Days Inn by Wyndham Piedras Negras

Was very clean . The staff was helpful. Especially Pool area very nice patio area .

It was close to town, centered around shopping and restaurants. The only thing that was bad was the pool, it was very dirty, and they did not have anyone to clean it.

Full time security made this place feel super safe. Real military security. Rooms smell old but it was clean and new and comfortable

Room was clean and spacious. No hot water. Door was difficult to close and needed repair. Interior lock did not work. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. No bar, gift shop was never open, front desk staff was not great. Construction going on was loud at times. Overall a good value for the price.

parking is limited. Air conditioning was very good in the room. The breakfast looked good We did not eat at the hotel. We met up with family for breakfast at another location.

Hay moteles en Piedras Negras en mejores condiciones que este hotel viejo. El cuarto estaba sucio, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, la chapa del baño estaba rota, la tina de baño tenía pelos. Definitivamente no vuelvo a hospedarme aquí.

Muy poco limpio ofrecieron incluido el desayuno y no fue como lo ofrecen, los baños tienen moho lo único bueno fue el trato del personal en todo los aspectos muy atentas las servidoras de enfrente y las personas de la limpieza

We entered our room and were greeted by a big spider on the floor by small table. Then all the towels in the bathroom were all dingy and had stains on them. Both our double queen beds were both dirty as well. They had stains and tiny black specs everywhere. Through out the night, guest banging on doors and yelling to be let in. Only stayed here because our usually place the Hampton Inn, was all booked up for the night. Will not be back. The only positive is the very upbeat accomodating guy who checked us in.

Le reportas al Personal el estado de las habitaciones y hacen que las arreglan y nada las televisiones no funcionan los aires acondicionados no funcionan bien las chapas de las puertas no abren al Gerente no se le puede ver en la oficina para hablar y decirle de primera mano hacen que toman reportes pero no arreglan nada estuve 4 noches y tres días batallando con las cucarachas

Para empezar yo habia recervado una habitación empresarial una cama con vista a la alberca y me dieron una habitación con vista a edtacionamiento y dos camas, con un precio menor al que pague, cuando hable en recepción el tipo casi se burlo de mi sin darme solucion, la alberca supervsucia, habia cucarachos. Muy mala experiencia

Regularmente (después de una estancia de 4 días y dos visitas anteriores) el servicio de televisión por cable e internet, se desconecta diariamente, inclusive en el mismo día después de haberlo reconectado

En el baño se percibian aromas desagradables a drenaje.

The rooms need insulation since everyone that walked and talked thru the hallway keep me up during the night.. Also not sure if they didn’t mopped the restroom or they mopped with a dirty mop because there was lots of hair on the floor and obviously was not mine.

AC was not working in the first room. The TV was not functioning in the 2nd room.

All was good. Breakfast can use some improvement. Also the TV had only 2 channels viewable and the fan in the restroom was noisy. But it was okay for the price.

El cuarto estaba limpio y muy amplio,las camas cómodas,la variedad del desayuno podría mejorar y lo único malo es que no tiene elevador.

They stay first day was hot ac was not working. Spoke with front desk name Juan an he had very bad customer service instead of helping us. He tired telling us that there was nothing wrong an we need to give the room to cool. I said it had all night an it’s hot this morning. I spoke to maintenance he recognized me from a previous day. Mario is well mannered and professional. He was able to get my room changed because he said the AC was broken and was not working while the receptionist one insisted that everybody go through him as of though he was the boss he made me feel very uncomfortable made me feel like what we said had no meaning to him he was going to do whatever he wanted. I’m just glad that Mario was able to help us and have us moved to a different room. thanks to his expertise and knowing that the AC was broken, we were able to move . Later, I complain to the receptionist in the morning, different person very well mannered very professional, and was told that I was not the first to complain about one. Someone needs to talk Juan’s manager. About his customer services.

The best part of the hotel is the pool. The room had a musty smell to it all the time. You can hear everything in the hall through the doors. Very noisy in the mornings. Location was good.

El trato de los recepcionistas ñ, nñte hablaban mal, te hacian caras y no te daban atención a las dudas o apoyo que pedias

El personal es muy atento y servicial.

Llegamos al hotel a la 1:30 a.m. después de un largo viaje y nos sorprendió que nos dijeran que se habían quedado sin llaves. Cuando por fin nos dieron acceso a la habitación que reservamos con un mes de anticipación, descubrimos que ya estaba ocupada por otro huésped. Esto fue muy incómodo y alarmante estando con mi esposa e hijo. En la recepción se disculparon y nos cambiaron a otra habitación, pero al día siguiente notamos que estaba sucia, el baño no estaba bien limpio y el televisor no funcionaba. Aunque era fin de semana del Día del Trabajo y el hotel estaba lleno, no hay excusa para tanta desorganización. Ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en este hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. after a long trip and were surprised that they told us that they had run out of keys. When we were finally given access to the room we booked a month in advance, we discovered that it was already occupied by another guest. This was very uncomfortable and alarming when I was with my wife and son. At the reception, they apologized and changed us to another room, but the next day we noticed that it was dirty, the bathroom was not well cleaned and the TV was not working. Although it was Labor Day weekend and the hotel was full, there is no excuse for such disorganization. It was the worst experience we had at this hotel.

Se reservó en Expedía con una tarifa y al llegar el hotel me quiso cobrar otra tarifa, y su explicación es que ellos utilizan su propia plataforma, no respetan lo que reservas en Expedía, el personal fue grosero y ofensivo, y no me permitieron hablar con el gerente, pésima atención al cliente

Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable but there was no water could not take shower or wash hands. Toilet was still flushing so there was that. When we called front desk no apology no offer to make up for inconvenience. Just said issue with city that’s it.

Me quedé 2 noche. En el segundo día, ya estaban sucios las toalla, le pedí al receptionist y me dijo que ya había en mi cuarto limpios. Y era mentira. El último día que iba a salir. Se me acabó el papel higiénico. Y el receptionist, no puedo ayudarme.. dijo que no tenía. Y que esperara asta que llegara la señora de la limpieza. Y nunca me llevo papel. Las dos personas en la receptionist. Les falta entrenamiento. Como resolver un problema. Nunca volveré a ese hotel!!!!!

Rude front desk staff. We arrived to a room with a drain like smell only to then see that the shower had no door (water all in floor we slipped) , the room had a small tv screen and no smart tv functions as advised only to also find out the tv remotes also weren’t working. I called the front desk to ask about those concerns and the evening shift front desk guy rudely responded that’s the room assigned to me and there wasn’t anything he could do!!! No other solutions provided aside from having tech support come change rémote batteries out (which still didn’t make remotes to work). The next day I called again to complain because the room I paid for 3 nights wasn’t acceptable and the same guy (no name badge) told me very hesitantly that he would see what he could do. Finally he said I could move room, he offered 2nd floor which I asked for first floor when I checked in; he again very rudely replied that was all he had I reminded him that my mom was elderly and clearly a 2nd floor room wasn’t ok, he then « found » a room across the same hall I was in. I asked him if this new room had all the things it should shower doors, smart tv with working remotes and etc, he told me (rudely again) that he couldn’t keep moving me rooms. I reminded him I was a paying customer and only asking for a room in acceptable conditions nothing more and if the first one I was given would have been ok I wouldn’t be asking ! He didn’t have a name badge nor provided his name despite my inquiry!

The hotel was convenient and have easy parking.

The hotel was overall good. There was a small issue at check-in where the reception team had problems verifying the reservation through this site. The room was very spacious, but slightly dirty, with hair in the restroom, tub, and room carpet. Overall, the stay was average, the area was relatively calm, plenty of parking. For a overnight stay, this hotel met our expectation and would likely stay again.

La propiedad en si está muy bien, los desayunos falta más variedad, el televisor muy chico, con dificultades en su manejo, limpieza excelente.
