The rooftop terrace is nice but there is no bar as advertised, just a coffee machine. It would be nice if the hot breakfast items changed at least every other day. The staff are very helpful.

I had a terrible night's sleep, freezing so much I woke up at 5am and ended up wrapped in towels fighting for a little more sleep. I woke with mild neck ache that persists. You can argue it's my fault but a good hotel does more to have guests have a great experience. In this instance, the "double bed" was two single beds shoved together. We arrived super late and tired, and it was only at 9am I worked out they did actually have a second duvet tucked high up the bed so I missed it before. And the aircon was set to very cold and again we couldn't work out how to set it to something sane.

We stayed here for a few days. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t have the breakfast or use any of the amenities since we were busy exploring the city. The location is not in the middle of all the action, but we preferred that.

We arrived early and they stored our bags while we explored the old town. The receptionist was very kind and called us when our room was ready. It was a beautiful and spacious room with a working AC. The breakfast did not live up to our expectations. The pastries were the only thing with real variety, but the eggs and bacon were of poor quality and there wasn’t much fruit to choose from. The location wasn’t ideal either, as it was uphill and made the walk from the centre difficult in the summer heat.
