Clean, small room. Staff was not overly welcoming and friendly. My biggest complaint is that there was only one working elevator. The hotel is convenient for driving and most attractions are within a decent walking distance.

The staff at the front desk were amazing. However, the hotel was in disrepair. Neither elliptical worked in the gym. Only one elevator worked. The ice machine was out of order most of the time we were there. We were there for 4 days, and there was no sign of anything getting fixed. They didn’t even have out of order signs on anything. You just tried to use it, and it didn’t work.

The hotel was conveniently postitioned in Savanah, and the staff were friendly enough. The valet parking was a mess. Seems to be run by very young people that do not have a process that works, and so sometimes you received your car in 10 minutes and others over 30 minutes. Poor communication, and inconsistent service. Would expect more for the price that is charged.

Hotel price was fair. Valet price was not. It was $57.00 to valet my car for ONE NIGHT. There were no signs that stated that. I would have parked off sute had i known. Otherwise the hotel was clean and modern. The staff i checked in with were great, the one I checked out with was not. Water pressure wasnt great but everything else was. Hotel was overall good with a 3.9 out of 5. Staff and valet greeted us with warm welcome and very nice hotel with modernized feel. First pitfall was only one elevator was working. There was no sign the other one was out of service so having to wait and utilize only one elevator was very time consuming. Room set up nice with mini wine fridge and a nook to work while looking out the window. Microwave was downstairs if you brought food back to the room but overall good feel. Great location to SCAD, Riverwalk. and lots of restaurants. Would have liked to been able to eat at the bar a night or so but the advertised snacks were not available only dips and that was definitely not going to satisfy my hunger craving. Thank goods a burger joint was around the corner otherwise I would have had to order out or get in the car and drive. Overall 3.9 out of 5 with price, location, and service

Staff was very welcoming and friendly.. quick to assist. Beds are very comfortable with roomy shower. The overall vibe was nice. Only thing to mention is that there are no microwaves in the rooms and though onsite parking is noted… that is only if you want to pay $50 per day valet. I received an email two days prior to the trip informing me of that and other added fees I would still have to pay on arrival even though I had already paid online for my stay. If you don’t want to pay the valet, there is a garage for $10 per night or you can park on the street between 8pm and 8am for free (if you can find a spot). Either way, there is nowhere to pull in and unload your baggage if you aren’t using valet so be prepared to carry your luggage one or two blocks to check in.

I LOVE staying here when I need to visit my kid at SCAD. But man, they have without a doubt the slowest, of slow, slower than any slow elevators I've ever seen. And I live in Chicago where I'm in elevators daily. You'd think they would attempt to fix them?

We stayed here 3 days and everything was good. Rooms are basic but that's what we expected. Everything was clean and each staff person we dealt with was great. Easy walk to Broughton Street which has lots of restaurants and shops. We'd stay here again.

At first glance the room looked nice. But then we found food leftover in the fridge, a used condom wrapper in the bedside table, pubic hair on the sheets. But the worst part was I was in the shower and someone knocked on the door. Before I could get out of the shower and open the door someone used a key and opened the door and came in our room. I called downstairs to the front desk and they said that they had no idea who it was. Bottom line we didn’t feel safe. Gross hotel. I do not recommend it.

My wife choose this hotel not realizing that it was pet friendly. The common areas were caked with dog hair. Our room had a broken lamp and the shade was off the track. The carpet and walls were stained and worn. The furnitue in the room was stained and dirty. The body wash in the shower was installed crooked. Parking was $45 for the night, that was never mentioned. For over $300 for the night, we were expecting more. We love the design of the hotel. But the quality was lacking.

The room we were in was SO noisy from the cars on the street driving by to literally people talking as they walked by. You could hear the tvs from the rooms around you not to mention every time someone flushed a toilet. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows smelled funky and were lumpy. Valet left my car unlocked with my belongings in it. Homeless people sleeping on the property. However, the staff was amazing, very polite and professional. Staff was aware that the particular room I was in was noisy.

I enjoyed the layout of the room, the roomy shower was cool, all of the decor was a bit whacky but that's kind of my style. My son enjoyed finding all of the differences on the wallpaper (it was of a gas station in the desert on repeat). All and all my family enjoyed our stay and would book again when vacationing in the future.

The morning receptionist were amazing. They were very informative and kind. The two bartenders during our stay were so sweet and the drinks were top tier. We had a great time. The only con was it was extremely hot in our room. The thermostat was set at 67 but the room stayed at 76. It was too uncomfortable but it has it moment were we slept without sheets. We would stay again but it a different room.

Wifi did not work. Had 3 people and only 2 towels. Asked for another towel and never received it. No one answered phone at front desk and no one was there most of the time. Perfect location to walk around. Modern and clean. But bare bones. You’re not going to get anything brought up to the room. Everyone who worked there were warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The only complaint is that the walls seem super thin and we could hear everything in the room next door.

The hotel was in a great location and walkable to the sites we wanted to see. Parking was very easy and the parking attendants were great! The room was fine - strange layout with the bathroom/shower area and just a curtain dividing it from the rest of the room.

The staff was pretty friendly. Our bathroom didn’t work properly and it took hours for them to fix it. Ultimately they moved us to another room but the second room smelled. The staff didn’t not compensate us for our inconvenience. Not even a drink of bottled water.

The service did not exist. Often no one at the desk. You are required to valet the car. When you txt to receive it, they only text you after you lost patience and went down to get it. When you arrive back at night, gate doesn't open and you wait A literal 10 minutes for someone to surface

The room was beautiful. The staff was a little cold. I paid online but was charged again upon check in when I was only supposed to pay for a deposit of $75. Didn’t realize because the hostess barely spoke. I paid online for breakfast for two and when I went to get it, I had to fill out a slip for the kitchen and the hostess said they would bring it to the room. I waited 40 minutes assuming it was just really busy. When I went to check on it I was informed breakfast was over and that I was supposed to come pick it up when it was ready. They have you put the room number on the slip, I was not called or notified, or even told to come back at a certain time for it. And at this time breakfast was now closed so I did not get what I paid for. I am really disappointed in this hotel staff.

Other than the parking costing an extra $48/night, everything about this place was excellent. The staff was all wonderful and the room was clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. You can also walk pretty much anywhere in town from this hotel which was another huge bonus!

We had such an amazing stay at Aloft in Savannah, Georgia. The staff were so kind and helpful. Special shout out to Deanna at the front desk. Location: The hotel is conveniently located next to many of the Savannah squares. It’s also within a 15 minute walk to the River which is such a plus. The river streets can get a bit busy and noisy so it’s nice to be within walking distance but not too close. We were also very close to Broughton St, about 6 minutes, and that’s where there are a lot of amazing restaurants and shops. Hotel: The hotel offers a lot of amenities including a pool and gym. The pool is decently sized and it’s indoors so the weather doesn’t matter. They also have a really nice lobby with a bar and a separate area with a pool table and comfortable table seating from which you can work. The outside courtyard is also great when you’re trying to enjoy the nice weather and they also have some yard size games outside. Room: We got a queen size bed room and it was exactly what was needed. The shower had nice hot water and doors on both sides so there was no water leakage. The toilet is a separate, behind closed doors. The towels they gave were nice and plush, a huge plus. The room also had a mounted TV that could be moved around. There was a small alcove with a nice table and comfy couch seating to work from. The bed was soft and comfortable. I really enjoyed the decor of the room with its unique wall paper.

Wifi did not work. Had 3 people and only 2 towels. Asked for another towel and never received it. No one answered phone at front desk and no one was there most of the time. Used valet 2 of the 3 nights but was charged for 3 and no one will answer the phone to help resolve it just eventually hangs up. Location good but execution very poor.

We loved it. The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were nice. Clean, with really nice showers. The gym was useful. I love its location close to everything. Note: we did not drive so I cannot comment on the parking situation.

Hotel is fine. I arrived late and the neighborhood is very sketchy. Lots of homeless and questionable characters walking around. The info said free parking was available but you do not want to park on the street here - so I got stuck with the $50 overnight valet.

We stayed here 3 days and everything was good. Rooms are basic but that's what we expected. Everything was clean and each staff person we dealt with was great. Easy walk to Broughton Street which has lots of restaurants and shops. We'd stay here again.

My stay at Savannahat Aloft property was very nice and even though I didn’t leave the property while I was there but I enjoyed very much. I would like to thank my housekeepers for their excellent service my room was very clean and very well organized,and they were very friendly individuals. I also enjoyed having breakfast downstairs and talking with the kitchen staff very nice ladies I don’t remember their names but they were very polite and friendly and made sure I was happy with my meal choices.Thank you very much and also for the receptionist who was very kind offer the best hospitality option for me when I had to book another night due to my plane cancellation.Thank you so much for having me.

The room was beautiful. The staff was a little cold. I paid online but was charged again upon check in when I was only supposed to pay for a deposit of $75. Didn’t realize because the hostess barely spoke. I paid online for breakfast for two and when I went to get it, I had to fill out a slip for the kitchen and the hostess said they would bring it to the room. I waited 40 minutes assuming it was just really busy. When I went to check on it I was informed breakfast was over and that I was supposed to come pick it up when it was ready. They have you put the room number on the slip, I was not called or notified, or even told to come back at a certain time for it. And at this time breakfast was now closed so I did not get what I paid for. I am really disappointed in this hotel staff.

Location is convenient and hotel was clean. Two guests, only 1 complimentary bottle of water. Two paper cups for coffee or tea, but only 1 plastic cup for water. This was a 2 night stay. I asked for cups to be left in the room as we passed by the desk the morning after our first night there. When we returned that evening there were water cups, but no paper cups and there were fresh towels we did not need nor request. The lack of door (just a curtain) to shower area is weird. The guests next door to us were loud, and car noises from the street were pretty bad. On a positive note, Louis the hotel bartender was excellent!!

Hotel was overall good with a 3.9 out of 5. Staff and valet greeted us with warm welcome and very nice hotel with modernized feel. First pitfall was only one elevator was working. There was no sign the other one was out of service so having to wait and utilize only one elevator was very time consuming. Room set up nice with mini wine fridge and a nook to work while looking out the window. Microwave was downstairs if you brought food back to the room but overall good feel. Great location to SCAD, Riverwalk. and lots of restaurants. Would have liked to been able to eat at the bar a night or so but the advertised snacks were not available only dips and that was definitely not going to satisfy my hunger craving. Thank goods a burger joint was around the corner otherwise I would have had to order out or get in the car and drive. Overall 3.9 out of 5 with price, location, and service

Aloft hotels are really cool if you are looking for something different. Most hotels look the same but this one had a cool funky feel and vibe. The service and location was great! The lounge downstairs was perfect for a night cap. The room had blackout shades but there was a space on top that left a significant of light in. The only complaint.

The place was up to date. Very small room. Breakfast was additional (thumbs down). Loved the lobby area where you can go to the bar, order food and play games. That was the best part of the stay.

The photos are definitely misleading. The property is very outdated. Floors nasty, indoor pool was freezing, night staff was very rude the first night the guy had an attitude when we asked for towels, the next night a different guy just said they didn't have any. On the other hand the staff during the day and valet drivers were very polite and the shower was amazing.
