Good location. Free parking. Free breakfast!

The hotel is clean and rooms were spacious. Problems during check in; rooms were not ready (still being cleaned). There was only one person assisting with check in, who had to keep checking to see if rooms were ready. She was very overwhelmed.

Checked in late around 10pm a staff member at front desk was unable to check us in as we had to wait for someone else to help. Had to sit a wait with 2 small kids and after a long drive. In the morning Penelope at the front desk was wonderful and helped the breakfast staff replenish utensils and her I changed out the coffee pot. She had great customer service and most pleasant.
