We stay for 2 nights and car parking is very big. Staff very nice and very details to guide us how to parking. And the hotel also have shopping place. If go to central, take train very close within free zone area.

The property was in a great location Staff were very approachable and understood any concerns. The one possibly difficult scenario was parking- I suggest ringing and getting directions on how to park in the car park for the hotel. The hotel was of a great standard, rooms were big enough for two of us.

We had a fantastic time staying in a two bedroom apartment at Nesuto. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean, and it was great that each room had its own temperature control. We felt very comfortable in the rooms and it all felt very secure. The staff on the front desk were super helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was with the parking. The instructions were extremely clear for check in, but when we tried to leave the carpark at 5pm we were stuck in a traffic jam in the carpark for 40 minutes! Then after checkout we tried to leave from Level 5 and the gates were padlocked shut. We waited another half an hour for security to open them.

Place was awesome we liked it so much we stayed an extra night The only fault I could find was how dirty the street out front was Also a secure locked section of the car park would be excellent for guests like us who travel on motorcycles

Good property to stay at. Everything around the area is great, but they need to work on their cleanliness. Wasn’t really happy with the hygiene level of the room. The bathroom was dirty seemed like it wasn’t cleaned properly.

Overall experience was good. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Bed sheets and pillow were clean. Just small things can do better, such as the room was not fully vacuumed or clean, hairs remains in shower place and carpet. There was no hot water supplies for shower in one morning, and room service was on demand only.

We had a late check in. 20 minutes after arriving in our room we pulled the covers back to find a very large yellow stain on the bed. The kitchenette had food splashed on it with a large stain on the bench top. There was hair throughout the bathroom and on the floor. Thankfully after calling down to reception to inform them of the state of the room, the manager promptly placed us in a new room which was much cleaner. It wasn’t the same as the room we had booked but we were happy it was clean. Disappointing start to the trip. Beds were comfortable. Hotel access was easy.

Nice central location. Our room was not cleaned properly, blood stain on linen and hair in bath and sheets. Lots of marks on the walls, bathroom door handle broken and pile of dust on the fridge.

A great modern apartment hotel with all the conveniences. Comfortable desk space so that I could work remotely. The bed was comfortable and the TV has Chromecast so it's easy to connect/stream from my phone. Great to have a balcony and able to get some fresh air. Plenty of dining and shopping options close by and also there's a tram stop on the corner.

Loved our stay. Very clean & well designed room with amazing shower! Loved having washing machine & dryer. Hope to stay again in future. Only negative was being woken multiple times in the early hours of Sunday morning by very noisy people in hallway.

Convenient and cheap. Was well worth staying here. I just wish they didn’t have those beds that you push together to make a king. It was so uncomfortable. Woke up with a sore back every night. Otherwise a good option for value

Was a wonderful experience… Thankyou very much we loved the bed was very comfortable and we loved the twin shower… unit was very clean and well presented….. my wife didn’t want to go… we will be back. We wish the counter person had explained the card system in elevator to us we went up and down 4 times picking up people then back down again untill a customer told us about the card scannor procedures…. But was great once we worked it out.

3pm check in time is rather late and when I arrived for checkin, there was a queue of 10 other groups of guests waiting to be checked in. I waited for an hour until my turn to check in. It’s not ideal when most guests now have to mad rush to get ready to go out in the evening again. I suggest earlier check ins.

Location is fantastic. Easy walk to Supermarket and shopping. Close to family friendly activites and free tram zone. Park your car safely and use public transport makes the city accessible on a budget. The 2Br apartment has everything you need and the bathtub is a rare luxury.

Fantastic location for a Melbourne weekend. Easy tram access or walk to shopping. Plenty of cafes around. Woolworths downstairs. A little noisy overnight but that's just the area i think. There was quite a bit of honking from early in the morning. Highly recommend and will return. Great value.

We moved here after having a terrible experience at another hotel. This hotel definitely made up for it. It was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly and let us have an early check in. Great location with a Woolworths in the same block. Restaurants, takeaways, shopping, cinema, Melbourne Star, dreamskape etc all directly across the road. The tram is at the end of the street and so is the dock with restaurants. We will definitely be booking the Nesuto when we come back to Melbourne.
