This boutique is an especially great place to stay. The staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has a lovely ambience. There is a rooftop with a wonderful view over the harbour and historic town. Enjoy tapas provided by the hotel on the roof. It is a very easy walk to the historic town, the harbour ferries and the local buses. It has a lovely atmosphere because of the decor, facilities and the friendly staff.

We had such a lovely stay at 23 Boutique. Our room (7) was comfortable and quiet with fantastic a/c. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. It was super hot and humid during our stay and really quite uncomfortable to walk in so we did opt for Bolt which was very reliable. However, had we come in a cooler month we would have had no trouble walking or taking the bus - this hotel is located easily for both of these options. There is a lift and a really pleasant roof terrace. I highly recommend this hotel for good value, location and a welcoming and helpful reception.

The boutique hotel provided a 5 star experience with excellent AC, amazing bathroom, excellent city view and use of the 2 person balcony. The staff and owner have thought of all the needs of their guests to include swimming towels, sunscreen, free coffee and the ability to order drinks and food.

The property was done beautifully and we enjoyed having a small balcony (room 11) alongside a huge bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Everything we hoped for was in the room. Beach towels free to borrow from an area downstairs, brollies and sun hats. So thoughtful. Lovely roof top terrace where drinks from reception can be drunk up till late. Convenience store round the corner, cafe , botanic gardens (full of cats) and a walk through a pretty park to central valletta (picking up breakfast pastizzi for 50 cents from bakery by Balzunetta restaurant ) (ate in the restaurant twice) We were pleased to be in a quiet suburb but near amenities. Thanks for a great welcome, helpful advice and stay.

From the minute you walk through the door the staff make you feel welcome. A well needed glass of water in the inner courtyard before allowing an early check-in was possible . Lovely room , a wonderful roof terrace to have drink and relax , conference room facilities if you need to work!!!! Location only 10 minute walk to city centre/ airport bus stop. Amazing Sicilian coffee shop next door for breakfast . Late checkout was possible for me on this occasion and luggage storage. Will be back😊

We had a lovely three nights at this beautiful hotel. The room was so quiet and the hotel is stunning. The roof terrace was great too. The area is walkable to all the main sights and I would have no hesitation in recommending staying here.

This is a fantastic hotel in an ideal location for exploring Malta. It is housed in a lovely renovated building with stylish and comfortable rooms and an amazing roof terrace. It is close to Valletta and the bus station/ferry port for easy exploring around Malta. The Staff are super friendly & helpful and assisted us excellently during our stay.

This boutique hotel was amazing! We checked in after hours and it was very easy, we were given instructions days before arriving. Ryan is super friendly and extremely accommodating with anything we needed. The rooms and the whole hotel are beautifully designed, and the rooftop has amazing views of Valletta. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a recently opened hotel in an old building that's been newly and attractively modernised. Our room was large, stylish (walk-in shower etc), comfortable and had an imaginative covered "outdoor" balcony/annexe that was great to sit in. The street is quiet but 10 minutes walk from the main drag in Valletta. We didn't have their breakfast but theres a great cafe and a convenience store just round the corner. There's no restaurant or bar but they'll sell you a beer to drink on the rooftop terrace. Its a shame the roof terrace isn't open past 7pm but I guess that might come in future as it looks like they have bigger plans for it. Car parking is free on street with complicated restrictions but we always found a spot nearby when we needed it. The underground multistory is close but we didn't use it. This is one of the best hotels we can remember staying in, and was excellent value.

23 Boutique is an excellent hotel in many ways. It was well designed, very clean, very comfortable, and it was well located and very central for most things people would want to do while in Malta. However, the best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff, especially Judit and Anna. They were professional, competent, friendly, and knowledgeable about many things going on in Malta. They and other members of the staff are always ready to provide excellent service, and always with a smile on their face. True representatives of the best in the hospitality industry.

Truly amazing hotel. Ryan the owner and his team go out of their way to give you everything uou need and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are spotlessley clean and there is a safe, iron, fridge and hairdryer. The hotel is minutes away from the airport and a short walk into Valetta. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

A wonderful hotel conveniently located within walking distance to historic Valletta. Upon arrival we were very warmly greeted by Fiona. She was extremely welcoming and helpful with guidance about the hotel, the immediate area and all of Malta. She was a wealth of information. Our room was comfortably and modernly equipped in a city of old buildings. We had a room that consisted of two floors. The first floor had a sitting area with a TV and a very modern bathroom that contained a soaking tub and a separate shower stall. The 2nd floor had a very comfortable bed, a TV and an additional sitting area. The building while built in 1792 has been updated to the comforts of today. I highly recommend staying here.

We didn't have breakfast so can't comment Beds were really comfortable as was the room We had a window room but I think thats a bit misleading as it was very small Hotel was lovely and the staff we met (Judit) were really nice Had a couple of drinks at the rooftop bar which were really good Its a little bit out of the main area (10 min) but not a problem as youll be walking everywhere anyway Quiet area but still a couple of bar's, coffee shop and little supermarket close by Definitely would stay here again Thanks for looking after us

The hotel is beautiful. We had room 12 which was very spacious with a lovely huge bathroom and its own terrace. The room was also very quiet. The reception staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

The hotel was really sweet. My room was on the ground floor. It was clean and comfortable. Everything you need was provided in the room. There were speakers on the ceiling in the toilet and the shower area, connected to the tv, this was very well invested which you would not even see in most 5 stars hotels. The only downside of my room was there was no window, daylight and the humidity in the room, which they have dehumidifier and purifier in the room for. It was not too bad though, specially if you are out all day and only come in to sleep and staying only for one-two days. Ryan and Mia are both so nice, kind and professional people. They really made me feel I'm home and in safe hands. I would definitely advise this boutique hotel to anyone with eyes closed. Thank you Ryan and Mia once again.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel,la belle rénovation de l'immeuble, le quartier pas trop touristique, la proximité pour aller à La Valette. Bons conseils pour les restaurants et le taxi. Personnel aimable. Par contre on entend un peu la télévision de la chambre d'à coté mais rien de grave.

She was extremely welcoming and helpful with guidance about the hotel, the immediate area and all of Malta. She was a wealth of information. Our room was comfortably and modernly equipped in a city of old buildings. We had a room that consisted of two floors. The first floor had a sitting area with a TV and a very modern bathroom that contained a soaking tub and a separate shower stall. The 2nd floor had a very comfortable bed, a TV and an additional sitting area. The building while built in 1792 has been updated to the comforts of today. I highly recommend staying here.

Great staff. Ryan was wonderful and communicative. We missed our flight and our first night due to multiple delays and decided to stay an extra night. Ryan comped our extra night and made our stay wonderful. Easy to walk to Valleta and around town. Highly recommended.

Really nice, quiet hotel about 10 mins from Valletta. Ryan was very welcoming and informative on arrival and staff were good throughout our stay. There was the Malta Fireworks festival happening during our visit, and was a great place to watch from the rooftop bar.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed. An early flight meant we arrived around midday but our room was ready. The staff were super helpful on recommending the best local restaurants and cafes. They also had suggestions of where to visit for our long weekend break, including maps, travel info etc. The rooftop bar is a lovely spot to unwind after a long day and the team also let us store our luggage and continue to use the facilities on our check out day due to a late flight home.

This is a small hotel with outstanding design and person service. Ryan, the owner, resonded for our question on check in and holding baggage. Both very important to our trip. On check in, and meeting Ryan, things got ever better. He provided early checkin and a lot of valuable tips on eating and Valletta. This is like visiting a friend. Hope we can return soon.

23 Boutique is an excellent hotel in many ways. It was well designed, very clean, very comfortable, and it was well located and very central for most things people would want to do while in Malta. However, the best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff, especially Judit and Anna. They were professional, competent, friendly, and knowledgeable about many things going on in Malta. They and other members of the staff are always ready to provide excellent service, and always with a smile on their face. True representatives of the best in the hospitality industry.

This boutique hotel was amazing! We checked in after hours and it was very easy, we were given instructions days before arriving. Ryan is super friendly and extremely accommodating with anything we needed. The rooms and the whole hotel are beautifully designed, and the rooftop has amazing views of Valletta. 23 Boutique is a beautiful property in Floriana (just outside Valletta). Its only about a 10 minute walk (we walk fast) to Valletta. 23 B is in a quiet neighborhood with a few dining options, small grocery stores and a coffee shop. Ryan and Mia are super helpful with tips for areas to visit, to dining in Valletta (thanks again Ryan and Mia!!!!). There is so much to see and do that is within walking distance. We booked this hotel as part of a 4 night stay in Malta. It is situated in a fantastic location, very near to the waterfront and port for ferries to Gozo and the 3 cities. Valletta centre is a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are just perfect. Beautifully designed and coming back to an air conned room with such sumptuous luxury was a treat after a day out in the Maltese sun. It is so quiet and the perfect haven for tranquility. We couldn’t have asked for better service and advice from the hotel staff. The sky bar was something we enjoyed on occasion, serving the best Aperol Spritz we had ever tasted. We don’t complete reviews very often but we felt compelled to do so for this fantastic, little hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel in an ideal location for exploring Malta. It is housed in a lovely renovated building with stylish and comfortable rooms and an amazing roof terrace. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment Beds were really comfortable as was the room We had a window room but I think thats a bit misleading as it was very small Hotel was lovely and the staff we met (Judit) were really nice Had a couple of drinks at the rooftop bar which were really good Its a little bit out of the main area (10 min) but not a problem as youll be walking everywhere anyway Quiet area but still a couple of bar's, coffee shop and little supermarket close by Definitely would stay here again Thanks for looking after us

Absolutley beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, fabulous bathroom and stunning roof terrace. The receptionist and the owner went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Takes about 10 minutes to walk into Valletta and when we stayed nothing open locally but it was New year. We will definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

The room was beautifully designed and incredibly cozy — you can really tell that every detail has been carefully thought through. The staff were so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, and the room service was a real highlight, with delicious Maltese specialties that made our stay feel extra special. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short and pleasant walk to central Valletta, yet tucked away from the busy main streets, which made it peaceful and relaxing. We left feeling completely rested and cared for, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. 23 Boutique is truly a gem in Valletta — highly recommended!

The property was done beautifully and we enjoyed having a small balcony (room 11) alongside a huge bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Everything we hoped for was in the room. Beach towels free to borrow from an area downstairs, brollies and sun hats. So thoughtful. Lovely roof top terrace where drinks from reception can be drunk up till late. Convenience store round the corner, cafe , botanic gardens (full of cats) and a walk through a pretty park to central valletta (picking up breakfast pastizzi for 50 cents from bakery by Balzunetta restaurant ) (ate in the restaurant twice) We were pleased to be in a quiet suburb but near amenities. Thanks for a great welcome, helpful advice and stay.

Vanwege corona ontbijt op aanvraag, maar nog leuker op 5 min lopen in lokale bistro ontbijten tussen de locals met local food.

This is a recently opened hotel in an old building that's been newly and attractively modernised. Our room was large, stylish (walk-in shower etc), comfortable and had an imaginative covered "outdoor" balcony/annexe that was great to sit in. The street is quiet but 10 minutes walk from the main drag in Valletta. We didn't have their breakfast but theres a great cafe and a convenience store just round the corner. There's no restaurant or bar but they'll sell you a beer to drink on the rooftop terrace. Its a shame the roof terrace isn't open past 7pm but I guess that might come in future as it looks like they have bigger plans for it. Car parking is free on street with complicated restrictions but we always found a spot nearby when we needed it. The underground multistory is close but we didn't use it. This is one of the best hotels we can remember staying in, and was excellent value.
