Hurricane Hideaway Lodging

We loved the quaint, clean cabin and parking right up to the front door. Communication was excellent. Location to downtown perfect. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we stepped in, we knew this was going to be an enjoyable stay. Comfortable king bed, good air conditioning (considering it was over 100° outside), spacious, kitchenette & a well designed bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Fridge and large TV in room. Parking spot beside room. Wifi password easy to find.

Good location close to the Parks without the hustle bustle and higher prices. I liked pulling right up front to unload and the room with kitchenette and bathroom looks fairly new. Could use some artwork on the walls.

Our stay was nice and quiet. The only thing I don't like is there are no ice or water machines on site.

Excellent choice for an affordable and convenient stay close to Zion National Park, without the major costs of Springdale, UT. Large, clean space. Large fridge with sink and microwave make a nice kitchenette. There is an oddly huge TV. Parking and location feel very safe and well kept. The only tiny, tiny drawback is with such a great and functional kitchenette there was no where to actually eat - a small table to eat at would be super helpful.

We didn"t like the dog rescue walking dogs through the parking lot. It would have been nice to have night stands by the bed and a table and chairs to eat at. Also a place to sit your suitcase on instead of the couch. It would have been nice to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a broom and dust pan.

I stayed here in mid-August and absolutely loved loved loved this place! This is a hidden gem. Impeccably clean property, beautifully remodeled rooms, very comfy bed, and great location. Not to mention the price! I’ve stayed at 4 other hotels in this area and they’ve varied from meh to downright gross, but not the Hideaway. I travel to this area often and this will definitely be my go-to place to stay moving forward.

I booked 2 rooms but were told that we could pay separately at check in. Both rooms were charged to my card before we checked in. The room my sister stayed in was new and very nice, and clean. The room we stayed in was old and rather dirty. Just wish there wasn’t such a difference in rooms, and yet at the same price! Check in was easy and convenient.

I am not a fan of virtual checkin and lack of on-site staff. It would be ok if one were able to get an immediate response by phone but in our case, we did not. The facilities are very nice. The housekeeping is excellent!

Wish they used cotton sheets and the pillows were too flat for my liking.

It was nice and roomy it was really clean it was homey feeling not like a hotel room only thing that was a challenge was the tvwas not working well it kept glitching off other than that a great stay we would stay there again

The place is only 30 minutes from Zion. Lots of places to eat and shop around the area. My favorite part of the stay is the spacious bathroom and large shower.

Exceptional! Far and away the highest overall quality of lodging on our seven-day trip across Utah. Wow. Firstly, the parking in front of the duplex unit and being literally five steps from the car to the door was crazy. Inside, these newer units are modern, clean, quiet, and compacted with pleasant amenities. The glass and tile shower was large enough to fit four people. The cozy mattress and feathery pillows knocked us out. The in-room branded coffee packs with a real sized coffee maker made for one less coffee run the next morning. Incredible place. Highly recommend this as your stop-over if near Hurricane, Utah.

Our accommodation was ground level with parking right outside our front door. The lodging is nothing to look at on the exterior, but the interior was as new, modern and clean. Very nice shower with plenty of hot water & good water pressure. Very comfortable bed with good linen and pillows. Aircon was reverse cycle heating & cooling & very quiet. The kitchen area is small but serviceable, as long as you don't want to cook. There is a small bench area with a microwave, filtered coffee machine, coffee cups, disposable cups and a sink. There is no dining table & chairs, but there is a comfy 3-seater lounge & an office desk & chair. There is a large TV above the office desk for those people who like to watch TV. We liked the keyless entry; you just have to remember the code to get in! The room is designed for people who eat out. We ate out for dinner at Main Street Cafe, which was very popular, and had a couple of great meals and one average one. Just a wrong choice on our part; should have questioned the waiter about the meals before ordering. A great location for walking to restaurants and quiet. Negatives: There are no bedside tables or lamps. There is a small hanging space for clothes, but no luggage racks. The fridge/freezer is small & the door opens the wrong way for easy access. There are 3 small cupboards but no handles; you have to grab the bottom of the door to open them. Nothing in them & not really that useful.

Driveway is a bit dark and easy to miss at night. We punched our code in the door for effortless arrival. We left with the sunrise. Location was perfect for our trip to the Grand Canyon. I was a bit nervous, the door code was texted at check in time on the day of arrival. Overall an excellent experience.

It was a new way to check in, but we ended up liking it. The staff was veryresponsive. The room was great. Felt secluded from the busy world. Nice and quiet and clean.

The location was great for visiting the entire area and not being trapped in the Zion craziness. The staff was excellent and quick to respond to any questions. If you’re bringing biked check out the paved trail system in St. George and definitely ride into Zion from Springdale. That’s the most relaxing way to see the canyon area.

Stayed one night on our way to California. Easy lock code accessible. Good communication prior to check in. Expect Vrbo rather than hotel experience. Very quiet.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was very neat and spacious. It was self check in with the owners sharing the door code over text. They are very quick to respond over text and made sure the whole check in and check out process was smooth. This place was perfect for us to rest and relax after a long day of hikes and was also close enough to zion visitor center for us to make it to the first shuttle of the morning.Loved this hotel and would highly recommend.

We needed a place to stay while we hiked Zion for a few days. This place had everything we needed. It’s only about a 30 min drive to Zion with easy access to highways, the room had some recent renovations and looked clean, the ac worked great, parking was easy, and the host was responsive over text. It was a very easy stay. I’d recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay while seeing Zion.

Property was kind of hard to find at first. It’s close to a main street and when I arrived, it was ‘rush hour’. Later in the evening…traffic was fine. When I pulled onto the property, everything looked clean, grass was cut nice, and no trash anywhere. I found it odd that there wasn’t a check-in desk…I’ve never dealt with that before. I called the number on my itinerary and he told me the door code. He was very friendly. My room was very clean and up-to-date. The TV was confusing to figure out…but, I made do. I will definitely come back again!

Nice hide-a-way in the center of the town and close proximity to Zion park.

We went to Zion National park to celebrate my bday . And at the very last minute I found a room available at Hurricane Hideaway lodging . We were very please with the location. Very quiet , rooms are clean and updated . About 17 miles from Zion park but it worth the savings . I would stay here again . At night you can easily missed the entrance , I think some light to highlight the entrance would be nice . Overall very satisfied. Thank you !

Room is very clean. The property is close to the main part of town with everything you may need. The drive to Zion is only 20 minutes.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Zion National Park. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The park was about 25 minutes away. The room was clean and location was quiet. We would stay here again.
