Nice stay for 2 nights, very convenient location with walkable to many restaurants nearby. Right on the bay, fantastic water view. The surrounding area is clean and quiet. Staffs were all nice and friendly. Comfortable bed and clean room. On site restaurant and rooftop bar. Even though the swimming pool is quite small but it's a good good amenity that offered. Breakfast was good but could be better if there's a little more options, nice clean sitting area both indoor and outdoor, staff were always around to added more foods and kept the area clean.

This is a great hotel and located in a great area within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. The only thing I didn’t love was that there is no parking right at the hotel. The garage is down the street which is not convenient if you have luggage.

We enjoyed the central location in downtown Bradenton. We walked the waterfront promenade each morning and walked to dinner each evening. We liked getting a drink at the rooftop bar and appreciating the views from there. I liked that there was covered parking available at no charge about half a block from the hotel.

The property is great!! Only downfall was the pool. It was a small space, the water was cloudy and no shade what so ever. Over all I really lived the place. I will go again. Pool area definitely not a reason to go there. Everything else yes. Extremely clean. Great area.

Very clean, the room was very spacious which is important for our family of 5. We didn’t feel cramped at all. It was also great to have a restaurant and working laundry on site. We came for a last minute soccer tournament and it was very convenient.

Second time staying at this property in 2022. Great suite sizes to sleep our family of five. Will revisit in 2023. One recommendation I would make is upgrading the fitness facility with some free weights, squat rack, and stationary bikes, like a peloton or two. Otherwise can make it work and plenty to do outside.

Stay was nice except parking was a pain for amount we paid to stay there. Parking was in a garage two blocks away and we kept running into homeless people asking for money and didn’t seem the safest later in night

Housekeeping service was not consistent, my room was not cleaned every day and when it was cleaned the carpet still felt dirty. It needs a deep cleaning. Also missing glassware in the room, was told they don’t provide anymore. Terrible policy for a suite.

This property has a beautiful view of the manatee river. Gorgeous view during the day. Hotel is very clean and decorated so nice for Christmas. Nearby the hotel is also nicely decorated for Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are also very spacious. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was empty a few times, but not terrible. The roome was clean overall but it needs some TLC. The air conditioner rattled when the fan was on, a lot of noise to sleep with all night. The Shower was fairly clean but there are a few spots that are milder/stained that could be cleaned up. The shower pan on the outside looked like it had been rubbed on with a vacuum cleaner or something and full of black marks. Not terrible, just made it look a bit dirty and in a bathroom that's not a good thing. I was told that the hotel no longer offers complimentary waters to rewards members, that's a shame as I look forward to that checking in after long flights.

Hotel was generous clean. Our room had 2 double bed and one had hair all over the sheets but we didn't sleep on that one. The sofa w/trundle was super dirty under. Bathroom clean. The front desk very friendly. The hotel restaurant was closed annd the rooftop bar had limited hours. The pier in front is a very nice especially that we had a view. Great for going on a run. Though nothing impressive about the local restaurants in walking distance. We had to drive out for dinner.

We booked a balcony room, and it was a great view of the marina. We enjoyed sitting out and watching the activity on the river. The location of the hotel was convenient with restaurants within walking distance. We ate at the restaurant and bar on the top, outdoor floor of the hotel. It was very good and, dinner and drinks were reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable. The TV is placed at an odd angle and was hard to watch from the sitting area. The bathroom was very spacious with plenty of counter space. Hotel was clean and modern. We would definitely return

Reception on arrival were very miserable not very welcoming at all. Staff hardly spoke as you walked in or out. Air con unit in room 532 was so loud had to be turned off during the night as I couldn’t sleep. Then woke in a pool of sweat, 4 not so great nights sleep. I did mention to the receptionist about the aircon unit but nothing was done. Breakfast was great as it was included. Really lovely area to visit . Just wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was right on the Ohio river and provided astounding views. Our room was very spacious. We travelled with another family who booked at the same hotel, we both got rooms with two double/queen beds but theirs was half the size of our room. Their room had a fridge and microwave. However, our room (though double the size with a sofa) lacked basic amenities like a fridge or microwave. Other minor issues were iron wasn't working but staff sent a working one up. The rooms were clean but dated.

Third floor king room, you could hear all of the road noise below. The AC was super loud, enough so that I woke me up everytime it came on. The TV is mounted near the sitting area and must be swung out to see from the bed. In doing so, you must lay in the bed with your head turned to all the way to the far left... Also, the remote control was trash. You can't feel the buttons and have to turn the light on the see the words on it.

Hotel was sold out but hotels.com had a room available so I booked it and got a king suite. Room was nice. But the bed was very uncomfortable. Worst night of sleep I’ve had in a long time. Used to be firm but now it has a big sag in it. I heard every noise in the hotel all night.

The woman who greeted us when we came in on the 18th was so pleasant and helpful and the gentleman who was running the front desk in the morning on the 19th. I can’t remember either name was wonderful and gave us suggestions on where we were planning to go and so kind.

Our room was spacious, properly appointed and most importantly, clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Interestingly, the parking lot is a short walk from the hotel itself. The area feels safe and there are restaurants and bars close by. We would definitely stay and this hotel again.

location and rooftop bar were excellent; staff was friendly; air-conditioning was out by 1 am on the second night but i could not move at 1 am so i stayed but did not sleep. I told the front desk that ac was an issue by all i received in response "was oh okay". I am not happy for paying for the next night

This hotel is located in a beautiful area where Old Main Street (w/ several bars and restaurants) meets the marina and the Riverwalk. It's a pleasant and straightforward drive to the beaches. We did not get to experience the rooftop bar and pool, but the lobby is very welcoming and spacious, and the room (King w/ view, 3rd floor) is large, well-designed, bright and airy, and has a fantastic view. Would be a great work-away-from-home spot. Free breakfast is very good. This hotel offers great value for the price! Only 2 minor negatives: water in shower would not get colder than lukewarm (cold shower after walking in the hot and humid air would be great); parking garage is ~ 2 blocks away (got caught in very strong thunderstorm and had to wait ~ 20 minutes to avoid getting soaked).

Nice stay for 2 nights, very convenient location with walkable to many restaurants nearby. Right on the bay, fantastic water view. The surrounding area is clean and quiet. Staffs were all nice and friendly. Comfortable bed and clean room. On site restaurant and rooftop bar. Even though the swimming pool is quite small but it's a good good amenity that offered. Breakfast was good but could be better if there's a little more options, nice clean sitting area both indoor and outdoor, staff were always around to added more foods and kept the area clean.

Location, location, location. This hotel is right in the center of beautiful Bradenton, Florida. The riverwalk and old Main Street areas are beautiful. Restaurants are located within the hotel and close by as well as some small shops. Saturday they close down a portion of Old Main Street for vendors with various things for sale. A couple of areas of concerns though. The bathroom door is a barn style slide door that was not working properly, my daughter could not open/close it on her own. It also provides minimal privacy and you can see into the shower from the couch within the room. Poor design choice. The view of the marina and riverfront made up for it. Another negative about the room was that it wasnt cleaned very well behind the beds and stand by the tv. After looking, there was definitely a build up of garbage, hair, skin, etc in the spaces. Also there were numerous people politely asking for money around the hotel as well as non-guests eating the breakfast in the morning and then getting on their bicycle and riding off with plates of food. The pool on the roof is very small and not easily accessible. Plus you have the restaurant/bar attached to the pool area and privacy is limited if not any at all. Overall the hotel is nice the breakfast is great and staff were very nice. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the central location in downtown Bradenton. We walked the waterfront promenade each morning and walked to dinner each evening. We liked getting a drink at the rooftop bar and appreciating the views from there. I liked that there was covered parking available at no charge about half a block from the hotel.

Stay was nice except parking was a pain for amount we paid to stay there. Parking was in a garage two blocks away and we kept running into homeless people asking for money and didn’t seem the safest later in night

The rooftop bar offered a great view of the riverfront and marina. The self service beverage wall was a nice way to sample drinks and happy hour extended until 9:00 which was perfect.

Beautiful setting, views. Room very nice. Staff helpful. Would not recommend rooftop restaurant Oak&Stone. We went to rooftop at 10p for a drink, and plenty of empty tables, were told we would need to go back to ground floor to write our name on list. We were told many people were in front of us, though no people were waiting. Five tables where previous customers had dined, not cleared. Dirty. Would recommend Pier 22 restaurant, beautiful view, reasonable.

This hotel was great. Quiet. Clean. Breakfast was very good. On-site restaurant has good food and roof top dining with fantastic views. The Riverwalk was so clean. Very impressed with the hotel and the city for taking pride in itself.

No complaints about the service or room. The breakfast however was very subpar. On our way to Bradenton we stayed at the I75 Springfield Suites in Macon, GA. The breakfast was excellent, they offered a fresh fruit salad, strawberry waffles, all the food was warm and cooked well. It seemed they really put a lot of effort and care into their breakfast. We enjoyed it so much we booked Springfield for our stay in Bradenton but unfortunately the breakfast did not compare so we were highly disappointed.

Hotel was generous clean. Our room had 2 double bed and one had hair all over the sheets but we didn't sleep on that one. The sofa w/trundle was super dirty under. Bathroom clean. The front desk very friendly. The hotel restaurant was closed annd the rooftop bar had limited hours. The pier in front is a very nice especially that we had a view. Great for going on a run. Though nothing impressive about the local restaurants in walking distance. We had to drive out for dinner.

A great alternative to being downtown Sarasota.

Lots of wedding the weekend I visited so hotel was packed. Right on Main Street where there are cafe and bars. River view room is a plus. . The suites are large overall and that includes the shower. Parking is across the street on its own lot. Breakfast is typical of any breakfast included hotels but a block away is a recently opened French cafe which I give 5 stars
