Very nice apartment on the outskirts of Nuremberg. Everything is new and immaculate, beds are comfortable. Parking is free and right next to the building. The only complaint is there is no elevator so it's necessary to carry bags and luggage up three flights of spiral stairs.

Parkplatzsituation-Parkplätze sollten eingezeichnet sein. Wir waren mehrmals eingeparkt. Rettungsweg war am Abend und in der Nacht niemals gegeben. Betten und Topper waren stark beansprucht, müsste erneuert werden. Sauberkeit im Zimmer lies auch zu Wünschen übrig.

Schöne ruhige lage, etwas wenig Parkplätze dafür in der Nähe genug Plätze. Zimmer modern und schön eingerichtet/gestaltet, könnten aber etwas sauberer sein. Hatten ein Problem das ungehend gelöst wurde, Kommunikation hier daher 1A!

Es war alles Top außer die Parkplätze wäre nicht schlecht wenn die Parkplätze bezeichnet werden weil es gibt Leute die über zwei parken und kein Platz für andere ist.

This facility affordable budget option for visit to Nuremberg. Many people were complaining about the absence of a reception. They have a app based system of checkin and entry and exit. This facility is very clean with clean bed and bathroom. For all the American travelers, please read the amenities before booking If you are visiting in summer like I did, there is NO air conditioning in the rooms. The windows opened slightly but were not enough to keep the room cool at night. Parking is limited and parking spaces are tight. This was not the best but one of the affordable option in Nuremberg.

Parkplatz war voll. Wir mussten an der Straße parken. War aber nicht dramatisch. Die Schalter in den Zimmern müssten mal überprüft werden. Die Rollladenschalter funktionierten gar nicht. Keine Ahnung, ob das gewollt ist. Sonst war aber alles wirklich super.

Lovely apartment in a nice location. However, not happy with the awful smell of the drainage. Had to disinfect the shower as a terrible smell coming from the drain slit. Could not get rid of it. Not very health and safety compliant. In 30c+ not good. I reported it. Also the cooker and oven not working. There were no instructions, not even in German. We had to eat out every day. No toaster, no microwave. We are very angry with the accommodation. I need some comeback from you.

Trotz heißem Sommertag auch unter dem Dach gut auszuhalten... allerdings störte uns der Urin- und Abwassergeruch im Badezimmer. Auch bei offenem Fenster und geschlossener Türe. Betten waren auch nur für zwei Personen hergerichtet anstelle für vier. Ansonsten einiges vorhanden was man so benötigt.

Zimmer war noch im Zustand der Vorgänger. Es hat keine Reinigung vor unserem Eintreffen gegeben. Mülleimer waren voll, Bett war nicht frisch überzogen und Handtücher waren benutzt. Es wird keinen weiteren Aufenthalt geben.

Tolles Apartment, sehr sauber, groß und modern. Haust steht in zweiter Reihe zur Straße, daher sehr ruhig. Blick auf ein Maisfeld. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Check in und das Öffnen der Türen mit dem Handy hat sehr gut funktioniert!

Vi fikk rommet 32, det var utrolig varmt, pga. Gardiner er ødelagt og sola direkte inn hele dagen. Det var så varmt innen og kunne ikke sove i det hele tatt. Forresten søppel har ikke tømt og vifter er full med støv，og vann er vanskelig å gå ned mens dusj. Dårlige kommunikasjon og service.

Tolle Unterkunft. Große Zimmer, praktische Küche (leider bei uns ohne Teller) mit Spülmaschine. Mit gefiel, dass es ein Doppelbett mit Topper war. Ebenfalls wurde uns ein kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr praktisch zB für eine Durchreise, da man schnell auf der Autobahn ist

Für unseren Zweck, völlig in Ordnung. Das Apartment war im 3. Stock und der Aufzug ging nur bis zum 2. War etwas unpraktisch mit 2 kleinen Kindern alles hochzuschleppen! Und die Temperaturen waren sehr unangenehm in der Dachwohnung ohne Klimaanlage bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Schlafen war fast unmöglich. Aber der Rest war top!

The property was nice but they don't tell you what room assignment you have until the day of. I was on the third floor with a pitched roof and it was hot tmduring my stay. There is no air conditioning and the hosts do not provide fans. The heat plus the pitched roof made out stay uncomfortable.

Location schwierig zu finden. Zugangslink war im Spam, kann passieren. Kommunikation war aus meiner Sicht wenig kundenfreundlich. Sehr hellhörig, über mir war ab 2.30 Uhr Party - kann das HOtel nix dafür - aber man hört jeden Schritt.

Checking in at 4 pm and out by 10 am in the winter months when it is dark early is a challenge it would be nice to make it 3pm and 11 am. Also internet was slow and the shops were nit as close as it was implied the write up.

The hotel is ok, but it has a system to open the doors through an app that is very annoying. At some point it stopped working and we stayed outside our room for like 20 minutes until the handyman came and helped us.

The thing that I don't like about this apartment is the difficulty in checking in. I have to keep on messaging via email because we couldn't get the room key until 7pm. There is no reception at all so no one can help you if you have problem in the apartment. It's a good eco technology apartment but at least they should have one real person to look after the apartment in case there is a problem. The apartment itself is nice and clean. The location is quiet and a bit far from the city but it's a beautiful location.

Das Gebäude und der Eingang sind ein bisschen versteckt. Wir sind nachts angekommen im dunkeln war die Orientierung mittelmäßig und es gab auch keine Parkmöglichkeiten mehr. Der Checkinvorgang mit Bild vom Perso etc. War uns ein bisschen zu lang. Vll könnte man das schon beim Buchen hinterlegen. Das Zimmer selber war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, sehr modern. Das türöffnen übers handy hat auch einwandfrei geklappt. In der kleinen Küche war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Hochwertige kaffee und teemarken. Für uns war das Bett etwas zu weich, aber das ist ja immer sehr subjektiv. Alles in allem würden wir auf jeden fall wieder buchen.

Apartment was perfect for our stay - there was plenty of space, accessories and utilities to make our time there comfortable. The beds had memory foam toppers and pillows (which were so comfortable that we are looking to buy our own now!) Our three children were all in the bigger bedroom together and the phone line helped us to locate the child’s cot when we arrived. The remote door opening was so helpful and the on-site laundry options meant that we went home with mostly clean clothes. We enjoyed exploring the woods nearby, and Playmobil-FunPark which was so much fun! Great place, perfect location.

The thing that I don't like about this apartment is the difficulty in checking in. I have to keep on messaging via email because we couldn't get the room key until 7pm. There is no reception at all so no one can help you if you have problem in the apartment. It's a good eco technology apartment but at least they should have one real person to look after the apartment in case there is a problem. The apartment itself is nice and clean. The location is quiet and a bit far from the city but it's a beautiful location.

Tolles Apartment, sehr sauber, groß und modern. Haust steht in zweiter Reihe zur Straße, daher sehr ruhig. Blick auf ein Maisfeld. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Check in und das Öffnen der Türen mit dem Handy hat sehr gut funktioniert!

Location schwierig zu finden. Zugangslink war im Spam, kann passieren. Kommunikation war aus meiner Sicht wenig kundenfreundlich. Sehr hellhörig, über mir war ab 2.30 Uhr Party - kann das HOtel nix dafür - aber man hört jeden Schritt.

Checking in at 4 pm and out by 10 am in the winter months when it is dark early is a challenge it would be nice to make it 3pm and 11 am. Also internet was slow and the shops were nit as close as it was implied the write up.

Das Gebäude und der Eingang sind ein bisschen versteckt. Wir sind nachts angekommen im dunkeln war die Orientierung mittelmäßig und es gab auch keine Parkmöglichkeiten mehr. Der Checkinvorgang mit Bild vom Perso etc. War uns ein bisschen zu lang. Vll könnte man das schon beim Buchen hinterlegen. Das Zimmer selber war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, sehr modern. Das türöffnen übers handy hat auch einwandfrei geklappt. In der kleinen Küche war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Hochwertige kaffee und teemarken. Für uns war das Bett etwas zu weich, aber das ist ja immer sehr subjektiv. Alles in allem würden wir auf jeden fall wieder buchen.

Lovely apartment in a nice location. However, not happy with the awful smell of the drainage. Had to disinfect the shower as a terrible smell coming from the drain slit. Could not get rid of it. Not very health and safety compliant. In 30c+ not good. I reported it. Also the cooker and oven not working. There were no instructions, not even in German. We had to eat out every day. No toaster, no microwave. We are very angry with the accommodation. I need some comeback from you.

Das WC und die Dusche könnten großzügiger gestaltet werden. Die Aufteilung des Wohnraumes hat uns gut gefallen. Aber beim Besteck fehlen kleine Löffel. Eine Steckdose am Bett müsste repariert werden.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The host advertised the property as suitable for 4 guests, stating it included one double or king bed and one double sofa bed. Upon arrival, we discovered the sofa bed was only a single bed, leaving one of our children without a proper sleeping arrangement. We raised the issue immediately, however communication was extremely poor and the host only responded after Expedia intervened. We were then told our 5 year old child should sleep in our bed, which was completely unacceptable. We requested a full refund but were instead met with abusive language and insults from the property owners. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR. One member of our family was forced to sleep in the car overnight. The following morning we again requested a refund and were refused outright. Shortly afterwards, police arrived with the Manager in his drug dealer type vehicle, and informed us we had to leave because the owner claimed they feared vandalism. At no point did we threaten damage or behave aggressively. The property also had virtually no parking available. The check in instructions were extremely poor and without internet access it would have been nearly impossible to enter the property. In addition, a vending machine on site took €5 and failed to dispense the item purchased. Overall, the property was misleadingly advertised and the treatment we received was completely unacceptable. Legal proceedings are now pending. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
