Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wilmington West - Medical Park by IHG

Upon arrival, I had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes before an attendant came to check me in around 9:00 pm. I was visiting the area for my son's early morning surgery. The room was clean enough but the air conditioning did not work well either. It was sticky and humid in the room. We left before 7:00 am. Too much money to pay for a below average experience.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and everything was wonderful from the room to the staff. My family and I will be returning back to the hotel again

The body wash dispenser was completely empty. The same thing happed at a Hampton a week later. So I decided to call out both places. When you are paying $250 a night little details like this should not be overlooked. If I had stayed at the Econolodge I would have had a bar of soap.

Overall our stay was good. We were early for check-in and were told our room was not ready. We explained to the girl at the front desk,
