I have stayed here on multiple occasions based on its location. I most likely will not return. A parking fee for an ungated non-valet parking lot I find uncalled for. The carpet in the rooms are matted and dirty looking. The furniture is chipped and in need of repair, the hairdryer had a cord about 2 feet long and the bathroom door suck halfway open. The light in the bathroom would flicker on and off. The cost of this location is comparable to much nicer options close by.

Bathroom in general could have been cleaner but it wasn't terrible. Deep clean your shower glass doors and fixtures, and scrub the grout in the shower, it's turning orange. Sincerely, a house keeper

The hotel was good. I had limited interaction with staff, but when I did, they were helpful and kind. We did have a dog with us, so we stayed in a dog room. However, the carpet in the room was not very clean and did not appear to have been previously vacuumed. I wondered if that was because it was a dog room, not a big deal, but would prefer it to still have been cleaner.

Their was poop in the pull out bed. Toilet paper on the fire alarm. Blood on the sheets and pillow cases were doubled up. 2 of the lights didn't work. Grime in the shower and bathroom. Pictures were taken and called cooperate and never heard back from them.

The hotel was nice. The inside elevator panels needed to be wiped down because there were hand smears all over, our bathroom door wouldn't open all the way, and the shower head handle wouldn't latch and stay up because it was broken. But the room was nice and clean otherwise.

Very clean, spacious and modern hotel for the price. Very courteous and helpful staff. Only negative was that the walls seemed paper thin. We had to change rooms because guests next door came in at 1:30am and were talking loudly - we didn't want to be next to them for another 2 nights. The hotel staff moved us and it was much better. A newer hotel should be better soundproofed than that in our opinion. This is number one priority for many guests. NOTE: The guests next door were young men in their early twenties - so this might be an unusual circumstance that we found ourselves in.

Pros: Nice modern and clean room. Nice staffs. Great central location. Close to lots of restaurants, 10 minutes to Costco. Ideal spot to venture out. Kind of central for easy travel to Water Front (14minutes), Camas(10minutes), Washougal(14 minutes), Orchard NE(20minutes), Battle Ground (24minutes). Ridgefield, Felida, and Salmon Creek are at the mercy of the traffics on the hwy. There might be better ways to get to them, but I am only using Google Maps. Cons: Terrible internet. Lots of dropped connections. For some reason, the maid don\'t clean my room and there is no sign to say "Please Clean My Room". Water pressure is low.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the space felt open and enjoyable. The only thing I did not love was the lighting. Like many hotels now, it was dim in both the bathroom and the main room, with only lamps and accent lights instead of recessed ceiling lights. Brighter lighting in the bathroom would definitely be a plus. The adjustable shower head was another highlight, especially since many hotels have low pressure shower heads that do not work very well. The security guard “Robby the Robot” had us cracking up, which added some unexpected fun to our stay. Parking spaces were pretty compact, but we managed easily with our compact SUV. I could not imagine parking something much larger. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again.

Michelle is angry receptionist. I asked her info about dining options in the hotel. She yelled, “I don’t know! You need to go and ask them!” Because of her attitude and hostility, I wanted to cancel my reservation. Mechelle angrily replied, “You can’t if you booked using a third party”. Then, I told her if that is the case, I want to go ahead and check in. Again, angrily Michelle said, “I cannot check you in!! I don’t have internet connection!!”. Not knowing when internet service is going to be restored, I went to Portland and booked another hotel at the receptionist desk. I contacted Expedia customer service for a refund as the hotel was unable to check me in. The hotel told Expedia customer service that I requested to cancel after learning there was no internet connection, and refused to issue a refund. I am a frequent traveler; I will never ever stay at Bestwestern and affiliated properties.

At first I was going to leave a terrible review only because the staff person I dealt with was not accommodating, given my circumstances. I literally flew in Sat afternoon and was heading out Sunday for a day event. I simply needed a place to rest my head from 12am-10am. Check in was great, cleaning staff was friendly. But my A/C did not function and I woke up at 3am drenched, as it was a rare 100+ degree day in Washington. I was up every hour, uncomfortable, but I didn’t want to get dressed and pack up to move rooms. Nor have someone randomly come into the room at that hour to poke around. I decided to deal with it, get as much rest as I could, then give the hotel a chance to remedy the situation in the morning. Had I been staying more nights, absolutely I would have moved rooms. The first gal I spoke to was not at all understanding. She clearly didn’t believe me. However, their maintenance guy admitted the breaker was off for my room’s AC unit. So she begrudgingly offered me a $25 credit on a $260 room I was barely in. The rest of the staff I spoke to the next two days were very kind and understanding. They could see the back & forth, that I was not lying about the situation. I anticipated a 50% credit back but they agreed to waive the whole thing. Because of that extra kindness, I’ll reconsider staying here again in the future when I’m in town.

Great hotel, I informed them that I have an account with best western and asked them to link my visit to my membership, they asked for my information and when I got home I saw that they never linked my visit to my account so I never received the points. I also requested house keeping when I received and email from the hotel prior to check in and it was approved. When I got there, they said to request housekeeping before 9pm and I said I already did but the said we don’t have records of that. When requesting it again that’s when they told me that there’s no housekeeping available. I saw cleaners the next morning cleaning rooms. I over heard another person checking in the next day that also requested cleaning and was told the same thing that there’s no housekeeping available. When I called for 2 towels the front desk told me I have to come downstairs to get it. When your paying $600 Canadian for 2 nights, there are certain expectations that you have, and housekeeping and towels is one of them. Other then that, it was a good hotel.

Booked this hotel while we were traveling. Picked it based on food and bar.and atmosphere. Checked in and heard an employee tell the clerk that because of a conference there will be no food or drink. Had to quickly change our plans to meet people at the hotel for dinner, schedule an Uber ride.and find a place to eat last minute with no reservations on a Saturday night. They knew about their convention way before this night yet still let you book it thinking you’re going to get the amenities. I would have chosen somewhere else had it stated this. And don’t think this place is near the water and that bridge in the photos. Not even close.

The room was lovely and comfortable for a week stay with plenty of room. The couch and sitting area are nice touches. The housekeeping is inconsistent so its good to call the front desk and make sure youre on the schedule. The bar/restaurant hours are also inconsistent, so again, call the desk before you plan on it.
