Hospedagem com quarto confortável, café da manhã com bastante variedade e itens de pastelaria bem saborosos. NÃO RECOMENDO o hotel para quem está com veículos, pois o hotel não tem estacionamento e o estacionamento conveniado fica há 800m do hotel. O mais absurdo foi o hotel além dos 15euros da diária, exigir uma caução de 30 euros em dinheiro para garantir a devolução do cartão de estacionamento. As ruas próximas não tem fácil disponibilidade de vagas.

Great location, really central and great neighborhood. However, it means it was really loud, since the rooms are not well isolated (you could hear the street, feel the metro from the 4th floor up and hear every details of the passing guests in the corridor). The room was clean in surface but seemed quite old and we had to ask several times (on a 4 nights trip) to have the room cleaned again, since the bathroom smelled like sewer and it drifted into the room. Note that the bathroom isn't fully closed off, it's a small glass door that separates it from the bedroom. The staff was really helpful though and in all, it was quite ok!

The room smelled of floor varnish. Outside the room smelled of varnish as well and there was a paint spill all down the hallway. The door code was a good idea, but the mechanism was difficult to operate. There was thick mold in the shower. It was in a good location near airport. All front desk staff were super nice!

O quarto é pequeno mas funcional, o banheiro não é funcional (uma vez que não cabe nem a frasqueira em cima da pia) e tbem não é tão limpo (sinais de ferrugem e falta de limpeza). Trata-se de um prédio antigo reformado. Os corredores tem um cheiro forte e enjoativo, na primeira noite me causou enxaqueca. O café da manhã não é de qualidade comparado a outros hotéis que ficamos em Portugal. Por 2 noites deixaram apenas 1 toalha de banho (reserva para casal). Detalhes pequenos que fazem a diferença, no recipiente escrito hidratante tem sabonete, ou seja, se não tem hidratante deixem vazio, mas não encher de sabonete só pra dizer que tem algo ali. A localização não é boa, muuuito longe de tudo, ou seja, eu não indico este hotel.

The room is like a princess room, beautiful. The breakfast... The best! However you can feel, yes feel, the subway every time arrives to the station. We had a balcony suite on the 2 floor. Probably if you have room in the back of the hotel, you won't notice that the hotel is on top of a train stop.

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti in una camera del 5 piano con vista strada verso Campo Pequeno. Alla reception il ragazzo gentilissimo ha parlato con me in italiano ed è stato molto cortese. La camera è pulita ed in ordine, bagno accogliente e il letto grande e comodo; la camera monitora la temperatura autonomamente (non si può cambiare) ma si può aprire agevolmente la finestra. L'unica cosa negativa che ho riscontrato è la presenza di alcune macchie (probabilmente dovute a qualche prodotto di pulizia errato) sul pouff e sui cuscini in pseudovelluto; sarebbe stato meglio sostituirli o coprirli con un tessuto nuovo. L'hotel non è proprio vicino alle zone più importanti da visitare ma ha una stazione della metro proprio davanti alla porta e parecchie fermate degli autobus nelle vicinanze. Proprio di fronte si trova il centro commerciale di Campo Pequeno con supermercato, ristoranti e negozi di ogni tipo. Nel complesso un piacevole soggiorno.

Likes: The property is in a convenient central area. Staff are pleasant. Price point was decent. Cons: You can literally hear the trains rumble by continuously. Our room was very worn looking, the wooden floors were peeling up from prior leaks, the shower let water spray out much to easily. The room was dark. We were given a handicapped accessible room without our consent probably because we booked through expedia. We would not rebook here again.

Wow! That's all I can say. We got there, a bit exhausted from a flight, knowing we'd have to check out WAY too early, and just wanted a good night's sleep. We got more than that. To our surprise, they had upgraded us to a bigger, luxurious room that looked right over the town, with tons of space. Comfortable king bed, plenty of pillows... And there was an elevator! Thank you for making our final night in Portugal wonderful!!!

The checkin was swift and seamless, the room was comfortable and clean, the location for us was great, next to metro and Campo Pequeno, many great food establishments near by, you'll be spoilt for choice. The breakfast was ok, having gluten intolerance, available was fruit, yoghurt, bacon, mushrooms and cheeses - but lots of breads and cakes & pancakes for everyone else - enough to set you up for the day. I would stay again.

We arrived and had to wait past the check in time for our room. The person who checked us in forgot to give us our passport back. When we left our bags at the desk because the room was not ready, one of our backpacks was very wet when we picked it up. The carpet in the room was not clean and the room was very run down.

Upon arrival at the property, we were greeted by one of the hotel's front desk attendants - David. My friend and I did not find him to be welcoming, and quite cold - while you could chuck it up to nerves, there were other issues relayed which allowed for better reception. During our stay, we requested an iron and ironing board which was provided, but then removed without our knowledge. Communication goes a long way. Cleanliness was also an issue- towels were not replaced daily and I had to request new ones upon return to the hotel in the evening.Additionally, we found that the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, along with the sheets not replaced, even with visibly stained pillow cases. The power went out and the hallway lighting leaves much to be desired but if there was better staff communication and housekeeping, the score would be better.These issues were relayed this information to the front desk and I do not think that there were appropriate corrections and/or attention to rectify the situation within the time that we stayed, which was five days. Although the location of the hotel and room size are appealing, all factors must be considered to ensure the best stay for guests.

I loved the place, location, staff on site. Marta was especially helpful. The only downside was before my arrival. If I hadn't phoned 2 days before arrival, there'd have been a serioys problem. Despite a previous msg from the property, the money being paid, there was no record of my booking. It had not been entered on their system. Marta and contact with Hotels.com sorted this out.

Great location, with a subway entrance right outside the front door and an underground shopping mall across the street in a former bullring, with restaurants as well. Also has a beautifully restored 1930s Art Deco design and a friendly, courteous staff. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, so the bottom line is this: a great value for what is a relatively modest price. Highly recommended.

The hotel was old but clean. The bed was really comfortable. However, the hotel is directly above a subway station so you hear it rumbling and roaring every few minutes. Not conducive to a good night’s sleep. We can’t say enough about the staff! They are fantastic and helped us out whenever we asked.

Location is ideal, in the heart of Lisbon, metro station is at the doorstep of the hotel providing easy access to many attractions. Train station to Sintra is only 5 minutes walk. Restaurants, mall and entertainment closeby. Yet the hotel environment is very quiet. Front desk staff as well as the bell captain are very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was generous and wide variety and options. The Nespresso Coffee machine and pods in the room is a great feature. Tea, and the kettle provided in the room is superb. Bed mattress and pillows very comfortable, bed linen of good quality, clean, and ironed. Pillow cases changed daily. Highly recommended and will definitely stay at this hotel on my future visits to Lisbon.
