Todo el día se escucha mala musica alta y termina a la 1am. El desayuno muy malo, la leche estaba caducada porque sabía horrible, la tuve que escupir de regreso al vaso y dos días pasó ésto por lo que ya no desayunamos los 4 dias restantes. Dos noches a la hora que cierran el top roof (1 am) alarma falsa contra incendios. El ascensor muy pequeño y tarda mucho. Personas afuera del hotel vendiendo a cada persona que pasaba lo que me hacía sentir insegura.

All the hotel staff are very warm and welcoming. The hotel reception, Francesca spent a good amount of time helping us orientate the hotel vicinities and recommending places to go. She even messaged us once our room is ready ahead of check-in time. The hotel very walkable to most of the places of interest around the city. Small issue though is the lack of good dining options close by. I’d say they are around 10-15 mins stroll away. Unfortunately our room’s shower was also not as strong as we like and the tub’s drainage seems to be choked as water takes a while to drain off.

We enjoyed our stay at NH collection Roma Fori Imperiali. The room was clean and cozy for my husband and I. This hotel is in a super convenient location walkable to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. The front staff was always accommodating our needs, especially when it rained a few of the afternoons. They offered umbrellas and a dry place to sit, even after we had just checked out. Amazing service!

This is a beautiful location with a wonderful rooftop patio. The decor and service are excellent, however the sound proofing is non existent, do not accept a room near the elevator unless you want to be kept awake all night with people coming and going. If the hotel had spent just a few dollars on sound proofed doors it would have been a perfect stay

The hotel hotel has a great location, however there a quite a lot scammers in the area because of the proximity to the tourist areas. The hotel is small, the rooms small, but well maintained. I think the hotel is expensive for what it offers.

Booked 2 separate rooms, Beautiful place however this Hotel turns off the air con at this time of year, the rooms reached 28 degrees and sleeping at night was unbearable. The Hotel also has a roof top bar and the noise above all rooms on the 5th floor is absolutely shocking. Staff was nice on Day1 but as soon as we mentioned about the temperature in the room & the noise their manners changed & became very rude.

The easiest 5 stars. Fabulous location with luxurios, contemporary styling and super comfortable beds. Room 201 over looks the Forum and Victor Emmanuel II National Monument and was magnificent. The roof top terrace for cocktails and lunch gives one of the best views in Rome and was particularly romantic on Christmas evening wrapped in blankets. Attentive staff and good food.

I highly recommend!!! The staff treated us like we were royalty. Air France lost our luggage for 3 days, the staff felt bad for us, they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite. They assisted us with the airport getting our luggage to us. I swear they were just as excited as we were when our luggage arrived!! The roof restaurant was amazing!! The food was excellent and the view was even better!!

Just wow!!! Honestly one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in with the most incredible views. We were there over our honeymoon and one of our birthdays and this hotel spoilt us. We had welcome mats with happy honeymoon and a happy birthday one. We received cards and small tokens like wine and chocolate. They offered turndown service every night. We did not want to leave. The staff made us feel special and welcome. Such an incredible hotel.

They were incredibly kind and attentive, interacting with our toddler as if she were family, which made our visit even more memorable. The hotel's location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the wonders of Rome on foot. After a busy day of sightseeing, it was a pleasure to return to such a comfortable and high-quality room. It’s worth noting that there was some construction in a nearby area from Monday to Friday. While it was audible, it didn't significantly detract from our experience, as it blended with the vibrant atmosphere of the eternal city. The noise subsided by the time we needed to settle our toddler for the night. Overall, if you're looking for a centrally located hotel that combines comfort with excellent service, NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali is a fantastic choice.

What a great hotel. The staff is very helpful and can’t do enough for you. The room was amazing as was the view!! This is the perfect location for seeing the sites around room by foot. The rooftop breakfast is a very relaxing spot in the morning and the Michelin rated restaurant at night was delicious. We stayed at their sister property in Taormina and had a great experience there as well. We are looking to stay again in the spring.

Location is what got me to choose,, the staff is why I will return! Great group of folks! Friendly and helpful all from the front desk, to the breakfast crew and the doorman. I spent 3 months traveling Europe and met some great folks working hotels! Stayed at the NH. Fantastic location right in front of Trajan’s Forum. 10 minute stroll to the colosseum. Walking distance to Trevi fountain and lots of other sites, including the ghetto. Great hotel, really attentive staff, amazing rooftop bar overlooking the Forum. Got complementary upgrade to junior suite due to birthday. Will definitely stay there again

Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Quarto em perfeitas condições. Apesar de não ficar perto do transporte público, dava para praticamente tudo à pé. Quarto tinha vista parcial do Fori Imperiali. Apenas uma questão sobre o café da manhã. Não é buffet (é à a carte), o que deixa tudo um pouco mais demorado e só abre 7:30 da manhã - os hotéis normalmente abrem o café às 7h. Talvez tenha alguma relação com o fato de ser à la carte.
