It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them. I have slept on many beds in Japan, and these were the most uncomfortable that I have slept on in four years. I would definitely recommend bringing your own pad or mattress to this location. The other other guests were also quite loud, though that is not the fault of this hotel, but the walls and doors were very thin so you could hear everything going on in the hallway, including being woken up to hairdryers.

Rooms are large and the beds are warm. Nice big common area and I hardly saw other patrons, so there was little competition for the shared showers or sinks. Wifi signal is good throughout the building. You can also go star-gazing from the room, which is a unique touch!
