nothing. You will need a car, cab, uber or city bus to get anywhere . It's a long 20 minute walk to Walmart and the outlet mall. The staff were very nice and accommodating, the rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was awesome. The building is under construction however it did not affect our stay in any way. We enjoyed our stay:)

We had a fabulous experience, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool was amazing and perfect for our preschoolers. The breakfast was phenomenal- plenty of choices from pancakes, sausage, and potatoes to yogurt, oatmeal, and bagels and pastries.
