The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The seaview amazing. Check in with the dinosaur robots was fun. I didn’t like the compulsory bath tax as I wasn’t going to use the onsen. When I booked the hotel months ago, the room facility included a cute robot. But now they took away the robots and you have to pay 1000yen to get it. The settee in the room had stains on it. Also, there is no airport shuttle (and all other hotels around have it) and it’s about 600m from the Rinku Town station. But despite the few hiccups my stay was comfortable.

ホテルは部屋から景色はとても良かったですが、とにかく部屋がホコリだらけでホコリアレルギーで出て大変でした。バスルームはなんとも言えない臭いに気分が悪くなりました。夜に到着してホテルへの行き方が明確にされていない為JR到着後どの出口からでてどの方向に行けば良いか全く分からず重いスーツケースを持って困りました。チェックインでは名前が登録されていない為時間がかかり、最終的にスタッフさんを呼び出しやっとチェックインできましたが温泉税の300円は事前に提示されていない為お金を用意していませんでした。私が代表で２部屋予約したのですが息子達の部屋はチェックイン時にパスポートのインフォメーションも与えてしまいました。予期していない事が沢山起きてとても戸惑いました。

部屋からの眺めが最高でした。1階じゃなければ、もっと良かったかな。家族で2部屋取ったので、息子達はシアタールームにご満悦でした。 1階でフロントから近い部屋だったせいか、夜遅くに帰ってきた外国人の方たちの廊下での話し声がかなりうるさかったです。今度家族で宿泊する際は絶対上の階希望です。大浴場が温泉で、眺めも最高でした。ちょうど夕焼けが見れて、大阪ではないような旅行気分が味わえました。レストランが1箇所しかないので、そこで夕食を食べました。味は美味しかったです。値段はお高めです。お風呂のあと、そのまま館内着で入れたのも良かったし、朝食はまた眺めが綺麗で、とても良かったです。朝食が魚だったので、息子達はバイキングが良かったと言っていました。大人は和食が美味しかったです。もう少しおかずのボリュームがあれば良かったかな。近場で家族旅行が満喫できて、こども達はとても喜んでいたので、良かったです。またリピートしたいです。

泊まるのは2年ぶり2回目ですが、各所コストダウンを感じました。客室は綺麗ですが、テレビを壁に映し出す器具を使っていて白い壁を大きく出している分、擦った汚れが気になります。また、入り口に差すルームキーカードを抜くと電源が切れるタイプの客室ですが、ちょっと外出するたびにエアコンが切れてスイッチを付け直す必要がある一方、映像器具は勝手に起動してうるさいのでストレスでした。付属のスパ施設はあるのは良いですし、そのために客室外をだらしない格好で歩けるのはありがたいです。ただ、駅から遠くてコンビニも10分歩かないと辿り着けませんので、車がなく、近くの施設に用事がない場合は選ばない宿です。

Close to the airport, taxi one way & any easy walk back to the train one stop to the airport . Also had time to visit the shopping outlets in between flights. Clean room enjoyed the fun sign in with the computer dinosaurs. Sign in did state sign in with your full name tired after flight didnt see it until a staff member arrived

The only difficulty was checking in. The instructions were a bit unclear. I booked the room, but my father added his name to the check-in first. This jumbled the system a bit, and with the dinosaurs being unable to speak, we got confused trying to fix the mistake. A note saying that the person who booked the hotel should check-in first, would be very helpful! Loved the dinosaurs besides this.

The place was great to stay. The location was 5 minutes from Rinku Town station which was very convenient as we arrived in the evening at 11PM at Kansai Airport. Rooms are decent size for two people. The front desk is self service. So if you arrive after midnight you will need to ring the intercom to have someone buzz you in. Everything went smoothly for us. We did not have the chance to utilize the bath but you will need to still pay for it unfortunately. We would love to come back next time. In the morning it’s beautiful to walk around the waterfront.

I enjoyed relaxing at their Onsen overlooking the water, but this hotel is not that easy to find and the nearest station is a pretty long walk if you have luggage. There aren’t any shops nearby and the only restaurant is the one at the hotel, but if you have an early flight out of KIX airport, then staying here a night is convenient.

The check-in process was easy and smooth. The room was clean and there many little touches that shows the operators of the hotel have are very thoughtful. The room was as expected. The Onsen, however, was surprisingly great, especially after a long flight. The breakfast included was great as well. There is a short 10min walk from the train station that wasn’t clearly marked and google maps wasn’t cooperating, but we got there. There isn’t anybody at reception but there are 2 friendly dinosaurs that my 9 yo loved conversing with. We would stay again because of the inclusion of the Onsen alone.

Paid for breakfast but they don’t offer early breakfast like other airport hotels. 10 minute walk to Rinku Town wouldn’t have been bad without luggage. No train schedule info. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Lage zur Bahnstation ist gut und zu Fuß mit Gepäck machbar. Der Check in mit den Dinos ist einfach. Sollte mal was nicht klappen, ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut und hat gut geschmeckt.
