We arrived at 11:30 p.m., only 30 minutes before closing time, but were received warmly and were even able to order something from the bar. We also appreciated the secure parking and Tesla Superchargers.

Nice clean hotel. Excellent value. But, the best thing about this hotel were the staff. Incredibly friendly & helpful. And only 2.75 for a glass of wine at the bar.

Vi önskade se centrala Girona med bokade detta hotell strax utanför. Strax nedanför hotellet finn en busshållplats där man kan åka till Centrum (betala med kort, ex VISA). Kostade 1,50€/person. Tillbaka tog vi taxi som kostade 8€. Spenderade inte så mycket tid på hotellet, baren var öppen när vi kom tillbaka vid 22-tiden. Prisvärt alternativ med bra frukost.

Hotel rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. Aircon was not functioning properly and could not be regulated in the room despite there being an individual room thermostat. Hotel mgt explained it was centrally controlled (and out of their control) which is ridiculous. If turned on, it belted out hot air regardless of setting. Towels poor quality, very thin and a torn one was not replaced. One coat hanger and one dress hanger is apparently standard for the room though extra were kindly supplied on request from reception. Front desk staff were pleasant but it is surprising there is no duty manager always available. Lady running the bar worked incredibly hard and was very friendly. Received reduction after complaint about housekeeping standards and we were grateful for that but overall the hotel was a disappointment. This is not a criticism of individual employees but the senior mgt need to take a long hard look at the policies they operate.

Whilst the room was fairly basic it had everything that I needed and was very comfortable and quiet. The room was kept very clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and appeared concerned that everything was alright. It took about 20 minutes to walk into the town and there are supermarkets within a ten minute walk. The hotel has got a small garden which is pleasant to spend time in. The breakfast was good and it is possible to have a buffet meal in the evening.

Wir waren hier schon sehr oft in den letzten Jahren. Leider merkt man das Alter von dem Hotel. Zum Schlafen für eine Nacht ist es Ok. für mich sind die Betten zu Hart. Wir hatten nur 1 Handtuch und mussten zur Rezeption um bescheid zu sagen dafür habe 10 Minuten gewartet bis ich dran war. Die Dusche ist so Glatt das ich hingefallen bin es ist sehr gefährlich. Die Preise sind auch mittlerweile sehr Teuer geworden für das Alter von diesem Hotel.

Al llegar la habitación todavia no estaba lista y tuvimos que esperar un poco, eche en falta toallas de mano, ya que solo habia toallas de cuerpo en la habitación, por el resto el hotel y el servicio eran correctos. Un poco alejado del centro para ir andando.

The hotel was well located. Is relative close to the city, but a bit difficult to walk to the city center, so if you have a car, this is a perfect place moneywise if you are looking for 1/2 nights stay.

This is a good basic hotel property and quite affordable. Staff was really nice and helpful. The immediate surroundings are more business than touristic. It is about 25 minutes walk to the centre of town. We were very pleased with the overall package.

Tillbaka tog vi taxi som kostade 8€. Spenderade inte så mycket tid på hotellet, baren var öppen när vi kom tillbaka vid 22-tiden. Prisvärt alternativ med bra frukost.

L’hôtel est situé à 20 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Excentré donc pas bruyant. Lit avec alèse en plastique pas très confortable. Une seule grande serviette dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner correct.

Room comfortable. Food was very good. Nice breakfast and buffet evening meal. Staff very friendly, Pity there was no kettle and tea and coffee provided in the room. Short drive to the City and free parking.

Everything went well except for the key, which kept not working. Other than that, everything was perfect! The location is quiet, but it’s only about 7 minutes from the train station, with a direct train to Sagrada Família and the city center. If you’re craving good pizza, there’s a great place just around the corner, and a bakery right in front of the hotel. For seafood lovers, there’s an all-you-can-eat restaurant nearby that’s very affordable! The breakfast offers plenty of choices, and the staff are very accommodating.

Echt een geweldig hotel. Mooie ruime kamers en badcel. Mogelijkheid om warm te eten ( tegen bijbetaling)in de avond. En een heerlijk ontbijt in de morgen .

The room was semi-clean. Lots of hair scattered about the place when we walked in. Clearly hadn't been vacuumed or had surfaces wiped down if there were strands of hair lying about. From that moment I checked in, it was a poor experience. For reference we arrived on touring motorcycles. We parked in one of the 12 available free parking spaces, managing to squeeze two motorcycles into one space since the motorcycle parking area was not only full, but not built to house the size of motorcycles we had with us. We were informed we'd have to move the motorcycles as the free parking spaces were for cars only. There is absolutely no indication that this is the case, nor does there seem to be any official Ibis/Accor policy or documentation to support this assertion by the abrupt and unimpressed looking receptionist. We were told to move them into the underground parking area. For the price of 15€ of course. So our options were: 1. Pay to park underground despite already having parked in a free parking space upon arrival 2. Park them on the street nearby When I queried why I would have to move the vehicles, the girl simply said it was because car drivers complain to her about motorcycles being parked there. So be warned if you arrive on motorcycles. You will be treated with contempt by staff at this location.
