Great amount of parking. A little warm downstairs in the lobby area. Due to it being close to the freeway, you can hear traffic a bit. Decent pricing for what you get. Could use some new or clean soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles. Was ok for a one night stay..

Everything was nice for a two star hotel. The room was fairly clean, breakfast was pretty good. But they don't makeup the room everyday so for that can't get full marks. Otherwise great hotel with nice gym.

Property was quiet, clean and near many Arlington attractions. Entry to hotel is a little tricky at first. Continental breakfast had typical offerings of eggs, bacon, pastries, oatmeal and cereal. Hotel had a small offering of snacks, drinks and medicines for sale. AC worked great. Prob will regret sharing this gem.

The bed comforter blankets had a terrible smell as if they were washed with dirty water. We requested another room and it was the same issue. It took a third try to finally get a room that didnt have smelly blankets and sheets. First and last time we will ever stay at a Tru hotel.

The hotel room itself was decent, clean enough, comfortable bed, and what you'd expect for the price. However, getting to the room was a different story. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled terrible and looked dirty, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. It definitely took away from the overall experience. If they cleaned up the common areas, this place would be much better.

The front desk were not friendly. The room had hairs from previous guest. The shower floor was dirty there was no body wash. When checking out I was told i would get an email receipt and nothing was sent. I had stayed here once before and it was the total opposite from this stay.

I couldn't get any rest at this property. I requested to change my room due to a loud noisy guest above me. And was told they couldn't because they were sold out. I was supposed to stay two days and left after one. I was definitely not going to have another restless night.

Very good place to stay for a quick trip. Clean, basic room that does not have microwave or coffee maker, but is modern and comfortable. Walls are a little thin as I overheard an argument at 2am next door. If they continued arguing I was going to contact the front desk but they eventually stopped but it certainly did disrupt an otherwise pleasant sleep. Nice breakfast with standard fare (eggs, sausage, bagels, etc). Easy parking.

Room served us well for the trip we had planned. Definitely on the small size so if you’re traveling with kids be prepared to either be sitting on the bed or leaving the room because there is no room to move around.

This property is now owned by Hilton but a franchise, as I told multiple times by front desk agents when I voiced concerns. Agent called at 7pm rudely asking if I was still planning to check in, when I was 20 minutes from property and check in wasn’t allowed before 3pm. Seemed rude and poor customer service to start experience. At check in the agent refused to apply my Hilton’s Honors account, claimed by 3rd party booking I don’t get anything but have had no issues at other properties…or even when I spoke with Hilton Corporate. The breakfast was 1/2 what it should be. When tru advertises inside the actual hotel about what breakfast options they offer and give recipes for items…yet this franchise did not offer 1/2 what they should. Breakfast potatoes were ice cold on buffet and anemic in color. Told agent who took pan to back, few minutes later came back and seems to be microwaved at best. No toppings for eggs as advertised by Tru in the Buffett area specifically. Also lack of options, bacon so thin and cheap it looked like wax paper, and gravy clearly watered down. Had to open case with Hilton customer support which was suppose to have owner or manager reach out….never happened. Received texts from front desk asking how experience was, and when said not good, was told someone would call to address…yet never happened either. Avoid this property as it’s not Tru standards but more likely an owner banking off name but cutting corners and expenses

I had to wait 20 min to check in because there was no agent at the front. There was also no agent at the front during checkout so i never got an invoice. The shower in our room leaked when in use and the shower door was coming off the hinges. The shelf in the bathroom was dusty and didnt look like it had been wiped in weeks. The middle table between the beds was dirty and hadnt been wiped clean. The ironing board is the size for a kid as it was too short and no long enough. We also experienced the fire alarm sounding off twice in error. Once around 11p and the 2nd time was like in the early early am. Not a pleasant stay at all overall.

We stayed here for a night for a concert. The hotel is very convenient and close to the roadway, which means that rooms can be a bit noisy, but overall not an issue. I will say that the stay at breakfast was particularly nice and helpful and that the breakfast itself was very good.

Overall, this was an excellent place for what I traveled to Dallas for. The room and property were spotless. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast had plenty of options. While it didn't bother me, the noise in the area could be a little loud for some people, but that's beyond the hotel's control.

The stay was extremely comfortable, the staff was welcoming. The area was a great location to be in and the hotel was immaculate. When you walk into the lobby it smelled great, the breakfast was delicious. Definitely will be stay here again, I highly recommend.

The property was very clean. Only things that caused a lower rating was the breakfast options. They were lacking. You have some eggs and sausage, but that’s about it beyond some bagels and yogurt. The sausage also looked pale in a way that made it unappealing. Rooms are compact that don’t have a lot of storage area.
