VIP Executive Picoas Hotel

The housekeeping was very flexibly adjust to our schedule. We rented an electric car -- No Parking, No charging stations. Desk attendant instructed us not to park where there's an "X" on a sign, but did not inform us the sign must not be in back of us -- car was booted as the signs were misleading. Never ventured to the restaurant on the 6th floor as it was never mentioned to us and advertising was limited. We had a nice stay despite all the car issues.

A great base in Lisbon for sightseeing. Very clean and well equipped rooms. The only negative was a very slow bar service on the terrace.

Great location. Check in and out time was generous. Bar service could be improved - often difficult to get a drink. Lack of staff. Room service is another area of improvement, the phone didn’t work properly, and when it did I couldn’t get through to room service. Quality of drinks at the bar was amazing.

Everything about the hotel was great except for the limit of 3 devices per room to sign into the hotel’s wifi. We each had phones and tablets equaling 4 devices. As a result, we had to go down to the hotel desk every night to get a 1 day code for the 4th device. We found this very inconvenient.

The hotel was excellent my only negative was the gym did not have gym.

The property was situated in a great location, our room was comfortable. The staff were great with assisting with booking tours, the baron main level and roof top restaurant were a great for convenience. Buffet breakfast was a nice added touch. The only thing that was a little odd was not having an iron in our room.

The front desk staff are always available, friendly and helpful. They have a posted display of flight departures and helpfully arranged a 5:45 AM taxi. The ground floor bar area is quiet and a great place for conversation. Breakfast is well-stocked and includes both a main indoor area and a quieter adjacent area near the roof-top deck which also has tables. Good restaurants and a "farmacia" nearby.

The female receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and professional. However, I was very disappointed to find that the room did not have an iron. When I asked the front desk, I was simply told, “Sorry, we don’t have irons.” As a result, I had to attend my functions in wrinkled clothes, which made me feel quite embarrassed. For me, the absence of such a basic amenity is a deal breaker, and I will not be returning. I’m currently working on a revised edition of my book, “Lisbon Explored: Unforgettable Experiences and Endless Charm Await,” I intend to include a note about this experience.

I always look for a hotel that offers a good breakfast spread (not just a basic continental one), and Picoas Hotel did not disappoint. The menu varies daily, so it never feels repetitive. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Picoas Hotel is conveniently located near the Metro and tour bus departures. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance of the city center. There’s also a large department store, several food halls, and a supermarket nearby. The in-house restaurant is excellent and well worth trying.

Clean room. Good size room. Breakfast excellent. Hotel centrally location, Super market located basically on site, very convenient. Will book again.

We spent a week at the VIP Executive Picoas and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It was worth paying to include the breakfast. It was good, there were many items to choose from, and it was open from 7 to 11 am. The hotel's central location and proximity to the subway makes it the ideal location for seeing Lisbon.

バス停から徒歩5分ほど、坂を上がった場所にあります。最寄り駅までも徒歩5分程で、リフトもない駅なので、スーツケースを持っての移動は少し大変でした。 ホテルは綺麗でフロントのスタッフも感じがよく、午前9時頃に到着したがチェックインしてくれ、部屋に案内してくれた。荷物を置いてすぐ外出したが、戻ってきたらエッグタルトが部屋に用意されていました。美味しくいただきました。 部屋も広くて良かったが、洗面の配管？の匂いが酷く、ドアを閉めておけばまだマシだが、トイレを使う度酷い匂いに悩まされました。 朝食会場は5階で、広々してテラス席等もあり、雰囲気が良かった。メニューも充実していて、ゆっくり朝食を取ることが出来ました。 トイレの匂い問題さえなければ、とても良いホテルでした。

Friendly attentive staff, clean property and rooms.

Rooms were very clean and looked like recently renovated. Overall clean hotel.

A lovely hotel staff very friendly and polite, rooms a good size bathroom has everything you need. Bath tub didn’t drain the water when showering reported to reception twice but never fixed during the stay.

The room was very noisy due to construction next door. The checking staff was not friendly and helpful. I woke up with bites all over. It was not a bed bug though from the looks. Good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Nice hotel and excellent customer service. Restaurant both dinner/breakfast were amazing. Location is near cafes, grocery store. Touristic things are not walkable unless you mind 1-3 kilometers. Public transport is nearby I used Uber a lot which was very reasonable. Tech: Rooms are lacking USB ports Desk had none.

Clean room bed was very comfortable

We stayed in a standard room (clean room with big windows). Breakfast is ok (with a great city view). Very good location next to two metro stations (Parque and Picoas) with good restaurants nearby. The area is quiet (at least in March). One downside to our room was the front door: if someone was talking in the hallway, it sounded like they were in our room. Overall, the hotel is good for the money.

Room was spacious, located in a nice neighborhood, near restraunts and markets . Hotel staff was the best.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück. Leider sind die Zimmer aber auch sehr hellhörig.

I was refused a refund for needing to leave earlier. The construction noise from the adjacent property lasts from 8 am - 8 pm, an awful pounding noise that shakes the wall behind my bed. Do not book here!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and whilst on the outside the hotel looks a bit small, our room itself was nice and spacious. The hotel from the street doesn’t look great but as soon as you walk in, you feel like you are in luxury. I am extremely impressed with our room as it was super clean - there was no mould or dirt in the bathroom, the walls were fresh and white with no dents or black marks anywhere, no dust was lurking on any surface including on the dark wood. I haven’t been in a hotel for a long time where the room was just perfect. There was plenty of storage space to unpack your things and put everything away. The only two things which needed improving was the leather headboard on the bed, as the leather was peeling away due to previous damage and the towels smelt like they had just come out of a swimming pool which wasn’t nice. In the room we had a mini fridge so we could store our own drinks in etc... and there was a kettle and a coffee machine. Downside to this is, there was no milk supplied and for the coffee machine, there was only two capsules given one which was decaf (who drinks decaf coffee :D). There was no tea and the sachets of coffee for the kettle felt like they had been sitting there for ages. On the plus side though, we got complimentary water on two of the four days we stayed. We had an early flight and got to the hotel before check-in. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready yet, so we were unable to freshen up before heading out for the day. On

Hotel is nothing but average. Very rude concierge when I checked in. Nobody helped me bring my bags up. Also I called for toothpaste and was told I would have it delivered to my room and no one ever brought it until I had to just buy my own at the superstore next-door. Also asked for room service, but was told it’s better if I just go to the bar myself. Rooms are clean. They have a restaurant, but I did not try it. Will not be staying here again.

We arrived on my birthday, we hadn’t told the hotel they must have noticed my DOB, the staff wished me Happy Birthday and a complimentary plate of cheese and fruit plus a slice of cake and a two little bottles of sparkling wine were delivered to the room. I was delighted. We loved the artistic decor and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful,

The staff were amazing! Helpful, professional, eager to assist. The hotel was further from downtown than I expected, but restaurants were easily accessible and the area was safe for walking.

A very nice hotel. What really stood out was the excellent service from some of the staff: Carlos and Nuno C. and Joao - and of course, David - who was extremely friendly and helpful.

The place was in a convenient, not touristic location with access to the metro a block away, a few restaurants (very good), and a grocery store next door. The people made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and our towels were changed daily. I had an issue with my TV not turning off and I had someone from the front office in my room within 5 minutes. I highly recommend it and I would stay there in my next visit to Lisbon.

Clean room, exceptional staff, excellent breakfast, and a variety of food options. I want to say that both Joao & Mariana were very, very helpful and answered all the questions. Advised us on places to visit within the city. Arranged for our takeaway breakfast as we had an early flight to catch. This hotel was chosen for its connectivity to two metro stations and a couple of supermarkets, including Aldi. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family when they visit Lisbon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Upon arriving, I was greeted with smiles and received the assistance needed to leave my bags in a secure location as I waited for check-in. From the airport, it was easy to arrive at the hotel with the green or blue line. Mr. V. was very helpful!

Clean and quiet room. Excellent location near 3 metro stations and near all the places we wanted to explore. Lovely breakfast with hot selection of fresh hot and cold items. Lovely helpful staff. Only small point is they don’t have milk in rooms and only have herbal tea on tea tray.

Hotel is in a convenient area. About a 45 minutes walk or 15 minutes uber to central areas. Two groceries stores next to hotel. 5 minutes walk to metro. Very happy with stay. Big shout out to Edison for all this help and big smile.

It has a nice 1950s feel to it. The location isn't exactly central but still close to Metro stations. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was really good value and varied a bit from day to day. Highly recommended.

This was a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delightful with lots of fresh fruits. There were two grocery stores located nearby. The hotel was located between multiple metro stops making the city easily accessible. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was excellent but the meals at night in the hotel restaurant was not great. They undercooked the hamburgers even though we asked for well done. They were very slow in taking our orders and bringing us the bill.
