Affordable EV charger there would have required 47 hours to get my car from 35% to 80%. And it charges by the hour! There is an excellent level 3 set of chargers at the Lobnaw, about 2 km away.

Came here with my wife and kids as we were visiting, unfortunately the pool was not that clean and the morning of checkout the pool was closed for a few hours for maintenance so we were not able to use the pool (kids were definitely upset as we all woke early around 8am to go swimming before our 12pm checkout) the breakfast bar which closes at 10am was almost empty just after 9am so there was limited options. Overall it was a decent stay but I will probably look elswhere the next time we are in town.

I checked in with my family at about 6pm. Check in was good and everything seemed fine. Fast forward to 2am, my spouse and kids kept complaining of something biting on them and after closer investigation, we found bed bugs on the bed. We killed about 5 of them (I have pictures) and we reported immediately to the front desk. They apologized and after their own observation they offered to change our room, they only had a one king bed room even though I had booked double queen with a family of 5. I was up till 4am doing laundry and washing every single piece of clothing we brought into the room. The rest of the night was ruined and we didn’t get much sleep. Breakfast was average at best and upon checking out the house keeping manager apologized again and offered to give me points for a one night stay at any of their hotel which was a bit disappointing because I expected a full refund, because of the trauma of passing through that sort of ordeal and we didn’t sleep a wink. You pay for comfort when you book a hotel and when they don’t deliver on that, it’s fair enough they refund. My partner and kids are still itchy and we will be seeking medical help but the lasting thought of what transpired and sight of bed bugs crawling on the beds will leave a lasting memory in our heads. Do better Hyatt Place, it was my first time staying there and most likely my last.

Room temperature was not appropriate for the weather and failed to fix and address the issue despite 6 nights stay. They reluctantly provided the extra electric heater on request. Bed sheets not changed regularly and even if you ask to change they don’t and on serious repetition of the request they agreed to change but we noticed they just flipped the sheet and did not change it. We were staying for 6 nights and they did not want to change the sheets. Our room was not the cheapest either and we had selected a higher rate one!

The room I was given had bed bugs. (See Photos). After a long and exhausting drive, I was hoping for a clean and comfortable stay. Upon discovering the bed bugs, I immediately contacted the front desk and requested to speak with a manager. The manager was unprofessional and did not handle the situation properly. I stayed for 5 days, and during that time, the bed sheets were not changed regularly. After housekeeping, the only noticeable update in my room was the replacement of towels. Seriously there is nothing but good things to say about this place! It’s fantastic- clean, clean, amenities a+, food A+, just wonderful! This will be my go to stay in Mississauga from now on. Only issue if any is the room door slams - that’s not an issue at all just saying if anyone is looking for a reason to say anything bad about this place!

Extremely disappointed with this Hyatt Place. Generally I really like this chain of hotels but this experience was horrid. One staff member at front desk with one customer in front of me when my family and I entered the hotel. It took 25 minutes before we could check in, with no explanation or apology for the wait. I would rate myself as 1 star for my poor attitude after waiting 15 minutes but that was abysmal. How can you have one staff member on and have people that have prepaid for a room wait 25 minutes for even check in? No extenuating weather or internet issues as the booking went through immediately as soon as they attended to me. I won't be staying here again and it has really created a negative feeling toward any Hyatt Place in terms of being a good hotel.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Mississauga Centre and while the room itself was fine, the overall experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable due to how my fiancée was treated. On Saturday around 11:00 PM on Valentine’s Day weekend, I went to park the car while my fiancée went to the entrance. She was left standing outside in the cold while a staff member stood inside, looked directly at her, and refused to open the door. He then allowed another guest to enter right after, which made the situation even more concerning and disrespectful. When she asked for assistance, he claimed he was helping another customer, but there was no one in front of him at the time. This treatment felt discriminatory and completely lacking in basic decency and professionalism.In addition, the hotel environment was not well managed. On Sunday around 12:00 AM, there was loud TV noise and children running around on the second floor, making it difficult to rest. I am planning to escalate this matter by contacting Consumer Protection Ontario, but I am posting this review now to bring attention to the experience. No guest should be left outside in the cold or treated with that level of disregard, especially on a weekend meant to be special. This hotel needs to have more customer support and better staff accountability.

The hotel is very close to a big shipping plaza which was great to kill time. It's a very clean hotel. The hotel itself and the room were nicely updated. The room we had was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. It had so many options from cereals to different proteins, and different pastries. My husband and I had a short stay but we were impressed and very happy with our stay. About 15 min to the airport which was what we wanted. But just bear in mind that due to the proximity to the airport, you will hear airplanes whooshing by and that is not the hotels fault by any means. Just want to point that out for anyone considering staying.
