Nice little hotel, staff helpful and kind, the room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The parking situation was a bit hard and some previous guest had definitely smoked in the room because a slight odor was there.

Zimmerzustand nicht wie auf den Fotos, es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen. Nur zwei Steckdosen im Zimmer, davon keine im Bett. Hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Nachts musste man das Fenster schließen, weil die dort wohnenden Nachbarn die ganze Nacht laut gefeiert und einen Joint nach dem anderen konsumiert haben… Dusche klein und alt, Treppenhaus muffig. Bett klein, aber bequem, Fernseher lief bei uns gut. Die Lage ist top, der Preis war auch ok. Wir würden hier aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

Don’t get hooked by the name because “dreams” is more accurately “nightmares.” The pictures of dreams Düsseldorf in no way reflect reality. There is no clean white surface anywhere except maybe in the compartment shower. While the building itself is architecturally interesting, it is now completely run down, shabby and above all FILTHY—I would say layers of dirt and grime collected over years. In the stairwell were broken windows with big shards of exposed glass as well as dangerously loose and frayed carpets on the steps. Our room had a table lamp with no plug, a cheap box wardrobe without shelves or hangers, a glass door to the balcony with the sign CAUTION DO NOT OPEN, no coffee/tea amenities, the thinnest of sheets & towels, and walls and doors so grimy they had turned several shades darker than the original paint. The sink in the bathroom had no stopper, so that putting in contact lenses required a piece of clothing (no wash cloths available) to secure the bowl. I shudder to think about the mattress and pillows. Only jet lag kept us there. The neighborhood itself is fascinating to walk in and to dine in. A major public transportation hub on the street makes it easy to get around the city. Find a better place to lay your head.

Für einen Wochenends-Städtetrip absolut ausreichend. Kein Chicky-Micky, aber alle Basics vorhanden, sauber und sehr günstige Lage. Parkhaus Luisenstraße in 80 m Entfernung kostet 20 EUR für 24 Std. - allerdings nichts für große Autos. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Der einzige Pluspunkt war die Sauberkeit. Die Qualität des Mobiliars war schlecht, das Kopfkissen hart, das Bett durchgelegen, das Kabel des Fernsehers hing aus der Wand, der Duschvorhang war alt, das Duschrohr rostig, es gab keinen Toilettenpapierhalter, im Bad gab es kein Fenster und das Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich schlecht öffnen.

毎日掃除と書いてあったのに、４泊して１回しか清掃してくれませんでした。タオルの交換も催促しないとしてくれません、初日は催促しても交換してくれませんでした。早朝のチェックアウトも人がいないので、メールで聞いても返事無し、ホテルではなくレンタルルームですね。

Terrorífico. Lo único bueno que tiene ha sido la ubicación. La foto que ponen en la web no tiene nada que ver con la habitación que es un cuarto con una cama, una mesa y una silla, de menos de 10m2, con vistas al patio de un colegio. El baño, solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico empezado para cuatro días, ya que no pasó nadie a limpiar en los 4 días. El baño además, era tan pequeño que te podías apoyar la cabeza en el lavabo mientras estabas haciendo pis.

The room was as basic as it gets especially the amount i was charged. There was no extra pillows or bed covers, no tea/coffee making facility and no cups or glasses to get a drink of water. entrance to the hotel different door to the reception. Frightening experience when returning from a night out, when i entered the building the lights wouldn't come on and there was a man sat on the stairs with a hoody. The next morning i tried to contact reception unfortunately closed. The Hotel looks nothing like the photos on Hotels.com in my opinion is false advertising. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel to my company or business colleges.

Das Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett, einen Metalltisch mit Schublade, einen Schrank ohne Fächer mit 2 Bügeln und nen Papierkorb. Das Bad war ungewohnt klein, sehr eng. Die Dusche hatte keine Halterung und die Türklinke zum Bad war verbogen. Zimmer war zwar kostengünstig, aber mehr als spartanisch eingerichtet. Hätte wenigstens einen Stuhl und noch ne Ablage erwartet. Meine Vorstellung und Erwartung wäre, dass in der Unterkunft erkennbare Mängel zeitnah behoben werden, die offensichtlich schon lange vor unserem Aufenthalt bestanden. Übrigens ist die Wand zum Nachbarhotelzimmer besonders hellhörig. Die erste Nacht konnten wir bis um 4:45 des nächsten Morgen nicht schlafen, weil im Nachbarhotelzimmer laut geredet wurde, ständig eigenartig hektisch gelacht wurde und ständig Möbel gerückt wurden - wirklich fast die ganze Nacht.

Pls don’t make a reservation this hotel. Wi-fi isn’t working on 2⚪︎⚪︎ floors. I checked in at 15:00-Checked out 10:00. It never worked,It was very disappointed. 予約はしないことをおすすめします。 2⚪︎⚪︎階に泊まりましたが、Wi-Fiはいっさい使えませんでした。15時にチェックイン、10時にチェックアウトしましたがいっさい使えませんでした。 レセプションに4回問い合わせしましたが、みんなが使っているから使えないと言ってましたが、1階のフロアに行くと普通に使えました。特にWi-Fiが使えなかったことによるディスカウントやレイトチェックアウトなどのサービスはありませんでした。ただただホテルで時間の無駄を過ごしただけです。2泊予約してましたが減泊して他のホテルに移動しました。

Pros Bed was small but extremely comfy. Cons I booked economy room with bunk bed and was given the room number 2 which had nothing to do to what's presented in pictures. So make sure to check it before you take it . The room was cold even though the heater was at maximum. You don't get the reception at all times. The check out was said to be at 10:00. So at the exact time I got out of the room and headed to reception to leave my luggage. Unfortunately there was nobody. After waiting half an hour I tried to contact them via WhatsApp and phone calls, but still unreachable. That was such a loss of time and lots of inconvenience. I then left the luggage in the room and kept the keys. Later on they wrote that I could leave the luggage in the room.

die Pension ist leider wirklich nicht schön. Der Check-In hat gar nicht geklappt ich hab 20 Minuten gebraucht weil diese Schlüsselbox nicht ging, dann gab’s das Zimmer nicht in dem Haus, dann hab ich zufällig andere Gäste getroffen, die sich auch grade schon am beschweren waren am Telefon, weil ihr Zimmer nach Rauch gestunken hat und komplett kalt war. Dann haben sie mir das Telefon weitergegeben und die Frau hat mir erklärt in welchem anderen Haus das Zimmer wo ist. Die anderen haben sich auch beschwert und bekommen alles erstattet. Es ist leider echt unsauber und riecht total nach Rauch und im Bad nach faulen Eiern.

One step above a Hostel! Staff was kind and efficient. Room size was good. When we arrived it was late at night and hard to find. The room itself did not have any furniture other than a bed, two side cubies, minimal desk (we used for a dresser) and a closet with 5 coat hangers. The balcony was quite different, not really a balcony, it was small and held a table and 2 chairs that we took the chairs inside. We will come back and stay there if we come back to Dusseldorf.

Die Reise begann damit, dass man angeblich von Hotels.com die Info nicht hatte über den Wunsch vor Ort zu zahlen. Weiter ging es über eine bedingt freundliche Rezeption und endete in maroden und Renovierungbedürftigen Zimmern. Der allgemeine Zustand unserer Zimmer war maximal ausreichend. Das Einzug positive an den beiden Nächten: die super zentrale Lage und der erholsame Schlaf.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut für einen Städtetrip geeignet. Die Altstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bus und Bahn sind um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants auch. Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war gut. Der Sanitärbereich war sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen Balkon "nach hinten raus" und dadurch eine ruhige Nacht.

Loved the simplicity of it all. We stayed for one night only and it was perfect for that. It was close to the station, public transport, lots of shops. And affordable as well!

Zum übernachten wunderbar, zimmer war soweit sauber, das bett sehr weich und etwas durchgelegen. Zimmer mit geräumiger dusche und wc ausgestattet. Zimmer zur straße raus ist allerdings nicht zu empfehlen, man hört alles und mit leichtem schlaf war das leider nicht förderlich. Die dame an der Rezeption war nett und hilfsbereit und auch die damen von der zimmerreinigung waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden wieder buchen, nur diesmal kein zimmer zur straße raus nehmen

The room was advertised with a balcony, which indeed was there but into a gloomy and dark backyard on the first floor. There was only one light in the room, in the ceiling, no bedside lamps. the shower was broken,, so the only option was to use the bathtub, as the switch to get water in the shower was broken. There was a kettle, but no cups or glasses, no tea or coffee. Even if we had our own coffee and tea with us, there was nothing to drink it from except ONE cup in the bathroom. All in all, very disappointing. There was no breakfast service either, which we may have missed information about.

AVOID. The photos were clearly taken many years ago. First room had clear damage around the lock indicating the door being kicked open and not repaired. Very shabby old furniture with evidence of cigarette burns. Filthy bed covered in bodily fluids and cigarette burns. I was offered other rooms which were equally disgusting. I asked to see a manager. None present. I requested they call me, they did not. The manager would also not speak to hotels.com. I did not stay. UNSAFE AND A RISK TO HEALTH AND SAFETY
