Das Hotel war sauber, und das Personal sehr freundlich. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es (wenige, aber genügend) Restaurants für's Abendessen. Der Frühstücksraum unten im Hotel ist abends ein Restaurant, und auf der Dachterrasse gibt es eine Skybar, die für Hotelgäste jeden Abend zur Verfügung steht - ein sehr entspannter Ort abends. Der Strand war 10min zu Fuß entfernt und absolut nicht überfüllt. Sonnenschirme konnte man sich im Hotel ausleihen. Wir hatten das Frühstück dazugebucht, was an sich gut war, nur die Auswahl war etwas dürftig. Für einen kurzen Trip in Ordnung, aber länger als eine Woche wäre mir dort zu langweilig gewesen und auch das Essensangebot hält sich irgendwann in Grenzen. Mehr Alternativen gibt es natürlich in Valencia, das mit dem Bus ca. 20-25 min entfernt ist.

It's a budget hotel, but there has been a lot of care to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. The room was a little small for a couple with two big suitcases, but clean, tidy, good enough bathroom, had a small outside balcony and the bed was extremely comfortable. Where this hotel shines is the warm and friendly customer service - both in the hotel and in the restaurant next door. We ate several times in the restaurant, the food was very tasty and good value. It is possible to sit inside or there is an outside area which is covered (by a floor of the hotel above). A useful place to drink coffee and use a laptop. There is a roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea, however the bar is closed for the season. There is some free street parking just outside the hotel, we were lucky to find a place when needed. The hotel is about 10-15 minute drive to Valencia centre, so it's convenient if you prefer to stay outside of the city, and/or pay less for a hotel. The local beach is about 200m from the hotel. We were booked for 3 nights but left after one night. This was not the fault of the hotel specifically. Firstly, between 8pm and 10pm there was a drum band practice perhaps a 100m away. Secondly, around midnight we were woken by other "romantic" guests - the walls are thin. Later by other guests arriving back to the hotel. Finally, the town/village is a resort area. Many of the cafe's, restaurants were closed for the season.

We had a room with a balcony at the front of the property. On a road but not noisy. A great 2 night stay with our 2 dogs. Very dog friendly, lovely helpful & friendly staff. The area is very beautiful for walking & cycling. Would definitely stay again.

De accomodatie zou met wat beperkte aanpassingen er veel beter uitzien. Kamer; andere matrassen (waren veel te zacht), kast of mooiere opbergruimte voor je kleding. Mogelijkheid om je strandhanddoeken en zwemkleding te kunnen drogen. In de gang haken om je jas op te hangen. Skybar; de kapotte barkrukken allemaal vervangen en bij de ontbijtruimte/restaurant ook een flink aantal stoelen vervangen, spinnenrag tegen het plafond regelmatig weghalen en lampen iets hoger hangen. Ook een tip; om bij nieuwe gasten van te voren aan te geven dat je strandbadhanddoeken en parasols van het hotel mag lenen. Nu hebben we deze gekocht. Personeel is top, superaardig en doen alles voor je naar vermogen.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Die Klimaanlage konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da diese komplett verschimmelt war und gestunken hat. Wir haben uns gewundert, dass bei Anreise und über 30 Grad Temperatur das Hotelpersonal das Fenster offen gelassen hatte. Hinterher mussten wir feststellen, dass der Whirlpool im Zimmer extrem nach Abfluss gestunken (und die Düsen ebenfalls verschimmelt waren). Auch im Bad hat es nach Abfluss gestunken. Aufgrund des starken sehr unangenehmen Geruchs konnten wir kaum schlafen und haben uns extrem geekelt. Die Zimmer sind generell sehr hellhörig (man hört alles von den Zimmern darüber und daneben) und vor del Haus ist eine belebte Straße mit Restaurants, die man ebenfalls bis tief in die Nacht hört. Das Frühstück am Morgen war eine Frechheit. Es gab generell sehr wenig Auswahl und als wir ankamen war bereits die Hälfte leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Die beworbene Dachterasse mit Bar hatte keinen Service. Man muss selbst vom 5. Stock ins Erdgeschoss und sich seine Getränke in der Bar vom Nachbarhaus holen. Preis Leistung stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. Immerhin wurde zumindest versucht die Zimmer liebevoll zu dekorieren und die Rezeption war bei Anreise sehr nett. Aber wir würden nicht mal kostenlos eine weitere Nacht hier übernachten.

Entorno en pleno parque natural de la Albufera muy bonito con acceso a playas en 15 minutos andando por un paseo muy sombreado y menos de 5 en coche, vistas maravillosas desde el snack bar en la azotea del edificio. La limpieza del hotel y el personal muy bien, amables y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo. Desayuno tipo buffet muy normalito e imperdonable que pongan agua del grifo para echar un trago mañanero caliente y en un local/cafetería sin aire acondicionado los dos dias en pleno mes de julio. Ojo con el entorno en los meses de calor, abundan los mosquitos que MUERDEN, hasta a través de la ropa.

Pues ha sido una experiencia agridulce, la.habitacion que me dieron la 208 tenía un baño para minusválidos que tras la ducha quedó empantanado, cuando entré además estaba abierta la ventana de par en par la habitación gélida como el polo norte, me dió la sensación que no se habían cambiado las sábanas, encontré pelos y me eran míos, posteriormente accedieron a cambiarme la habitación la segunda noche noche perfecta, el personal amable y atento, el desayuno estupendo, es una opción para mis reuniones en Valencia, gracias

Nada que ver con las fotos. La habitación excesivamente pequeña con manchas, algo deteriorada y suciedad. Al admitir mascotas la noche ha sido horrorosa, no he pegado ojo con los ladridos de algún perro. El armario es inexistente, dos perchas de cualquier manera y una estantería de tela. La toalla de ducha muy vieja y mal olor.

Me gustó el buffet libre del desayuno. No me gustó el colchón, demasiado blando. La habitación olía mal nada más entrar, pues el baño que hay justo a ma derecha no se ventila adecuadamente. (Habitación 204) No me gustó la falta de atención de la recepcionisra, cuando al salir el sábado por la mañana dije que había puesto el cartel para que limpiaran y cambiaran las toallas y no lo hicieron. No me gustó una pareja joven extranjera, que cogió mi rebanada de pan que se estaba calentando al grill. Tuve que levantarme para decirle que me la diera ("ah, ¿is yours?"), preguntó el joven haciéndose el despistado.

The hotel is about 10-15 minute drive to Valencia centre, so it's convenient if you prefer to stay outside of the city, and/or pay less for a hotel. The local beach is about 200m from the hotel. We were booked for 3 nights but left after one night. This was not the fault of the hotel specifically. Firstly, between 8pm and 10pm there was a drum band practice perhaps a 100m away. Secondly, around midnight we were woken by other "romantic" guests - the walls are thin. Later by other guests arriving back to the hotel. Finally, the town/village is a resort area. Many of the cafe's, restaurants were closed for the season.

The room was a little small for a couple with two big suitcases, but clean, tidy, good enough bathroom, had a small outside balcony and the bed was extremely comfortable. Where this hotel shines is the warm and friendly customer service - both in the hotel and in the restaurant next door. We ate several times in the restaurant, the food was very tasty and good value. We had a room with a balcony at the front of the property. On a road but not noisy. A great 2 night stay with our 2 dogs. Very dog friendly, lovely helpful & friendly staff. The area is very beautiful for walking & cycling. Would definitely stay again.

The price is high for what you get. Breakfast was the same every single day and it was very limited. It could get noisy at night from the restaurant downstairs. It’s right at the bus station so it’s a convenient location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall i give it 3 stars.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, comfy bed, good wifi, good shower, and came with a mini fridge, a kettle, bowls and plates. There's a beach very close, and a bus stop right out front that takes you to Valencia so location was perfect. I would definitely go back to this hotel

Amazing and helpful receptionists, answered all of our questions and were very nice. The room was big and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a homey hotel near the beach!

Lo mejor es sin duda la atención de todo el personal, muy amable y educado. Mi habitación daba al pinar (bonitas vistas) y a la carretera, por lo que se oye todo en tráfico durante la noche. La especie de cortinas de madera no tapan toda la luz y el colchón es muy blando, así que no puede dormir todo lo bien que esperaba. Para lo que ofrece, el precio es muy alto.

Hotel ayant été renové mais mal isolé. Bonne situation. Proche de la plage et de valence. Ideal avec une voiture. Par contre management pas flexible, annulation impossible malgré la grève et des annulations de vols. Ils nous ont dit une fois sur place que c'etait hotels.com qui ne voulait pas annuler alors que c'est eux qui ne souhaitait pas, hotels.com nous ayant confirmé leur disponibilité pour annuler. Dommage car le staff etait sympathique mais la direction ne semble pas respecter les clients. Le séjour aurait pu etre bon. Nous ne reviendrons pas a cause de cela et n'iront pas dans les autres hotels du groupe.

Pues ha sido una experiencia agridulce, la.habitacion que me dieron la 208 tenía un baño para minusválidos que tras la ducha quedó empantanado, cuando entré además estaba abierta la ventana de par en par la habitación gélida como el polo norte, me dió la sensación que no se habían cambiado las sábanas, encontré pelos y me eran míos, posteriormente accedieron a cambiarme la habitación la segunda noche noche perfecta, el personal amable y atento, el desayuno estupendo, es una opción para mis reuniones en Valencia, gracias

Quelle est la fonction première d’un hôtel? Réponse : dormir. Nous avons passé 3 nuits sur 4 sans pouvoir le faire jusqu’à 2h du matin. Il y avait une feria à 100m de l’hôtel. Nous n’avons absolument pas été avertis. Des haut-parleurs hurlaient jusqu’à 2h. L’hôtel le savait. Ils avaient commandé un stock de boules quies (cf photo) à distribuer à leurs hôtes. Donc ils savaient qu’ils nous proposaient une chambre où on ne pourrait pas dormir. Ils ne nous ont pas avertis parce qu’ils savaient évidemment que nous annulerions notre réservation. Et quand nous avons eu l’information en arrivant, le délai pour annuler avait expiré. On va se plaindre auprès d’hotels.com. Sinon la qualité de l’hôtel est moyenne et le prix trop élevé. Les lits sont assez mous. Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste. Seul point positif: le roof top qui a une belle vue sur la pinède et le barman qui sert de bons mojitos.

Quelle est la fonction première d’un hôtel? Réponse : dormir. Nous avons passé 3 nuits sur 4 sans pouvoir le faire jusqu’à 2h du matin. Il y avait une feria à 100m de l’hôtel. Nous n’avons absolument pas été avertis. Des haut-parleurs hurlaient jusqu’à 2h. L’hôtel le savait. Ils avaient commandé un stock de boules quies (cf photo) à distribuer à leurs hôtes. Donc ils savaient qu’ils nous proposaient une chambre où on ne pourrait pas dormir. Ils ne nous ont pas avertis parce qu’ils savaient évidemment que nous annulerions notre réservation. Et quand nous avons eu l’information en arrivant, le délai pour annuler avait expiré. On va se plaindre auprès d’hotels.com. Sinon la qualité de l’hôtel est moyenne et le prix trop élevé. Les lits sont assez mous. Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste. Seul point positif: le roof top qui a une belle vue sur la pinède et le barman qui sert de bons mojitos.

The price is high for what you get. Breakfast was the same every single day and it was very limited. It could get noisy at night from the restaurant downstairs. It’s right at the bus station so it’s a convenient location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall i give it 3 stars.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Die Klimaanlage konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da diese komplett verschimmelt war und gestunken hat. Wir haben uns gewundert, dass bei Anreise und über 30 Grad Temperatur das Hotelpersonal das Fenster offen gelassen hatte. Hinterher mussten wir feststellen, dass der Whirlpool im Zimmer extrem nach Abfluss gestunken (und die Düsen ebenfalls verschimmelt waren). Auch im Bad hat es nach Abfluss gestunken. Aufgrund des starken sehr unangenehmen Geruchs konnten wir kaum schlafen und haben uns extrem geekelt. Die Zimmer sind generell sehr hellhörig (man hört alles von den Zimmern darüber und daneben) und vor del Haus ist eine belebte Straße mit Restaurants, die man ebenfalls bis tief in die Nacht hört. Das Frühstück am Morgen war eine Frechheit. Es gab generell sehr wenig Auswahl und als wir ankamen war bereits die Hälfte leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Die beworbene Dachterasse mit Bar hatte keinen Service. Man muss selbst vom 5. Stock ins Erdgeschoss und sich seine Getränke in der Bar vom Nachbarhaus holen. Preis Leistung stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. Immerhin wurde zumindest versucht die Zimmer liebevoll zu dekorieren und die Rezeption war bei Anreise sehr nett. Aber wir würden nicht mal kostenlos eine weitere Nacht hier übernachten.

Not a large room but packed in kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. There was a small veranda over looking a nature reserve. What makes this hotel good was the excellent staff. They were very welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful.
