Everyone was friendly. Easy to access. The pool was way too hot, felt like a hot tub. Curtain in our room 406 has blood splattered on it and the pull out table to eat was covered in food. Not a terrible experience, but might not return

We always stay here when we have a PHX layover. Excellent service! 10-15 wait on shuttle pick up. Quick and easy check in. Spacious and comfortable bed and room. Breakfast is always a treat in the morning-great selection and free shuttle back to airport.

We already had a reservation. Our flight arrived delayed 10:40pm. I called for the shuttle to pick us up-they arrived within 10 min. And check in was easy. We made sure to make a reservation for a morning shuttle to take us back to the airport. The room was excellent! Comfortable bed and all shower products provided. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious-lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Their Airport shuttle service was excellent. Very convenient with an awesome dollar tree with everything nearby. Room was big with tall ceilings. Many restaurants right outside the hotel including Chipotle. Laundry machines in the hotel (just by detergent from Dollar Tree). Free Breakfast, but it was ok. Staff was very helpful and shuttle drivers were very friendly. Great place for the family.

The hotel was very nice! Breakfast was include! Free parking, free bottles of water, and a hotel shuttle included! The only negative was the pool area was nasty. The pool itself was clean but the area around it wasn’t picked up.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good options for breakfast. Lots of dining options within walking distance. However, the swimming pool was not well maintained and there was/is spots of green scum on the sides. Also it needs an awning for shade because of the extreme temperatures.

We stayed 6 nights as a family of 4. The hotel has a convenient location 6 minutes from the airport. The room is spacious with mini kitchen, 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The cleanliness was poor- only available when requested and it was not offered. There was a lot of dust, trash was not emptied from previous stay and the pull out couch had a spring coming out. I requested a new mattress but was told not available and they gave me an extra cover. This was also an expensive stay at about $200/night. Overall convenient for families with spacious rooms.

Overall, it was an OK visit for an overnight stay. We stayed at the Home2 suites in Buckeye, which was vastly different and a great experience. Here you could tell that the floors were mopped with dirty water because when we stepped on them, they were extremely sticky and they left the marks of our shoes on them.

We were booked to stay at this hotel by a 3rd party company our soccer club used. We requested housekeeping service the day after we arrived since there was 5 of us and we were told that they only do housekeeping 2 days a week. I continued asking daily for housekeeping and went to the front desk every morning for 5 days to get towels. We had to pile up all the towels and leave them outside the room so housekeeping can take them after the 3rd day. We dropped dry cereal in the room and had to run so asked if housekeeping was coming that day. They confirmed it would get cleaned and we came back ten hours later and no one went to vacuum it for us. My son went a

The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet doesn't have many vegan options yet oatmeal, nuts and dried fruit + coffee were enough. When I entered my room, there was a faint sewage odor at the doorway. The bathroom was clean, and did not seem to have a leak nor did it have the sewage odoer. Yet, the room appeared clean until I moved the ottoman. There was a piece of clothing on the floor (previous guest?), some trash, and then there was trash on the table next to the sofa. I reported these to the front desk, and they said they would have my room cleaned in the morning or offered me a handicapped access room. I declined the new room because I could cover up the clothing and trash with the ottoman (which I did). The next day, after the room was "cleaned," the items under the ottoman were gone but there was still a pile of trash on the lamp table. The hotel staff never addressed the sewage odor that was by the door everytime I entered or exited the room.

Our A/C was not working properly, and in Phoenix in the summer, that is less than ideal. The bedding on the sofa bed had some stains and the sofa bed tilted head side lower than feet. This was the third Home2 we stayed in within the past week and it was by far the worst of the three. The other two we excellent. There are other Home2 properties in the Phoenix area. I with I had gone to one of those instead.

We used this hotel our first night and last night if a week long trip because it’s so close to the airport. Room 206 was impressively large and clean! We have 3 teen boys and this was the biggest standard hotel room we have ever stayed in. 2 beds plus pull out plus tons of open space and counter space. Also, every staff member we encountered was friendly and pleasant to interact with. Both shuttle drivers we used were fantastic. We tipped them and were grateful for the free shuttle. Gym and lobby areas were clean. Overall great place for a quick stay.

PROS: Very nice, spacious and comfortable rooms. Safe place for a solo traveler and very close to the airport without being too noisy. Check in was super easy and the breakfast offerings were good. CONS: My microwave didn't work and the light switches on the bedside lamps were both smeared with something I really did not want to think about identifying.

The staff especially Mo was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is surrounded by a number of places to eat or go to, to grab necessities. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Phoenix.

When we got to our room, the key cards did not work. We were tired and we were given a room clear to the end of the hall. I went back down to the front desk to request a new key card. The clerk was rude about the whole situation and didn't apologize. Just put us in a new room. How hard is it to just get a new key card?

The staff was very unfriendly and not at all helpful to me in any way. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to cancel my booking and needed a refund. The staff was not accommodating at all. I was appalled by their behavior and lack of interest in helping me. They told me to call Expedia sometimes they can cancel in some circumstances. Since I booked through Expedia, I even asked one of the virtual reps for help, and they proceeded to call the hotel staff because SOMETIMES they will cancel it in an emergency. The Expedia rep said that they would not honor my cancellation nor offer me a refund. They just kept pushing the late check-in option, which directly ignored my request since I told them I was unable to make it at all. I would never book here again. Awful just awful.

We stayed here for one night before our granddaughter had to fly out on an early morning flight. It is a wonderful place to stay! It’s within very easy walking distance to many restaurants and it also has a beautiful patio with grills if you are more ambitious than we were! The breakfast is excellent and the courtesy shuttle runs 24 hours! This will definitely be our go-to hotel near the airport!

Great place to stay! Came down from Idaho for my boy's basketball tournament and this Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the facility. There is a homeless camp just across the street so that was a bit alarming but other than that was great!

Overall the property is okay. Neighborhood is sketchy. The power was out on one wall in our room, which was odd. It was the wall with the TV on it. I didn't say anything because I tend to watch stuff on my computer anyway. So, let me be clear: I didn't give them a chance to fix the issue. The staff are very friendly. That was a huge upshot. If you choose to stay here, I seriously doubt you'd have a problem there. The electric chargers were great for my rented Tesla! Honestly, I had few complaints

We will come back to this hotel again. Hotel looked modern, rooms were clean and larger than the usual places we stay at in the Phoenix airport area. The airport shuttle bus service was on time. The bus driver was very informative when she drove us to the airport. Breakfast was great with several options of ready made breakfast sandwiches

Stay was fine. Breakfast in the morning was poor. Nothing was refilled after it finished. Juice machine was also broken so no orange juice, cranberry juice, etc. Walls were very thin and the hotel smelled like marijuana at times even though there were non-smoking signs everywhere.

Excellent experience with great customer service. The property is in excellent condition, the rooms are well equipped, spacious and great. The bed, duvet and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The 24 hour access gym is convenient for any type of traveller even if small. The breakfast was excellent with friendly service. Overall it’s a comfortable 5 star review. Thank you and I’ll be happy to return in the future!

Room was excellent! Breakfast was horrible. Nothing was stocked. Juice machine didnt work for both mornings. Only one waffle machine working wait time was horrible. Everytime they brought anything out to eat it went fast cause it was very little. They stopped 30 mins early for breakfast and refused to bring anything else out and said whatever was out you can eat.
