お風呂とトイレがバリアフリーで、とても広くこういう部屋のホテルは初めてでしたが、とても使いやすく快適でした。お好み村や駅までの交通の便もよかったが、提携駐車場がややわかりづらかった。車のナビでは違う場所を案内されたので、グーグルマップは必須です。

She seems very tired and has small voice .she not good at working as front desk . It was too tiny room for me…too noisy…. Coin laundry paid ¥500 washer & dryer it didn’t work for dryer…. I put only 3 clothes…. It’s good for location & convenience store transportation

Very nice hotel, conveniently located just 20mins walk to the Peace Memorial Park and near to metro and bus stops. The twin room had a decent amount of space for 2 small doubles and our 2 suitcases. There's also a very handy coin laundry machines available to use in the hotel.

Location is ok but not near Jr station. Around 20 mins walk to station. There are quite a lot of restaurant there but most of them open at night only. Room size is ok with this price. We can open 2 luggages at the same time. And it’s quiet. Over all it’s clean but you can find dust over furnitures and even the kettle. There are 2 laundry machines but one of them is out of order. Need to wait several hours to wash your clothes. There are 2 lifts but they are small which I can understand. 3 people with 2 luggages will occupy the whole lift. However, around the check out peak time, we can see house keeper will occupy one of them. Breakfast is a pack of bread taste good. Drip coffee in room also good.

While i enjoyed the location and the cheap price point it was very dirty and loud. Its located on a busy street so i suppose it being loud isnt a surprise but the walls seemed thin. Rooms and hallways were dirty. Hallway floors were extremely stained and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Rooms looked nice at first appearance. Cute set up but omg there was a DISGUSTING amount of dust and dirt on the ground by the furniture. Bathroom had weird stains on wall too.

I stayed here in 2019 and it was great, but it seems to have worsened since. The bathroom and bed sheets were clean, but many areas hadn't been dusted properly and there were numerous stains on the walls and floors, including ones that could easily be cleaned with a damp cloth. The air conditioning unit was very loud, made noises at random even when turned off, took ages to warm up, and smelled. There is also a ventilation fan in the ceiling which can't be turned off and produces permanent white noise. For those irritated by light at night, the light switch for the bathroom faces the bed and has a bright green LED that lights up when it's switched off, which is strong enough to read with. It can easily be covered, but it shows a lack of thought in design. Soundproofing is poor. The beds are placed right up to the connecting wall, and when the wall is accidentally hit it's like the other guest is there in the room with you. Staff were all great and check in and out went smoothly. The location is perfect for access to shopping and within walking distance of Hiroshima Station, plus is on the tram line to there and major tourist spots.

Overall facilities are brilliant, like the kettle and the layout of the room. But one of the the bedside usb port wasn't working. One thing that deducted lots of marks from you was that the first day of my stay, I found that there was hair attached on the bathroom towel. I don't know how can that happen but I pumped out a hair from the body wash provided. Please check with your staff and make sure they clean the room properly. I felt everything is so dirty throughout my whole three nights stays.

Our room was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in in our lives. We had no idea it would be so tiny. The bed was comfortable, but it was pushed up against the wall, meaning one of us had to climb over the other in the middle of the night to reach the bathroom. There was not enough space to open our average-sized roller bags. This would be a good room for one person on a budget, perhaps a student tourist. It was clean and efficient, but not enough space for two grown adults.

This hotel was conveniently located within Hiroshima along a main corridor so it was really easy to get around but still very quiet. My only complaint was the room we were in the AC sits above one of the twin beds and it was leaking water directly onto the bed all night. Staff were lovely and professional.

Perfect hotel - cannot find a single complaint. Great location, exceptionally clean room, comfortable beds, well thought of furnishings, powerful shower. I left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door one day and came back to a bag of fresh towels, slippers and a toothbrush. Fantastic service!

Fantastic hotel in a great spot, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the included breakfast breads and coffee were a nice touch. The room was small but layout was good and very functional. In terms of location, great food and bars right near the hotel and the streetcar to Hiroshima station is right outside (or 10-15min walk to the station itself). Highly recommend staying here.

広電電停の真ん前にあり宮島、原爆ドーム等への移動が楽。また広島駅にも数分で移動できる他近くにお好み焼き村もあり良い立地でした。一番道路側の12階の部屋だったためもあり路面電車、車の音も気になる程ではありませんでした。提携駐車場もありその点でも助かります。

Great location. The bread bar in the morning was cute. I wish it was a bit more subtantial with less waste (not prepackaged), and wish it had vegan and gluten-free options. The rooms were great! The only thing was the tub wasn't attached to the wall so when I went to sit on it it wasn't stable!

a well located hotel at the east-west main road, opposite mitsukoshi and within walking distance from major attractions and shopping/dining places. front desk and service staff are all very friendly and helpful. our room facing the main road has a nice view if the city. free light breakfast was very thoughtful.
