They told me the pool would be ready by the time of my stay. They knew I was traveling with family, seemed like they just said that to get me to book the room. No parking with all the construction equipment and trucks taking up 3-4 spots each.

The property is in an area that is being developed. So there isn't anything within walking distance. Its a new hotel, very clean, very pretty. Staff is the best ive ever seen. The room has the essential toiletries. Plenty of towels, and also, extra blankets. There is a mini fridge and coffee maker. Coffee is offered day and night in the lobby, and breakfast is served in a very nice cafeteria. Looks like it caters to professionals because there is also a printer in the lobby. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay here again.

Brand new,lovely staff, easy access off # 99 for a stopover to Yosemite from points North. Arrived after a long drive from North Lake Tahoe, terrific to have fresh subway sandwiches Chardonnay/ IPA beer options to munch away in the room just a short walk from the hotel. At 6 pm.Terrific pool and huge flat screen TV 📺 as we watched the Paris Olympics.. Go USA.🇺🇸

This is a newer property. The pool is not open. Was informed it would be open by our stay and it was not. Kids were here for a tournament in heat and no pool- very disappointing. Tried calling prior to coming to verify and the phone number listed is not connected? Tv’s are intermittent - ours continued to shut off and said no connection - had to keep turning off and on. Staff is nice- but booking through Expedia they would bot honor and discount for inconvenience.

I didn't like the pool set up in the advertisement..It gave the impression you could sit and relax with a cocktail upon checking in I was informed that was not the case !! when I travel I like to sit and fully relax unwind... had I known I would not have chosen this venue..

Room floor was wet and damp throughout. The bedding did not smell fresh. Our room key didn’t work. I had to walk the front desk manager how to activate another key for us to test the door. Not great.

This stay was a 2 night stay with my daughters. The food was good and filling. The hotel had a generally clean feeling. The room wasn’t bad but there were indications that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned throughly. Other than that no other complaints. The price was great for what was received.

Check in was a great experience. The room is spacious and comfortable. The only fail was one of two queen beds missing a flat sheet. The room maid should pay attention to this as it gives customers a poor hygiene image. Brought the issue to the front counter staff; she took care of it immediately.

When we checked in around 8:30pm the only agent at the front desk remained on the phone for about 10 minutes talking to someone inquiring about the rate for a room that night. She completely ignored us until I interrupted her to ask if we could check in after 14 hours of traveling. When we got a room the A/C was not working. We were able to move to a room with AC but they could not produce a key card due to their system crashing so each time I needed access to my room I needed to wait for someone from the front desk to let me in. And there were ants all over the desk and night table. I saw one ant on the breakfast buffet counter. Other than that the staff was great, room was clean, bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet.

Very noisy! Our room was directly above a large generator like apparatus situated in the parking lot directly in front of the hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor and the noise was still disruptive. Not the best night of sleep 😏

Good property, except for the noise level. Between the exhaust fan in the bathroom which never shutoff and the road noise, things were on the noisy side. The road noise may have been our room placement. Elsewhere in the building, it may not be a problem. Probably won't stay here again.

Don was rude and strange at check in. He tried to charge me for the room even though I had already paid through Expedia. When I pointed this out, he rudely said that he has nothing to do with Expedia. I pulled up my receipt for proof that I had already paid. It was an unpleasant check in.

Great hotel! Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue is that the surrounding area is not a good area at all and there really aren’t very many food options near the hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for those reasons.

Was in Stockton for a concert. The hotel is off the beaten path and in a good/new area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and had everything we needed. Since the hotel was on the new side I really liked the decor. Can’t say enough about the comfort of the mattress and pillows! Perfection for me! The only negative was the traffic/road noise. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I could hear the truckers going by. Overall I’d definitely stay at this hotel again if the need arises!

Loved that everything was clean and looked amazing. Loved how the check-in staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great just that 1 morning there was no plates so there was small bowls only. I would definitely stay here again if needed and recommend this hotel.
