Airpot hotel that is one MRT stop away from Kansai airport. Good sized rooms with all the amenties, including free shuttle to the airpot. There is a Lawson convenience store on the premises, but plenty of restaurants at the MRT station and a walkway to Seacle outlet mall with more restaurants and shops.

Room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is near KIX and actually has a train line running through the building. There is also a convenience store located on one of the floors. The staff was also really kind and helped us with figuring out the luggage delivery service.

Perfect stay to end our Japan trip! Free shuttle to the airport and very close which made everything very smooth and easy. The staff were very kind and the room was very spacious and clean. They also had coin operated washers and dryers which was very convenient as well.

Bathroom and bedroom are large for Japan. Shuttle to airport was nice. But only starts at 5:10am and doesn’t run very late at night. Bed is softer than most in Japan that I ran into.

Room didn't seem vacuumed since I saw hair that did not belong to me. One of the bath towels had brown stain and unsure if it was clean. Other than that, room was clean and staff was nice. Unfortunately, I only found out airport shuttle only operated early in the morning when checking in. I wish I knew this far in advance. So, I had to take the train instead since my flight was a bit past noon.

静かで利便性が高い。ただし清掃は‥。スポーツイベントの為、会場が近いこちらのホテルに3泊しました。良かった点ホテルはもともとオフィス仕様の構造なのかホテルとしては面白い造りです。エレベーターから部屋までのアクセスは何パターンかあり、ほとんど廊下で人に会うこともなく、部屋にいる時は隣室や廊下からの音も気にならず防音性がよく、静かに過ごせました。ただホテル内はとても静かなのに、週末だったからなのか、暴走族の爆音は高層階でもかなりうるさかった。良くなかった点このクラスのホテルとしては、清掃はレベルが低いかと。問題点が一つではなく、どんな清掃をしているのか、全て疑わしく、気持ち悪く感じました。ビジホでもこのレベルにはあまり遭遇しません。複数点の指摘をフロントに伝えたところ、何点かは修正されましたが、クローゼット内の埃でザラザラは改善されませんでした。ベッドフレームの上もなども掃除された方がよいと思います。なぜ清掃の人は気が付かないのでしょう？決められた項目のみ清掃し、その他にはあまり目を配らない、目を配れないのだと思います。あとリネン類やパジャマの汗臭い臭いも気になりました。少々残念な思いはありますが、とはいえ利便性がよく静かなので、もしまた来年来ることがあれば利用するかもしれません。

Insanely hot rooms. Rooms were at 28° to 24° A hotel room should be able to go down to 21° minimum and it was a very uncomfortable sleep and felt quit claustrophobic. Other than this, everything was lovely. The staff and amenities were both excellent. Just needed cooler rooms and more ventilation

I booked using a Japanese credit card, spoke Japanese when checking in, and the staff asked for my passport or zairyu card. Legally, hotels can’t ask for zairyu cards. Critical thinking would suggest I live in Japan. They could’ve asked that but didn’t, instead asking for asking they don’t have a right too. Then I was asked to sign for my booking and it was the wrong name. Zero apologies. Rather poor service. Nice room but the staff need better training.

I chose this hotel because it’s near the airport. It’s one train stop from the airport and a few mins walk from the station. I like that it’s not too busy, Lawson and couple other convenient stores nearby, about 10 mins walk to the outlet. The room is spacious compared to typical local hotels.

Great location above Rinku town station. 5 minute walk from 24hour supermarket with everything you need. Outlet shopping 10 minutes away with decent dining options as well. Hotel is clean and spacious. Air conditioning is nice and cold which is a super plus in my books!

We took this hotel to be neat the airport and for the shuttle, however there’s limited trips to airport, only in the morning and there’s even less to terminal 2-3. We took the train which cost -around $3.70 but the point was to get a shuttle. Should not advertise a shuttle when it’s such a limited service. They are not lying and yet they don’t stipulate all the details. The room was big for Japan, they had coin laundry and the breakfast was a buffet but it cost $30 per person, how much can a person eat for breakfast? It’s also 35 minutes by train from anything in Osaka and it cost $34 per person ( return ticket) to go do any activities. I would simply stay downtown. By the hotel there’s outlet, if you like shopping that’s the place to be otherwise just stay near Osaka diwntown

Stayed 1 night before going home from Osaka airport. Location was great and the hotel offers shuttle service, so this was nice and easy. Hotel room was nice and clean and had a great view! Bed is on the harder side. We paid for breakfast, but it is only available from 06.30 so this was too late for us. As an airport hotel I expected the breakfast buffet to be open earlier. Would I stay again? Yes. Travel tip for Osaka airport: arrive 3 hours before your departure time as the logistics around check-in, immigration and security check is very slow and ineffective. We arrived 2 hours prior departure and had only 2 minutes to spare before the gate closed.
