The hotel is in a great location accessible to Savannah sights and restaurants. The staff was helpful and attended to our needs. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The only issue is parking can be tricky. Would stay here again.

They didn't clean my room (only found out at the end of the day, on my return). The bar and restaurant were closed on the the two nights that I was there, and was the main reason I had booked that hotel to begin with. The breakfast food was very mediocre, despite all of the rave reviews. Also, I had forgotten to give my $10.00 voucher with my bill. Upon remembering, about 5 minutes later, they were not so willing to accept it (I didn't want to push it, so came back the following day for another lousy breakfast)

Wonderful property, you don't have to leave the property. Walkable to all of the shopping spots and restaurants. The only thing I would change is the plumbing. You pray a pretty Penny but the if you have to worry about flushing the toilet in your luxury hotel, it's not so luxury anymore.

Great property, but noisy at night with trucks on the main road. If you’re a light sleeper, get a room in the back of the building. My only negative for this hotel. Staff are awesome! Food is excellent in the downstairs restaurant. Hard to beat sunset in the roof terrace.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and on an amazing location. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining room was fabulous and we ate there almost every day. The only complaint was the housekeeping. It was very poorly done. The beds were made in a sloppy manner. Sometimes, glasses and cups were left and not replaced. Every day, we had to go and ask for coffee pods and milk which was supposed to be complimentary. In such a nice hotel, it is a shame. The first day itself we complained downstairs at the reception but nothing changed during our stay. Thank goodness the towels were changed and we were given shower gel!

When we arrived to our room, the room was covered in dog hair. The bed, floor, window ledge and night stands all had quite a bit of dog hair. They immediately switched our room. The bed was not comfortable. The first time we stayed at this hotel a month earlier everything was fabulous. This time, not so much. Housekeeping would turn our thermostat up to a very hot temperature twice a day when they came in. Room was noisy. Not sure what we were under or next ok but constantly heard noises.

The hotel has great location, friendly staff. Only one complain, the rooms were not cleaned properly. We had 2 rooms and experienced the same issue on both. Bathrooms were not cleaned, used cups were left in the room, trash was not pickup up. Apparently the cleaning crew only made the beds.

The Drayton would smell of musty stale sewer starting in the evening until about noon the next day. The staff pretended like they had no idea what we were talking about. I guess they had been instructed to gaslight the guests, because there is no way they didn't know. Everything else about our stay was great.

We arrived a few hours before check in and our room was ready which was so wonderful after traveling. It was very noisy at night I could hear doors banging above my room. There was a lot of traffic. The free breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly.

We very much looked forward to the Drayton experience after reading all the fabulous reviews. What a disappointment. Our room on the second floor was cramped with no room to set up a laptop, not even a small desk and loud footsteps from above thumping the ceiling. Our room was ice cold and would not heat up at all. Front desk finally got an Engineer out and the entire second floor heat was not working at all. We were finally offered a move up to another room with working heat but it was too late at night by then for the upheaval of dressing, repacking, moving and unpacking again. Not so much as an apology upon checking out or after completing their survey on how our stay went. The only good thing I can say about this place is that they serve a very good breakfast and their dining staff were excellent, as was their valets who double as porters.

The property is gorgeous and decorated impeccably. However the hotel is on a smaller size, more of a boutique feel. It was conveniently located to all restaurants and shops. Wish the staff would be more friendlier, they all seemed to be frazzled at all times. When asked for anything it was accompanied by an eyeroll.

The property itself was nice, the design and aesthetic were awesome, and the location was wonderful. Would stay there again but would note tried to get the main desk on the phone from the room a couple times one night to get some things sent to the room and never had anyone pick up. We also booked a room with a city hall view and was given a room one the other side of the hotel. Which isn’t a huge deal but I picked the option I had originally selected for a reason.

Both went above and beyond in every interaction, ensuring that we felt comfortable, valued, and genuinely at home. Noa’s professionalism and thoughtful attention to detail made check-in seamless and every question easy to navigate. Brice’s kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth turned something as simple as valet service into a highlight of our stay. We have stayed at many hotels, but we have never encountered staff who were so sincere, welcoming, and dedicated to creating such a memorable guest experience. Thanks to Noa and Brice, our visit to Savannah was made even more special, and we will undoubtedly return to The Drayton Hotel because of them.

Rude staff. Room service, worse than Waffle House. Just poor service all around. Last minute trip to Savannah. Was okay with $700/night. But expect better service than you can get at super 8. Beautiful hotel. Well done. Staff, a major let down.

Beautiful hotel that appears to have been recently renovated. I could not have asked for anything more for our recent stay in Savannah. I found that it was walkable to nearly everything. I enjoyed the breakfast at St. Neo’s each day. Staff was super kind and helpful. I have already recommended it to others.

Beautiful hotel! Only drawback is they advertise free breakfast but you pay a $32 daily amenity fee!! I ordered bacon with my waffles one morning and they tried to charge me $7!!! Said it was extra!!!

This is a wonder property. At check in they offered us a glass of champagne while the porters handled our luggage. The breakfast was amazing and the service was top notch. The room was a little small but very clean and quaint. This property is in a great location walkable to all the square and the river walk.
