The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking is problematic if you need a EV charger. The hotel states it has EV charging. If you need EV charging, I suggest you stay elsewhere. I don’t know if the EV charger was there before valet was sectioned off or the other way around. Either way, it’s a bad location. You can’t access it, and the valet staff (and hotel staff) don’t know how to manage parking and charging. Upon arrival, we were shown where to park/find the charger even though it’s in the valet area. My husband had an issue and found his way to the front desk. They pointed us back to valet who also couldn’t help. We also needed the valet to show us how to get back to our vehicle because it still had our bags. We had to get up early to disconnect charging and avoid additional charges for being connected/parked once fully charged. Again, it’s in a secure area not meant for guests. We went the same way we were shown by the valet. When we checked out, we again accessed the vehicle (at this point we knew the way) and were confronted with the morning valet who questioned what we were doing and how we were able to access the space. I’ll spare you the rest of the difficulties. Let’s call it what it was… less than an ideal experience. I would stay here again if I have other charging arrangements in place. I would not stay here again if EV charging is a deal breaker.

This hotel was in a great location and had an excellent pool area. Rooms were beautiful. Our only issue was getting our room cleaned. Housekeeping did not clean our room the first or second day we were there- we had to call down to the front staff to get someone to clean and replace towels. Beyond that, the hotel was excellent!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which made the experience very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location was absolutely perfect close to everything we needed and very convenient for getting around. Exceptionally clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the little features, like the decor and Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. The cafe downstairs is wonderful for a quick morning coffee or bite to eat. We didn’t order room service or use the bar/restaurant, but the menu looked wonderful. The only things I would critique would be the expensive valet ($75 per night) and no complementary breakfast. We also had a large hole in our top sheet. Would definitely stay again, though. Great location, less than a 10 minute walk to Bridgestone and Broadway.

Great location a few blocks from Broadway. Room was clean, pool was great and staff was very friendly. My only complaints are that 1) we were out and about from 8am to about 3:30pm and no one had come in to refresh the room. I had to text the front desk for towels and coffee. 2) The coffee in the room was terrible and they didn’t restock the creamer.

Convenient location with nice amenities such as a nice hotel gym and bar/lounge area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very difficult to get water, which is odd considering the room comes with a fridge with nothing in it. To get water you have to go to a central public location and use a paper cup.,a small thing but a real turnoff. There was no closet and no drawers which was also disappointing. We were put in a handicap room even though that was not our reservation and no one asked if it was ok. One day our room was not restocked with coffee or bathroom toiletries.

Great location. Check-in was quick and easy. Had a king suite, and it was possibly the nicest room we have stayed in. Loved the Bluetooth mirror in the main bathroom!!! Apologies for anyone who heard my loud music!!! The only downside was the cars outside with the loud mufflers at 2am!

The hotel was beautiful. We stayed in a suite and it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were all very friendly- the people who checked us in, the valet guys for holding our luggage and housekeeping. The only negative thing I have to say is that if you're a light sleeper you should bring ear plugs. The bar across the street had some incident that caused the police to come which was very noisy late at night. The location made up for the noise, we walked to Broadway where all the bars and restaurants are very easily. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic! 2 issues…the walls are paper thin and our neighbors pregamed all afternoon before going out and then postgame every night at 2:00 am. So, no afternoon naps for the kids and they were awakened at 2:00am all 4 nights. The staff was helpful and immediately asked them to settle down, but it was definitely not ideal. The second issue was the cost of room service…$80 for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 cokes! The food, drinks and taxes were $60. Then, we had a $10 service fee, a $5 delivery fee, and a $5 tip to the server. Seemed extremely over the top to me, but on the plus side, the kids said the cheeseburgers were awesome!

We were told the kitchen was open until 11pm so we ordered food at the bar at 10:30. Food never arrived. Went back to the room hungry! Lounge staff was very unprofessional and eager to get off work as the guests were enjoying the live entertainment and spending money. Didn’t expect that poor level of service at higher end facility. Management needs to attend to this ASAP! Remember … it’s Nashville. Your guests are there to have a good time.

The location of the property is excellent within walking distance of most area attractions. We had a late flight so we specifcally chose this hotel because it had 24 hour check in. When we arrived later than expected, the front desk took over an hour to get us checked in. Many of the issues at check in were not the fault of Tempo, however, the front desk clerk was not accommodating and made several comments that we should have called ahead to tell them when we would be checking in. A disappointing start to our vacation but the overall hotel was clean and easily accessible.

We were made to stay off property for our first night reasons unknown. Then made to walk with luggage multiple trips to get to the hotel. Our night was paid for at the offsite property however no other compensation were offered. Asked for a simple late checkout and was told no. The fact we were put in the inconvenient situation was not our fault and should have been offered more. But we’re given nothing. The fact that we had called to confirm our room as we were going to be arriving late then get called and told we would be placed elsewhere at 1045pm was completely unsatisfactory and will make me reconsider ever using a Hilton property again!

Front desk and attendants outside were super friendly. What really upset me the most was my husband and I sat at the bar for 15 minutes and never got asked if we wanted a drink or to order. The lady serving walked by is several times. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

The location was perfect. The roof top pool and area was awesome. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. 2 issues we found was the lack of the ability to get coffee. There is a cafe downstairs that serves coffee but only until 3:00. We asked upstairs at 8:00 at night and was told they had an espresso martini but no coffee. In the rooms they supply you with an odd contraption to attempt to make coffee but it was not user friendly by any means. The other item is they have a great pool bar and center bar in the lobby but they don't have a blender to make frozen drinks as you sit outside. They only offer 2 premade frozen drinks. Sounds odd to complain about that, but as I said the outside roof top pool is a great relaxing area.

Close to the action. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. Check in was easy and pleasant with the staff going out of their way to assist us. Pool area was clean and the water was cool and refreshing. Bartenders were a little unfriendly and not very socialable but did not ruin my stay. We stayed in a suite that was perfect with bath and a 1/2 and sofa bed that fold out into a bed. Restaurant was good for breakfast and lunch. Will be my go to hotel in Nashville. Ignore the craziess downtown, no panhanlers or homeless where we were just typical "off meds" interaction. Nothing we could not handle. Only complaint was not much police presence downtown in case it was needed.

This place is amazing!! I was able to walk to Bridgestone for a concert and another concert at The Pinnacle (which is right next door) walked all over Broadway and had a great weekend! Not a fan of the Australian health food restaurant in the hotel, but im sure some people love it, but im not brave when it comes to trying to new foods.

Nice hotel. The restaurant on property is crazy expensive for what you get but there are plenty of food options not far away. The lack of a coffee pot in the room was disappointing as was the lack of any drawers to put clothes in. The staff was very friendly and service was great. The bartenders were superb.

I enjoyed my stay at this property, the room and fitness center were clean and the staff was very friendly. The food and drinks are the bar were enjoyable, but the beer selection could be better. The valet on site were unable to park my car because it’s a stick shift. This isn’t a problem I’ve had anywhere else that I’ve used a valet service. They were very polite about it and allowed me to self park in a close spot, but I was surprised to see that after my checkout I was still charged the full $60/day for valet.
