Had an amazing time during our 5 days here! Staff was great and kind. Room was beautiful and we were super comfortable. Pool was an awesome way to cool down in the texas heat! It was great for young kids to swim in! Would absolutely stay here again next time we return to texas!

The parking is awful. I wasnt able to get a parking space in front of the hotels, so i had to park in the Epic parking garage and walk with all my luggage for 5 min to the hotel at 1130pm when i arrived. I did not know there would likely be a shortage of parking spaces or else i wouldn't have booked a room with them. Being tired and not feeling good about walking 5 min so late at night to reach the hotel was not ideal. The water pressure of the bathroom faucet was just a trickle, making it hard to wash my hands, much less, my face properly. There were only 2 tissues left in the kleenex box on the bathroom sink, with no extra kleenex boxes in the room. There werent any towel racks in the sink area nor in the shower area.

Everything about this property was really nice. However, we really had high expectations for the swimming pool which was not open and hadn’t been open since the hotel opened. My children were really looking forward to swimming during our stay and we had to go to a water park and spend additional money. Otherwise everything else was really nice and met our needs.

My family and I booked a pass with epic waterpark and this hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the waterpark. There’s free breakfast which is very good! There’s a mini grocery. Laundry is available. And not to forget the gym! All in all it’s great!

The hotel is very nice. The parking is terrible on weekend nights. Too many people do not obey the signs that the garage is for hotel guests only. You have to make circles in the parking lot for a long time to find a space to park overnight. Both Friday and Saturday night we drive around the parking lot for more than half an hour to find a spot because the garage was full. The counter on the garage would say 3 or 5 spaces available, but there was not. I do not recommend staying here on the weekend if you are driving to the hotel.

There is still construction going on as it's a new hotel but it was well-sectioned off with plastic and didn't disturb our stay at all. Hopefully that is also why things were unfinished as well... lots of punch-list type of items that needed attention. The service was amazing and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly even at 3 in the morning. That being said, the shower had other people's hair in it and one of the towels had brown stains on it. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable... even the pull-out sofa was clean! All in all, it was a good stay but there is definitely room for improvement.

The every other day cleaning is poor we had to call for towels and trash bags. On a positive note I love how everything is walkable and staff were very friendly and it’s kids friendly. Wish there were more shopping places but overall good stay.

My family loved this hotel. The concierges were so nice and professional. All of the staff was too, including the restaurant and the cleaning staff. Overall it was great but we stayed for 3 nights and they clean every other day during your stay. I decided to sleep late on the day they were suppose to clean I went out during the afternoon/evening asked front desk to have the room cleaned or to at least get the trash while I was out came back and the room was exactly the same so in conclusion my room was not cleaned once during my stay. The surrounding restaurants and the water/light show is awesome. The area its in was nice and safe. would stay again.

The bathtub on the outside was very dirty. Also, the TV in the room did not work. Remote didn’t have batteries in. It got a new remote, but still did not work.

This property is brand new inside of Epic Central. Surrounding eateries are all great choices and the Epic Waters indoor water park is a short walk. Beautiful scenery all around. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Room was spacious, modern, and clean. It was very quiet during our stay. Premium outlets and other shopping very close by! I would stay here again! Room was clean but hole corridors are smelling weed odor. It was so disturbing and our next door watch movie until 2 am. It was so loudly. Additional they wake up at 8.30 and started yelling screaming and laughing. We couldn’t sleep. It was terrible experience.

Overall a good stay. Nice area and clean place. The bed in our room was not good though. My back and sides are hurting now from the bed. It was an uncomfortable sleep. Maybe some of the room have better beds, but ours felt like sleeping on bumpy rocks.

Check-in was simple and quick; the front desk staff was friendly. We were impressed with our room - it was large, modern, and clean! Tons of outlets and ports for devices. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances one might need. We had a great view of the pond and walking trail behind the hotel. The cleaning staff greeted us every single time they saw us over the three days - that made us feel so welcome! There was a great breakfast in the mornings. (Thank you for having excellent coffee at breakfast and in the room - a necessity whether you’re traveling for fun or for work!) Parking was easy and close to the entry. Well-lit at night and felt safe, especially with the police station just next door. We enjoyed a lovely lap around the complex and saw all the attractions and dining options within walking distance. Checkout was a breeze! Having a noon checkout is a nice and an uncommon luxury. We look forward to having a reason to return to the area so we can stay again!

Great stay and accommodations. The suite room was perfect for our one-year-old daughter, and having access to Netflix/YouTube was also convenient for entertaining our daughter. The only problem we had was that their portable crib was broken, and upon requesting assistance with it, maintenance never came to look at it. And supposedly they didnt have another one. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We had a minor issue with the television connection which was immediately checked on. When it was found that they couldn’t correct the issue in a timely fashion we were quickly upgraded. Manager on duty was amazing and called by name the rest of our stay. Best service I can honestly say we have had in some time!

The hotel and property was great with convenient dining options and nearby places to shop and visit. The water show is a must see at night and what's great about it is that its free!! Second time staying here for a conference and it did not disappoint. Check out the robot butlers they have on property. Its pretty cool!

Check in quick and easy. rooms were clean and well furnished. Staff was amazing and every bar needs a bartender like Sophia!! Would stay again and would recommend to a friend. Also had a great hot complimentary breakfast.

Clean, very quiet, and large rooms. Nice Lavazza espresso machine and pods in-room. All toiletries provided from large built-in containers (shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap/body lotion). My only complaint was the service at the breakfast buffet; the breakfast offerings seemed to be great. However, the staff did not seem to be able to keep up with the demand. Many offerings were empty well before the end time, and just too many things out for them to keep up with the replenishment. Even waiting around for 30 minutes to see if more would be re-stocked, and it just didn't happen - simple items that didn't even need preparation, like yogurt and muffins. We stayed 3 nights, and it was the same each morning. Overall, we would still recommend this property and return.

My husband and I stated just to get away for the weekend and we loved it! Perfect area we know Grand Prairie well. The staff were all attentive and polite greeted us before we created them. Room was PERFECT it’s like a studio apartment. Full kitchen and dinning table dishes provided it was so convenient and felt relaxing. Bar and restaurant where available in the lobby loved those options. Around the hotel they have plenty of food and entertainment options it was clean. Noise was minimal you while in your room. Plenty of towels. Everything was clean. We can’t wait to come back with our kids. ONLY NEGATIVES: Parking was hell because of the surrounding attractions it made it so hard to park at the top or lower level. (It was a Saturday) the Elevators are HORRIBLE we where on the second floor and my husband and I just took the stairs the entire time because it’s literally a 4-7 minute wait for a elevator and it’s so many people waiting that you may have to catch the next one. I didn’t mind the stairs my back big so exercise was needed. Finally the FREE breakfast I wish they had waffles or Pancakes.
