Very nice suite. Disappointed that it didn’t have a pool. We knew that at time of booking, but we have stayed in a Townsuites property in West Kelowna that has a pool and water slide; great for kids.

Excellent in every area - mainly for the business traveller. Some great restaurants within walking distance. Only possibly downside would be that there is no place to eat within the hotel but this is easily overcome.

Great two week stay at townsuites. Room was spacious. Only issue is the parking cause it gets taken up by construction workers and there was a random trailer taking up 2-3 spots unnecessarily.

The suite was clean and tidy and the kitchen serviced us well. House keeping was good and staff were friendly. There wasn’t a kettle in our room so we had to boil water using a saucepan. The couch was very uncomfortable and the pillows were poor quality. The air conditioner in one of the rooms rattled and was too loud to sleep with.

Very clean and conveniently located. Two separate bedrooms was a great option with children. Full kitchen with dining livingroom are separate from sleeping area. Great place to stay with children and/ or two couples.

Stayed as a family of 4 in the 2 bedroom suite over Christmas break. Pros: new property and the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for a staycation for the family. New property. Staff/reception desk was friendly and welcoming. Maybe it was a slow week so they gave us the option of using the pool and underground parking at the 4 points hotel next door (same management). Can’t expect this when both properties are busy but was a very welcome offer when it was -24C that week. Note that the 4 points lobby has several private restroom areas to change in if the weather is not cooperating. Cons: nothing much really. Breakfast has omelettes and sausages in Xmas morning but the other options were limited. No waffle irons or pancake but would’ve been awesome if they had those. Additional cereals would’ve also been great. Could’ve been the fact that it was Xmas. Didn’t bother us much as we just went out for brunch.

We loved our stay at your hotel, and I want to mention someone who made our stay extra special. Glena at the front desk was amazing!!! I went down to get a snack, and she and I ended up having a lovely conversation. More than that, though, she did so many extra little things for everyone staying at the hotel. She helped us out, and gave us helpful suggestions. And then I saw her interact with another guest, and she was awesome again. I truly think she is someone special. Ivan also helped us out — even before we stayed there, I had questions on the phone and he was so helpful and kind. Thank you both for making us feel so cared for. The breakfast was awesome! There were mini omelets, lots of muffins, bread selections, fresh hot oatmeal with every topping you could imagine. Even alternative milks for those of us who don’t do dairy. The coffee was delicious and there was a selection of juice. For a free breakfast I thought it was very well done. We ate there happily every morning. The room was spacious and super comfortable. I enjoyed the well organized closet space. Also, the kitchens were well supplied and made our stay truly like being home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel - in large part due to the customer service. Thank you so much!

We chose this hotel primary because it had a waffle maker in the photos for breakfast (my daughter’s favorite), also for the kitchenette in the room, as well as the location. Pros- Staff were awesome, room was great, parking was easy (I hate crowded lots). We could sign into Netflix on the TV- which we thought was really neat (had to watch WWE!). Cons- On morning 1 (Friday)- my daughter woke up with one thing on her mind- Waffles! We bounce down to breakfast only to find- no waffles! No waffle machine! No sign of waffles! Oh the heartbreak- however they did have waffles on Saturday and Sunday morning- so I am guessing they are a weekend treat. Also, side note about breakfast- they didn’t have favored creamer- I know that’s not a big deal to most, but to me favored creamer (hazelnut) is my favorite part of breakfast. Also, one thing we were NOT expecting, a sign in the elevator that said housekeeping will only come to your room every second day- but don’t worry you can put your garbage in the hall for collection. This did not impress us! Yes, we can make our own beds for a day, but one of the arguments I use to stay in hotels over Air BnB’s is feeling pamerped by the perks of a hotel (including daily housekeeping). I double checked the description of our hotel on Expedia and it said ‘daily housekeeping’ however this is not true (the notice is in the elevator).

Hotel was fine. Super disappointed that they charged me an additional $20 for a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom suite when I indicated 3 adults. How many people do you think are staying in a 2 bedroom suite? To make matters worse, the 3rd person only joined for one of the two nights. I don’t care for added cost surprises like that.

We arrived early but our room was ready for check in. The room was spacious and very clean. We couldn't figure out the air conditioning unit and phoned for help. It did not take 5 min. and someone looked after it. The staff was very friendly and helpful The breakfast was great, and there was lits to choose from. We will stay there again and would recommend it!

Our room wasn't ready when we checked in so we were given a very nice suite with a kitchenette. The hotel is pretty new and felt nice and clean. The beds and pillows were very confortable. There are other hotels and large mall nearby with looks of shops and restaurants to choose from.
