Friendly staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Few minutes walk to the tram stop. Nice views to the streetscape and the city skyline. Loved our stay.

Lovely place right next to Epworth richmond. Easy to get by public transport but must plan parking in advance! Street parking is very limited.

1. The room was located on a low floor, and I could clearly hear traffic and train noises throughout the night. It felt like sleeping on the street. 2. There was an ant nest on the kitchen floor, which raises serious hygiene concerns. 3. A red stain was found on the floor mat, which appeared to be blood or another unknown substance，extremely unhygienic.
