Had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel. The location is brilliant - easy walking to many of the sights, restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great cocktails and service at the rooftop bar. Only negative is not enough sun loungers by the pool.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Great central location, fabulous breakfast and benefit of a roof top plunge pool. The three guys we dealt with regularly on reception were excellent and when our flight was cancelled went out of their way to help us. Would 100% return.

Oh my goodness what an amazing hotel! Centrally located within walking distance to Sevilla’s main attractions, the hotel is stylish, modern, quiet and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfy and the bathrooms are beautiful and even have Rituals toiletries. The restaurant offers a huge (and delicious) choice for breakfast and caters for every taste. The rooftop bar with swimming pool is a perfect space to wind down after a day spent exploring the walkable city. The most wonderful thing about this hotel though are the outstanding staff-from the Cava on arrival, the maps and city explanations, recommending and booking the evening restaurants and flamenco evening to walking us to the waiting taxi when we left, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, in particular Borja, Antonio and Ana who are an absolute credit to the hotel and are worth their weight in gold. Their fluency in English is noteworthy and put us to shame with our ‘Ola’ and ‘Gracias’ Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable - my fiancé will not forget his 60th birthday, everything was perfect. Our friends who came with us also loved everything about this brilliant hotel. If you are thinking of visiting this fascinating city then definitely book this fabulous hotel-you really could not do any better.

Hotel is very stylishly designed and reception and bars were lovely. Location was great. We didn't eat breakfast or dine at the hotel so can't comment on the quality of the food.

Fabulously appointed reception area and lobby bar, perfect for relaxing. The room was well presented, the bed was firm with strong sides. The roof top pool is small but cold and welcoming after walking the streets of Sevilla. The shower pressure was great. Air conditioning was okay but boosted by a ceiling fan. Its location was awesome with so many things to easily see within walking distance. The staff provided some amazing restaurant recommendations and guided us to local gems rather. I’d happily stay here again when in Sevilla.

H10 in Casa de Plata, Seville, was a great hotel to stay in. The hotel is situated in a good location although taxis can’t get to the front of the hotel so you do need to take a short walk for taxi access. But generally the location is fantastic; it is very close to the ‘mushrooms’ or Setas de Seville and has good walking access to all key areas. Our favourite things about staying here were the overall decor and ambience of the hotel. It is exceptionally designed and the interiors are fantastic, grand and inkeeping with the local area. The rooms have a more modern twist and are playful but grand with a real luxury feel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Alejandro checked us in and talked us through local areas, over a welcome cava! Staff were available to help with reservation recommendations and bookings too! The rooftop pool area was a real touch! It was so nice to have a space to escape too however it was quite busy during our stay so it felt a bit of an effort to ‘bag a lounger/comfortable seat and whilst the pool was nice it was more of a plunge pool so don’t expect to swim.

Surprised it’s only a 4 star hotel. Probably one of the best check-in experiences we have ever had. Jaime sat us down and talked us through the maps, local attractions and helping with booking tickets. Hotel was beautifully decorated and everyone at the hotel was polite and friendly. Rooms were quiet and the bathroom products were gorgeous. Location of hotel was great. 5 min walk from cathedral and loads of restaurants nearby. Cannot fault this hotel.

H10 hotel was perfect in every way: attentive reception, gorgeous property, great room, perfect location in Seville. Special thanks to Laura and Jorge for taking care of our taxi and walking us to this taxi making sure we get to the train station on time. Other reception stuff has also been outstanding and helped us, we just do not recall all the names (thanks you gentleman with the beard!!!). Stuff was receptive to our needs, allowed late checkout so we have an extra hour to enjoy the Seville. From now on H10 will be our top option when traveling.

The central location is perfect, all of the main attractions are in walking distance as well as plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was clean and decorated in modern Andalusian style. The roof terrace is a lovely area to enjoy the weather.

Excellent location...in a pedestrian zone. A little inconvenient when arriving and leaving as you will need to walk 2-5 minutes with all your luggage. But the hotel was alert and so helpful with our bags. Thanks to Alejandro and Fran. Great selection for breakfast. Well appointed rooms. Beds a little soft and thank you for the abundant pillows.
