We loved the apartment and the view. It was clean and beds were good and AC worked great. The people at the reception was helpful and friendly. The reason we give it only three stars is the breakfast. The quality of breakfast means a lot to us when chooding a hotel. For all four breakfasts we had, all the food that was supposed to be hot like eggs, potatoes etc, were cold. And I mean cold. Only sausages were luke warm, laying in water. Also the coffee from the machine never got real hot. Those issues should be so easy to fix, and when I now see that other previous guests have commented the same without the hotel doing anything about it - that is dissapoining.

The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes. The hotel is nice. The 2 bedrooms apartment was convenient. The staff are super nice and friendly. Actually the Bosnian people are very nice in general
